Me and my husband went through the drive thru today on our way to our softball game. I have never in my life been more upset about fast food. We ordered a cheeseburger meal with ketchup only & a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal. That's it. Literally that's it. We get to the window and of course they ask us to pull up and someone would bring our order out to us. Eight minutes later, the guy finally brings us our food. My husband checks the bag and they didn't give him his fries. We told the guys we didn't get fries, so he went back to get them. After pulling out and biting into our food, his cheeseburger had NO ketchup on it and my bacon egg and cheese biscuit had ONIONS on it. Yes you read that right ONIONS!!! I now remember why I don't usually eat fast food. I will never return to this establishment!!! read more

Used to be the best McDonalds in town. Now not so much. They are super slow and the fries are always cold. Oh did I mention they fried my legs and wrist with hot coffee and laughed at me when I came inside to tell the manager? Oh yeah that happened while I was crying and waiting 20 min for the manager to come and talk to me. What I heard one of the cooks say while laughing she just said she got burned by the coffee. I've been by here a few times now and its been good everytime I come. But today it wasn't that good there was a line at the drive thru so I went inside and the customer service was lacking. co-workers were just standing around talking and playing around. I came back here not to long ago. don't come here at night the service was pretty slow it is only 2 cars in front of me and it took about 5 minutes for the guy at the drive thru to take my order the only time he was sociable is when he asked me for my total really bad customer service some people don't need to work at places were u have to interact with customers the food was cold I won't be coming back to this McDonald's read more

The play area is nasty inside of it! It needs to be cleaned more often!!! The inside is out dated but clean.

By far the worse McDonalds. (And I eat a ton of Mickie D's). It's the fry's. I've eaten here 3 times and I swear I always get stale old frys each time. I came here last week through the drive through and they didn't give me my card back even after I asked if that was everything. Granted, I had been up for a 20 hour day so I forgot about asking to get my card back. The service part of it that I also remember is that it took 40minutes just for some chicken nuggets and a sprite. I came back today with my friend even after I inactivated my card (I can reactivate it through an app) and I wasn't surprised that they had gotten rid of it. After waiting for 30 minutes my friend finally got her cheeseburger and they didn't even put the cheese on it, it was only meat and the bun. I can understand a one-time bad experience but twice? When you walk up to the counter to order,allow 3 to 5 minutes before your order is taken. There are always workers up front, but they may be having a conversation with each other or looking out the window to identify drivers parked nearby. After they finish , they will gladly take your order. After you order everything goes relatively well. There are no condiments available here unless you go to the counter and ask. Which again may take a while for them to assess the situation before they are able to assist you. read more

I have been sitting in line for 22 min now for an employee to bring a large orange juice to my car. Not only that, my order was wrong and now I wait for them to bring my breakfast sandwich back out to me. The employee did nothing but laugh in my face when I asked if she minded helping me get the right sandwich. I own a business in town and can't believe people get away with this behavior. My orders have been wrong 90% of the time. I had started going inside because when go I through the drive-through, they cannot seem to hear me on the speaker, the orders are always prepared slowly and the price is either wrong or does not show on the screen. The worker cannot seem to understand me or is attitudinal, as if he or she does not even want to be on the mic. Plus, when I go through the drive-through and my order is wrong I'm kind of stuck. Especially if it is cold, or raining. The worst part is the way the managers and employees socialize while customers are in the restaurant. They are loud and very unprofessional. On three occasions I witnessed employees pay more attention to each other than large parties of customers inside the restaurant. At this point, I cannot honestly refer to this facility as a restaurant. Often, set bags on the table and don't tell you that it's your bag. It reminds me of a grab bag at Christmas time. Only, Christmas is more fun. Last week they set my bag on the counter for over three minutes, which means of course, the food was no longer hot, especially the french fries. No hot french fries, no point in going to McDonald's.The same numbers have been on the McDonald's screen inside for several months. I think they do this to trick you into thinking that they are actually working within the system.In addition to a poorly functioning screen and a non-functioning number system, there is no working phone in this McDonald's. I called the 800 number to file several complaints since they claim not to have a working phone and this is the McDonald's closest to my home. Even when I went in after filing a complaint they were very rude and of course I was scared to eat the food.I have to give up. Nothing in this McDonald's works- not the phone not the screen, not the French fry cooks and not the number system and certainly not the people! If you like speaking Spanish very loud even though no one can hear you and you like a surprise in your bag or surprise missing items from your bag and enjoy standing in long lines or waiting hungry in your car, then this is absolutely the McDonald's for you! -please pardon my typos, I am speaking into the device, but my errors cannot be any worse than the errors of this particular McDonald's staff! read more

This location is absolutely terrible. I live nearby and have come to this location many times and never had a good experience. I usually go through the drive thru and not only are they extremely slow and usually wait at the window about 5 min every time, but I hardly ever get a smile from the person at the window. Today I went inside and was not even acknowledged for a good 5 minutes while 4 workers just stood around and talked and laughed. After they finally took my order of course I waited a while to get my food but I honestly didn't expect anything more from them. You can obviously tell that customer service is at the bottom of their list. Customer service aside, you should at least act like a decent human being to the people you interact with but these workers obviously could care less. Also the other day, the guy in front of me in the drive thru told me he has been waiting for 15 minutes for an ice cream cone and was still waiting by the time we left. This location should just shut down or at least hire decent employees. read more
