I love this location ! Trish, the manager on duty was super amazing and made sure to have me try my drink as I had her add sprite to my frozen strawberry lemonade !(a must try! Just ask for 1/4 sprite and 3/4 frozen lemonade, it gives and extra edge to the drink! ) they have always been amazing, super friendly, they chat/ engage in small talk while you wait, never rush you and food is always fresh. Yes, McDonald's. We all know around what it costs and about what you're getting. A fair deal if you don't mind going fast & cheap on things you take into your body. This particular McD's does a lot of business at a decent pace while almost always getting your order and your change correct. I have yet to see an employee behave rudely to myself or others. Good service generally. You can see many don't really don't want to be working but that's not the store. Food is as expected. My only real issue is that the mornings it's a homeless encampment. Which is ok but someone needs to keep on top of the cleanliness. The restroom is a washroom. Take a bath and get clean. Not a place I will visit twice, the restroom. read more

A woman at the counter called over a girl (that was bagging orders) pointing out I had a bag and the girl responded "What do you want me to do about it? I'm not a manager". After telling her I got the wrong items, she chewed out the people working the window. No apology to me or even an attempt at "Have a nice day". This McDonald's use to be great. Throughout the past year the service and quality has continuously declined. I don't really get upset when a fast food restaurant messes up my order, we're humans we make mistakes. But it seems the past 5 visits they literally can't get an order right. Gross. Ordered breakfast here this morning. My burritos were hard and old. The egg in my egg mcmuffin was turning that greenish color because it was not fresh. I asked for mayo on the sandwich and there was more outside the sandwich than there was inside. They also forgot my sauce, which wasn't really a problem because I couldn't eat my food anyway. I was already too far away before I noticed, otherwise I would have went back and asked for fresh food. Instead, I just it away and mourned the loss of my money. God deserves to remove this establishment from being on this planet. Without any doubts, I had the worst cheeseburger I've ever had in my life. I'd rather have that cheeseburger at the picnic that has been sitting on the table for hours and fell on the ground and walked all over. The fries were so cold I feel like they have been outside overnight on the streets of Lacey in the middle of the winter. Okay, so allow me to start off with, I get this is McDonald's and not a 5 star restaurant, but common guys. I use Uber eats to order food while Im at work. I work graveyard. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered from them, there is a delay that lasts 45 minutes or longer. They don't have quarter pounder meat. They don't have the shake mix. They don't have anything. I asked the kid who called me what burger they had that was similar to my order and he started rambling off some weird orders. And you want $15 an hour minimum? Terrible. I took my two young sons there to enjoy dinner and the kidsplay area but walked out after realizing that we would not be waited on in a timely manner. We had four people in front of us, the person at the counter and giving her order was taking five minutes to order to a confused counter employee and after realizing that they had one person cooking and no direction I decided that driving five miles down the road would be quicker than staying at this place. The kicker was that the manager and another worker was taking their break and didn't care about the line that was waiting for food and to order. We will not be returning. Disgracefull. read more

