Naciero is am employee who needs to be fired. This is the type of person who runs patrons away. I hope the owner of this McDonalds reads these reviews because one employee will run away repeat business and you don't want that type of person representing your business. My children and I came to the drive through and Naciero was the person on the speaker. He said, "hello" and asked what we wanted to order. I said, we would like two happy meals with extra fries. He very rudely told me to slow down because he had to type it into the system. I stopped talking and let him type it into the system. I then asked him for two shakes and once again he very rudely responded. I ordered a couple more items, and at this point would have backed out of the drive through if there wasn't a car behind me. My two children who happen to be eight and sixth made a comment about how rude this individual was. I got up to the window to pay and he continued to be rude and even mumbled some rude remarks about me as his window was closing. When I got up to the next window I asked the gentleman who this person was and you could tell by the way he responded that they have had problems with him in the past. I then asked to speak to a manager because this situation is absolutely uncalled for. My family and I come to this McDonald's 2 to 3 times a week and I can guarantee you we will be taking our business to the jack in the box down the way. Not cool.

I like this McDonald's. They have ordering kiosk which is very convenient. Also you can choose a table number and they'll bring your food to you. Customer service is great. Throughout shelter in place McDonald's was always there. The workers deserve a lot more than they get.

    Bug in my Iced Coffee

I come here some mornings for a quick breakfast before work. Today I stopped to get an iced coffee and I was halfway done with it when I noticed a bug floating at the top. I hadn't taken the top off at all, so this bug was either in the cup before they gave it to me or in their coffee machine. Either way it's super gross and I won't be ordering it again. Hopefully I didn't drink down any bugs

One of my favorite Mcd's in Livermore especially late at night and their piping hot fresh batch of french fries. Friendly drive thru service too. Also, both time I ordered a happy meal for girl I scored 2 Hello Kitty Butterfly toy. If you or a loved one is still looking high and low for these they have them here at this location. See attached photos.

It's tiki style, which honestly is super fun (especially with the bird noises!). The service was good, I have no complaints at all. My drink (can't remember the name, but it was coconut 'loco' ) was REALLY good. The drinks range from $16-$22 from what I saw, so somewhere from the median to the upper scale pricing. One of my buddies got the old fashion soda, which he liked, and another got the monkey drink. We didn't get to order any substantial food this round, but I'll be coming for the rum cake and spam misubi! Overall I'd 100% come back here, and highly recommend it for an escape out of your typical downtown livermore cocktail bar. Great job Rosetta! Keep the themes coming!!

During my visit, the Toast POS system appeared to have a 15% tip already selected, and it was added to my transaction. When customers are in a hurry, it's easy to approve a payment without noticing a preset tip. Tipping should be a deliberate choice, not a default setting. I was also surprised that Rosetta Roasting does not accept cash. While businesses can choose their payment methods, I believe customers should still have the option to pay with legal U.S. currency. The coffee and staff were good. My feedback is directed at the payment policies, which I hope management will reconsider.

Although this was a tad off the freeway, it was easy to find with plenty of parking. There were beautiful trees & plants outside, which also surrounded the patio area. There was a good amount of seating inside as well as one gender neutral restroom. I thought the one seating counter with built-in phone chargers was awesome. The space was clean with a modern yet rustic feel. The employees were fairly friendly and made our drinks rather quickly. I got a matcha latte with oat milk & brown sugar vanilla syrup added. They had so many unique syrup options that I had a tough time ultimately deciding, but the brown sugar vanilla was honestly such a great choice. I'm an absolute matcha snob and make my own at home all the time; the one I had at Grounded was quite delicious and I could tell they use a higher quality matcha than most other coffee shops, which made me happy. My husband went simple with a cold brew coffee and said it had a good flavor with low acidity, which he very much enjoyed. Next time we have to drive to/from Oakland for work, we'll be stopping in again and my husband will likely be taking a bag of beans home too now that he knows the coffee quality was high. Great little gem in Livermore!

They sent us directions to pick up in the back, but we got a little lost. Leonard, the owner, came out to find us and introduced himself and shared a little about the food and their projects. He was such a nice guy with big plans for the food! Into the food itself - The tuna mayo onigiri was STUFFED. There was so much flavor in every bite. I was a little cranky you have to order in twos but afterwards that first bite, I'm glad I had a whole one to myself! We got the Portuguese sausage with musubi and chili oil. The chili oil had a lot of heat and flavor to it! I don't recommend the chili oil if you're picturing a light spice because it packs a punch. But if you like the fire, highly recommend! My partners favorite was the classic teriyaki spam with unagi and avocado. I really enjoyed the portion sizing of each item - created a really perfect bite. The unagi had an extra smokiness to it. I think it's probably prepared in house/not supermarket unagi - the taste was quite different from that! The chicken lumpia was crispy and perfectly seasoned - not too salty and savory. The Thai chili sauce wasn't too spicy at all either. We'd definitely be back to try more!

The quality honestly reminds me of the kind of musubi you'd get in Hawaii, similar to places like Iyasume. Ever since trying musubi in Hawaii years ago, I've been hooked, and Musubi Libre is one of the very few places here that really gives me that same feeling/experience I've had. While the musubi are absolutely amazing, and it is their namesake, the Mrs. And I really like the onigiri! It's surprisingly hard to find truly good onigiri here in the US that lives up to the quality of the ones you'd get in Japan. Leonard, the owner clearly puts a ton of effort into each. He's definitely perfected his craft. The Mrs. and I have ordered from here casually many times before on our days off. We've tried the tuna, mentaiko, and ume. Mentaiko is my personal fave. The tuna is excellent too, and the ume has a classic salty-tangy flavor that's unique and refreshing. It's a great option for vegetarians as well. Recently, we ordered from Leonard to have onigiri catered for our daughter's birthday party. We got those 3 flavors. Originally, we just wanted something unique for the adults alongside the chicken nuggets and pizza we got for the kids. Man, we are so glad we did. The onigiri was a massive hit! People absolutely loved it, including guests who weren't necessarily huge into Japanese food or culture. They disappeared FAST! Like so fast I didn't get to eat one myself! This place is seriously a hidden gem in the East Bay. Definitely stop by, try the musubi and onigiri, and say hi to Leonard, who is genuinely one of the nicest people/owners you'll meet.
