This McDonald's is the closest mcdonald's to me and I believe this is one of the nicer and newer mcdonald's. There is usually a lot of seating options, but it is kind of hard to find parking close by. There is a small lot behind starbucks for more parking if needed. Still, the food is what you can expect from other mcdonald's and fast food places. The workers are usually very friendly and give ok service. The ambiance is lacking but that is expected of a fast food place like mcdonald's. read more

I have never had issues with this Mcdonald's before and I am not one to complain, but if an item of mine was missing from my order (I got a cheese burger with points and chicken nuggets), and I call to ask if I can come back and get it, and your employee hangs up on me mid sentence, that's where I am going to complain and be irritated about such. The professionalism needs to be revisited because if you're treating a paying customer like such, I can only imagine what else is wrong with this location. Management staff was so rude and quick to blame me for the delay in my food which is extremely disturbing. It was clearly a system issue as it did not register that I had already checked in for mobile pick up. According to the manager, it was flagged as 'stage' so they prepared my order and let it sit out the whole time. After waiting for 15 minutes, I walked in to see what was going on only to be met with a manager that was so rude and defensive. With this type of customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere. The good: I got 6 piece chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and a berry Grimace birthday shake here. It's their new purple shake. This is the only McDonald's I've seen that has a person standing outside taking orders the way In-N-Out and Chick-fil-A does. The drive-thru service was super quick. I didn't have to wait for my order at all. The nuggets were crispier and slightly browner than normal. Mcdonald's Nuggets remain my favorite fast food nugget because of its crispy shell texture. This is also the 1st Mcdonalds that gave me a plastic baggy with the sauce + ketchups together. The bad: I don't love that the berry milkshake has such an unnatural purple color but I guess it wouldn't be a nice tribute to Grimace without the signature purple. I wish they'd introduce new, interesting and seasonal McFlurry flavors more often. There are so many things they can do with the McFlurry but they seldom do! The interesting: Grimace is a monster that looks like a chicken nugget. He's supposed to be a villain but he's definitely less scary looking than Ronald Mcdonald himself. Admitting how much I know about fast food in general and McDonald's in particular makes me feel old. I am coming up on the 50th anniversary of my first shift at Jack-in-the-Box. I worked at a McDonald's from 10/1976 through high school graduation in June of 1977. I worked part-time as a McDonald's when I was stationed in the Miami area during 1978 through my departure to a new base in August of 1980. I worked at yet another McDonald's in Biloxi, MS in 1983 and 1984. I worked at a McDonald's several more times during my life. Thus, I am intimately familiar with the smallest minutiae of how a McDonald's operates. Had I not already enlisted, I would probably have accepted the invite to attend Hamburger University extended to me by the owners of the franchisees of the store where I was working. I have watched how the processes of the company have changed, as a frequent customer of their stores near where I lived. I make mention of these facts in order to lend extra credence to my statement that this is one of the best McDonald's I've ever used. I moved into the area in February of this year and have been using this location several times weekly ever since. The service is first-rate. Like this Mc Donalds location. They have been around a long long long time since i was a kid. This location is always busy. It can be messy sometimes. Me and my coworkers had a business meeting here, and it was hard to find seating inside. We had our food outside, and it was nice. Its also a noisy location because of the busy traffic, and lots of homeless people in this area asking people for money. l ordered Pancakes and bacon with hashbrowns. Food was good. Service was ok. It's nothing fancy but it's a restaurant with good value and easy online ordering. They have good deals on their app and give you free fries upon downloading it. They also have a buy one quarter pounder get one free which I share with my boyfriend. I recommend ordering online through their app for deals. You don't get charged until you arrive at the McDonalds and click the button that says you're here. There's a drive-thru as well as a parking for mobile pick ups. If you order through the app, you can park in one of the designated spots and put your number in the app. Then a staff member will bring the food out to you. The process is quite seamless but if you have any problems you can talk to a staff member inside and show them your order. The food itself is nothing to write home about but it's not that bad either. The quarter pounder has good flavor and I always get onion breath afterwards. The meat is pretty good and has a layer of cheese on top. For dessert, the guava pie is really delicious. It looks small but full of sugary goodness and guava flavor. I would recommend if you want a fast and easy meal and you don't really care about the food so much as the value. read more

The menu board has been broken for months, so you can never see your total. The amount asked to doesn't always match the receipt and they make up a bunch of reasons why, especially when it's "cash only because the system is rebooting" at late night. They apparently don't honor the app code coupons. There's one very nice and honest young (Asian) man that works the drive thru late night and he's the only one there who is deserving of the $20 minimum wage. The food is terrible and tastes old, is served barely warm, and things like fries and hasbrowns are clearly cooked twice. It has been an absolute waste of money the last 6 months or so. This McDonald's is terrible. They constantly get my order wrong - constantly. If I complain to corporate, the manager is nice enough to call, asking for me to come back to get a free meal on them. But I still continue to get orders different than what I had ordered. Additionally, their ice cream machine is always "BROKEN". You're a national brand, how do you continue to screw that up?? We're in 2023, this isn't rocket science. I'm suspicious that the machines do work, but the staff is lazy and will turn them off a couple hours before closing so they don't have to clean the machines later and they can leave early. This McDonald's is amazing, it might be the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I live nearby, so I have been to this location over a dozen times at different times of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night) and have never had a problem. It's an extremely popular location (the drive thru line is often in the street) so I think they have to turn over the food pretty often. My food is always hot, fresh, and accurate. My food last night is what inspired me to finally make this review. I got a four piece nugget, cheeseburger, fries and apple pie at around 8pm. I waited maybe 10 minutes from order to receiving. By the time I ate all of my mains my apple pie was THE PERFECT temperature and didn't taste stale. They even had the ice cream machine working! The staff are friendly and quick, but don't offer any small talk, which I appreciate. All methods of ordering (app, kiosk, counter, drive through) are always working, and the sitting area is always clean. This McDonald's is amazing. read more

If I had shit in a hole in the concrete parking lot it would be better than this shithole. Came here around midnight on a Monday/Tuesday. The drive thru wait was around 15 minutes. There was no tartar sauce on my filet-o-fish and the chicken nuggets taste like they've been sitting out for days.