Well I'm a true color, comes to Mc D. Back when Mc D's made it's way to Germany where I grew up, I was deeply infected to the virus. Especially their quarter pounder did the trick . SO being upfront, I go from time to time "fishing" in a different pond "Burger King", but comes to Mc D's there's nothing compared to in the waters of fast food for me. Well enough of it, I'm reviewing this Restaurant here. Well why am I not giving 5 stars, when I'm so in to this brand? This restaurant, eh actually their staff is the reason for it. I use this restaurant at least once a week to get me my Mc D's fix and out of 10 times I'm there, I get at least twice in to it with them. Why? Well either my ordering sucks or their inability to "LISTEN", after all this time, I made it now a habit to check the bags I receive, to make sure that I received what I've ordered and so it happens to be that in those two cases, the content of those bags ain't what I had ordered. The best thing I ever experienced with them was, I ordered my usual load of Quarter Pounder's and eventually they weren't prepared for it, so they asked me to move forward to the waiting space.... 15 minutes later, I had it, turned off my truck, walked in and asked the manager, why my order isn't ready yet?.... He seemed a little overwhelmed and handed me the fires already, so I go back in to my truck to wait another 10 minutes.... Nothing, so now I'm fuming and go back and make certain that everybody in this restaurant understands, that I'm not a happy camper about this service.... Well I eventually got my food, the cold fries replaced and the money received back for their fubar. All in all not cool though, because I wasn't there to free ride, I just wanted my food, nothing else... This this can happen to you there. But still I remain a fan of the brand Mc D's. read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. I don't have high standards when eating at McD's...let's be real...it is what it is. What I do expect is my order in full and correct. Yesterday we had a cheeseburger for my son that was just cheese and burger...no ketchup, onion or pickle...we didn't order it plain. My combo was cold....cheese wasn't even melted. I ate half of it before I couldn't stomach it anymore. Why didn't we complain? Because we had already been up 3 times for missing items after waiting 15 minutes for our food (simple order). I went through the McDonalds drive through on Marvin Road - ordered the ultimate chicken sandwich, small fries and a beverage. Drove 2 1/2 miles to my home., The fries were as cold as the beverage. Horrible...absolutely horrible. Went there last night with my family to attend a birthday party and will never go back. The "manager" Vanessa has no business being a manager. Everytime the girl who was suppose to be helping with the party came back to the party room Vanessa came and pulled her away. When it came time to light the birthday candles Vanessa told the employee to use a lighter out of her car...when I went to buy sundaes for my family she rudely helped me while yelling at other employees saying "oh so you all leave me up here all alone so I guess I will just get these sundaes!" When she threw them on the counter for me and walked away she was annoyed that when I asked for some bags of nuts she had to quit flirting with a male employee to do something more for me..I could go on and on... Including the abnormal amount of homeless people appearing the be camping in the middle of the lobby. When the mother and grandmother of the party complained about the whole lack of professionalism and attention during the party good old manager Vanessa blamed every other employee but herself when she was the biggest issue! Save your time and save your money and skip this McDonald's! **UPDATE** Very funny that 2 months later a "Vanessa" would like to claim this to be false info. Um no Vanessa I have no reason to make this up, instead why don't you use this as an opportunity to do something positive with the feedback and better you skills as an employee. A pretty standard McDonald's except for the fact that the service is horrendous. They are so slow, I had to wait 20 minutes for an order of fries. Fast food? I think not. Worst service from any fast food drive through I've ever had. In their defense, I've only been there a handful of times recently, either early in the morning or late at night, but I'm astonished at how each time was a different kind of awful. There was nothing fast about their fast-food service. Once, there was only one car ahead of us in line and no one behind us, and it STILL took 15 minutes for us to get two burgers. The young boys at the window didn't say a word when we rolled up, offering neither an explanation nor a polite apology (which bothered me much more than the wait). I'm not looking for world-class service at Mickey Dee's, but you would think they would have covered the basics at orientation. Furthermore, the orders seem to be either inaccurate or incomplete because their product ran out. I hope whoever is working during the early morning/late evening shifts gets a little refresher on a few simple customer service skills. read more

I just ordered a kids meal, 10p nugget and two of the dollar burgers "mc pick two" the total came to $16.73... I pull away and check the receipt to find out the entire thing is entered incorrectly. The nuggets only had 9, the box broke open and one fell, so 8 nuggets that we're over cooked. No napkins, no straws, but luckily we got double sauce, they must know the nuggets are unbearable. 9-20-15. This mcdonalds in particular is horrid. Constant rude service no matter how many times I go. One time, I stood there patiently for ten minutes waiting to ask for sauce. They weren't busy, it was late, and I was standing by the registers. They had seen me but chose to ignore me, and I decided to try and get their attention again. Another lady behind me also needed something so we just waited and waited until one employee finally came by. I asked her to get me some ranch and honey mustard, but because it was loud (the other employees were talking) and she didnt repsond or so much as look at me, I thought she didn't hear me, but after I repeated this she got mad at me and said "I know I heard you!" then proceeded to fling the sauces my way, leaving me to pick them up. Also, mulitple times do they get my friend's burger wrong. He comes in all the time asking for a burger with no onions, but they always give him onions and they always get rude when he asks them to change it. Whenever I get a mcflurry, often they charge me for the larger size instead and give me a snack size and whenever I try to come to the front to get it changed, they ignore me. The ladies here are especcially rude! They like to continuely yell out the order even when they can see people and I walking over to get the order and get angry and iritated easily and are obviously not afraid to show it. Some of the employees (a select few) are actually nice, but other than that, these people ignore you, get angry (and show it), and have the worst customer service that I have ever experianced at a Mcdonalds. Btw, this has been going on for the past four months since I've moved closer to this mcdonalds, so it's not just a one time thing, it's over a long period of time. read more
