I went into the restaurant at 3:25pm and didn't leave until 4pm Didn't Worst experience ever. I made 2 kiosk orders for filet o fish. Waited over 30 mins to get both of my orders, although the order number was sequential (647 & 648). Late post. I started going to the one on Industrial Blvd/Whipple because I receive better service. I was in the parking lot so went back to this one for coffee in the am. I ordered a hot coffee and an iced vanilla coffee. They had me wait in parking spot A (or #1) outside the entrance. REALLY?? For some coffee. Anyways, employee walks past my car out into the parking lot with my order and speaks to another customer then goes back into the building with my order. Comes back out with it and asks what I ordered, gives me my order. He then turns around to walk back in and I see his pants are literally sagging past his butt cheeks. This Mc Donald's needs to get it together. nice remodel, but every time I come here (every other day) even literally just for a coffee or a burger, they make me park at number 1! And as I'm pulling out there's 3-4 cars waiting at number 1, 2 cars waiting at number 2, and 3 cars waiting at number 3!! Even the workers bringing food out are scrambling everywhere looking everywhere for who's food is who's! People don't know where to park because everyone else is parked at number 1,2,&3. Terrible service. I asked for an ice water with my meal and they gave me a tiny container that the ice cream sundaes come in. I asked for a normal small size cup and they told me that was all they can give me. I told them I'd pay for it because it was for my baby and I didn't want him to spill. i gave them $1.25. One, they didn't give me my change. A drink is a $1.10. Two, they gave me the cup without water in it. I handed it back and told them to put water in it, I paid for it!! The lady said "Aii Aii Aii." My wife and I have never ate inside and has always got our food to-go to take home. The service can sometime be spotty at the take-out -- there has been numerous times I've asked for Honey mustard sauce and I end up with something else. I'm not a great fan of McDonald's but I like to stop by and grab a snack for something quick and easy. This location told me they no longer sell individual McChickens but you have to get fries and a drink! Why would I want to do that when there's so many other options for the same price point. You want me to pay close to 7 dollars for less than mediocre food. I've never had a location try to upsell me so much on the combo meal. Everytime i go into a fast food store I tend to tip the employees. I myself know what it's like to work in a fast food industry. This McDonald's is very rude. I tried to order a meal with a coupon and the lady attending me gave the nastiest look and continued to apply the coupon. Then the person behind me also used a coupon and they got even most frustrated. Very rude people. The customers that go in and order are always very kind and the workers are always rude. Most of the time they don't speak English. Which is completely ok but they probably shouldn't have someone who doesn't speak English at the cash register. Came in after doctor appointment for the little one and decided to grab a quick bite. Felt nostalgic since this was my hangout spot in high school. Typical fast food service, fairly quick and easy. Beat the lunch time traffic but since kaiser hospital is closed down its now pretty much a ghost town in the area. Still has the same group of older Filipino guys who congregate in their corner. In all not too bad, since it's summer don't have to worry about the teenage kids looming around. It's a sketchy area but neutral for the most part try and avoid this place at night. Like Houdini's song, the freaks do come out at night. Hasn't had any dramatic makeovers but fairly clean otherwise. It's conveniently located close to the freeway, so if in town you can make a quick getaway when your done and be on your way. read more

My sister in laws drink was a mocha coffee tasted exactly like water then she went back and asked for it to be remade for it to be cold and again taste like water.
