I walked out behind him after washing my hands and I see him walk behind the counter straight over to the milk shake machine touching it??? The drive-thru at night around midnight is very very slow, it seems that the workers are doing more cleaning then preparing orders. Even with barely two to three cars in line it still took Elise 20 to 23 minutes to get in and out with my minimum small order very very slow. That's probably why Jack in the Box next door was more busier than them, because people know this McDonald's is very very slow at the drive-thru at late at night after the door is closed. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Laughably rude manager-type person. When they got my order wrong, they demanded a receipt to fix it, though I'd already relinquished the drink completely full. When I couldn't find a receipt, the worker, presumably a night manager, actually flat out denied that I could have even gotten that size of coffee from his store, saying they don't even sell it. I went here with my family to get some quick food to hold us up until dinner. They said they didn't have any receipt paper and they messed up our order. The fries were also cold and our drinks were warm when we received them. My mom went inside to ask them for new fries and they gave attitude. Then, the manager said that we were only supposed to get one fry when we ordered two. My mom showed her the coupon on her McDonald's app and the lady kept on acting like it was our fault that they got our order wrong. This is an unfortunate change of expectations, however a recent visit has led me to downgrade this location's rating of this International Franchise. While working in my area, and looking for a shot of espresso in the middle of the night and their highly addictive french fries, I stopped by here with several minutes to spare before they closed. When I got to the window, they said both items were unavailable as, even though they were open, they had already cleaned the machines and were no longer making McCafe items or using their fryer. Now I understand, having once worked food service myself, that when one has worked a long day sometimes all one wants to do is go home; yet sometimes it's an experience or two that grounds one person's impression of a certain location. This experience is going to be that one. Not being able to order the items that I would like, I left, having to go to my next appointed round. So I went back to the same cashier asking for the promotion, because I just ordered one Big Mac along with other items, and I could add 21 cents to make $5 to have two Big Mac. The cashier who took my order was extremely rude and when I asked her to please repeat my order she said that they generally do not repeat back the orders, which made me very frustrated. Well, not even THAT is true anymore. I went through the drive through for a quick dinner on the go for my family. I ordered the Buttermilk 4 piece chicken combo. Went to pick up my family and hit the road. As we opened our meals I found a long, thick, kinky strand of hair that was embedded into TWO of the chicken strips! We don't have time to turn around and go back so I tried calling them to see if we can get an apology at least if not a replacement meal tomorrow. I tried calling 8 Times! No answer. Just had a double cheeseburger combo here while waiting for my car to be serviced at Pep Boys. Very convenient to be right across the parking lot. This was my first time inside (been to the drive thru several times) and the crew was very friendly. So around 12:30 am I went through this drive thru, ordering breakfast which is supposed to be served all day.
