I heart Mickey D's... However due to that movie super size me I never eat here. Late the other night my friend and I were STARVING, those beautiful golden arches were illuminating in the distance... within seconds we were in the drive thru. I ordered the grilled chicken snack wrap and ...it was delicious. Kudos to McDonalds for having a semi-healthy option and keeping up the quality of the food. No stars if I could!!! Came to their drive through this afternoon and after waiting so long in their line we order and after ordering the girl mentions " by the way it just cash" okaaayyy??? Couldn't even back up due to the large amounts of cars behind us also they take forever to get their orders out so we had to wait the entire time, told the drive through girl a sign would have been helpful so that we wouldn't have even wasted the large amount of time we were forced to wait !!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I ordered a burger I wanted to add tomato, but the cashier let me know which burger comes with tomato. I appreciated her help. The food was fast fresh, and good. Staff kept the front clean, and followed up with customers to ensure everything was good. read more

I just truly believe that the kids of today have zero work ethic. With that being said they are managed by adults and this place is a joke. Ordered the Deluxe Breakfast. Everything was fine, but they cheat you out on the bacon. They skimped out badly on the amount of bacon, by placing 2 tiny pieces. They cut the bacon into less than quarter size of a bacon strip, so you get 2 pieces meeting their description on the menu. What a rip off...... read more

This McDonald's cheats you of fries every time. They like to fluff the box by turning the fries sideways at the bottom so the fries pile quick. This causes the bottom to be entirely empty but it looks full at the top! Again, this happens every time. read more

I stood in line in the McDonalds for 10 minutes. Finally got up to the drive thru speaker and it said they were only accepting cash. Logically they could have posted the sign before the line starts so that a person who is paying with their debit card won't have to wait another 10 minutes waiting for others to get their food. This McDonald's is newly remodeled, so it's a shame that it is so filthy. The service was sloooow and once we received our food our order was all wrong, when we brought it up to an employee's attention, she asked if we where sure? Is this McDonald's not 24 hours? Just went at 4am and all the lights were on, but yet no one helped my husband and I in the drive thru.

Let's be honest, nobody really WANTS to eat McDonald's, but sometimes after a 12 hour shift when you're dead tired and just need a quick bite, it'll do. And that's exactly what I was hoping for this evening. Pulled through the drive through, ordered, got to the window to pay. The nice cashier informed me that my card wasn't working. No problem, I gave her another card. That one was also not working. Strange. She was very sweet about it and said she would grab her manager to assist her. The manager came to the window and again tried running my card and told me that it wasn't being authorized (weird). I assured her that I had used the card multiple times today and that the problem wasn't on my end. As if I had done something wrong, she accusingly said, "Well, the car right in front of you used a card and it worked fine, so it's obviously your card," completely ignoring the fact that if a system were to go down, it would probably stop working between two transactions (seriously?!). After offering no solution and being quite accusatory towards me, I just took my card back and drove down the street to Carl's Jr. where my card worked just fine and the customer service was superior. It's been a long day and sometimes we all just need a little decent customer service and the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately I received neither from the manager of this McDonald's this evening. Used to come only to this McDonald's because they added lettuce for free on their McDoubles. They no longer do that and charge extra now.
