i would give 0 if i could, i came here after the hard summer festival. It was crowded so i was prepared to wait 30 to 40 minutes. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries THATS IT and i waited AN HOUR AND A HALF. I had to literally sit on the floor and wait it took so long. the floor of mc donalds. a new low. after the hour and a half i finally got on of the workers to help me after trying for 30 min and i explained to him what happened and he said they didt have my order i showed him my card was charged and he helped me out and actually made my order. i don't know if someone random took my food or if they just deleted my order but i could have gone back there and made my food in 2 minutes. its mc donalds ITS LITERALLY ALL PRE MADE. i'm so confused and now never want mc donalds again. read more

Came here on a Monday evening, needed a spot to wait while I pick my parents from the airport. Parking here is really limited, about 12 parking spots for customers. I was lucky to find 1 open compact spot when I came. I ordered 20 piece McNugget's with a free medium fries, no salt thanks to angel's promotion on the kiosk to dine in. I went up stairs, plenty of open clean table and counters. 6 minutes later the worker brought up my nuggets and fries. The fries were hot and crispy, no salt. The McNuggets were hot, but on the small side. Came with all the sauces I ask for as well as napkins. Overall nice spot before you go to the airport, parking can suck, there are homeless people outside and even inside, gets annoying having them ask for food/money when you are inside ordering. I would have given them ZERO stars if I could. I come here and see the business is freaking slow. I order from Kiosk and pay at cashier since the kiosk didn't take cash. There was one teller and the staff was fixing the receipt printer. After patiently waiting for 5 mins, he was ready for me. I paid for bottled water and a Filet-o-Fish and went upstairs with the table number tent. I waited for a good 15 mins... and the business was SLOW! This is a hole in the wall McDonald's next to the Holiday Inn Express off of Century Blvd. It's visible as you come off the 405 freeway. There isn't alot of room for inside dining and they are designed for drive through or pick up delivery. Service is fast, bathrooms are secured by the manager who buzzes you in. They could work on cleanliness outside and in the lobby area. read more

Worst manager at night, my God. First of all, their drive-through screen has been burned out for months You can't see anything on there So you have to ask what things are. I ordered two Happy Meals But the guy put it through before I could ask if there was an upgrade for fries. They usually would do the tiny fries and apple slices but you can change that out for a small fries. I get up to the window and they no longer do that so I wanted to change my order. They do not take orders at the counter, have to use Kiosks. Service is quick considering the number of orders they get. Staffs were simply outstanding! This morning (4:30am) I ordered the two sausage egg McMuffin combo and it was made incredibly fast as all the other cars in front of me. Just an fyi the ingredients taste a little different from my local McDonald's , I have known that depending on what area the restaurant is the difference in ingredients and taste will be . Because I have faith in the McDonalds organization (how many of us worked at McDonalds as kids?! I loved it!) and understand the inner workings maybe I'm being lenient. But facts: 1) The wait in the drive thru can get long. And no, they aren't getting cars out under 2min or whatever the time is I forgot. I've been here a few times and it's always been a wait. Although the dine-in looked empty. 2) Being honest this location has a bit of a sketchy, unappealing (aside from the golden M) appearance. The entrance for drive through isn't marked very well, it's a small location so the drive through feels like you're waiting to go into the hotel parking lot. 3) smell of piss depending on how hot your engine and which way the wind blows 4) Best parts come now.. The young lady today at the drive thru window around 7p. Nice. But if the restaurants card reader doesn't work, get a manager asap. Because you don't have time (nor customer ) to be waiting while you try and figure out if it's my card (which it's not) or your machine. And she's just a swiping my card. I advise it better not be charging me every time you're swiping. She assures me it's not, the machine acts up. I appreciate her trying. But then she asks me, do you have cash? Lmao! Girl get the manager if I wanted to give cash I would have done that. No. My choice of payment was my card. I see the sign saying you accept it lol. 5) She goes to get the manager. This woman.. NEEDS HER FLOWERS (as the youngstas say). She already knew what was up with the card reader. Of course, it's her store.
