I had no issues ordering, but it took 20 minutes to go through the drive-through and get my food. When I went to the second window to pick up my food, they almost gave me the wrong order. For a while they couldn't find my order on the screen. Then the worker tried to argue with me that I didn't pay yet. So frustrating. Finally a manager stepped in and showed her where the order was. It has the dual screens and ordering lines but it was super long and after waiting about 7 mintues, I decided to bail and just go inside to collect my order. I got two 20-mcnuggets with an assortment of sauces. Inside was much easier and efficient. There was a line of people waiting. But they already ordered and was just waiting for pickup. I came in, gave them my number and was out the door in about 90 seconds. I ate about 10 minutes later. It was still semi warm but wasn't crispy as I liked it. I don't think its because I waited. I think it's just the oil was old and they pulled it a tad bit earlier. But I understand because most people dont like it crispy. Safe to say this place is understaffed. I am very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's location. I ordered a small Mocha Frappuccino and received a drink that was clearly not prepared to standard. The cup was only partially filled, the beverage was extremely watered down, and it was missing the whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and blended texture that are typically included. When I brought the issue to the staff's attention, the response was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than addressing the concern appropriately, I felt as though I was being inconvenienced for pointing out a mistake. As I had my children in the car it was not practical for me to continue waiting for a replacement drink. I had waited 15 min already! What was most frustrating was being denied a refund because of the length of the line. Customers should not be expected to accept an incorrectly prepared order due to operational delays. Dear McDonald's Customer Service, My family and I have been loyal McDonald's customers for about10 to 12 years. My son, especially, loves McDonald's French fries, and we order from McDonald's regularly. Recently, I've been using the McDonald's app to place my orders before I arrive, so that the food will be ready. Today, as usual, I placed my order through the app before arriving at the Mira Mesa Boulevard location. Before I reached the restaurant, the app, I think, had a location or technical glitch and was frozen for a while. But when it came back, it showed an order number. So I showed that number and my name to the cashier. At first time told me i saw in the manitor but youshould pay after 2 minutes They said they couldn't find it, so I asked to speak with the manager. A manager named Maria came to help. I showed her all of my order details, including the payment confirmation. My credit card had already been charged. She looked at the information and said the number was not familiar. She told me that McDonald's app orders always start with the number 16, but my order started with 02, so she refused to prepare my order. I explained that I had already paid, and asked her to just make the order and work out the technical issue with McDonald's later since the problem seemed to be from the app, not me. Instead, she repeatedly said, "I don't care." I was very disappointed by her attitude. My order was only about 15 dollars, and it could have been easily resolved. Instead, I ended up paying for food that I never received. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated, especially by manager Maria. Repeatedly telling a paying customer 'I don't care' is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from McDonald's. I hope McDonald's will investigate this incident, refund my payment if necessary, and ensure that customers are treated with respect in the future. Strike one - pedestrian-hostile building and surrounding area layout. Car-centric to the extreme. Walking up to it from a nearby business feels pretty risky. Strike two - no baby diaper changing accommodations. As our party included a new mom and her baby, this was a dealbreaker when planning a lunch out. Went here to get the grimace birthday meal at 1am. HUGE line out in the drive through Wait for half an hour, get there, get told "yeah ice cream machine is down after midnight". Came here on Thursday morning/ 10:30 lunch time started. I start at the drive through line where there's about 10 cars in front, I saw cars start leaving... still got behind someone. After 10 minutes of waiting and the line not budging, I decided to go inside. There are a ton of people waiting for their food and to order. I order at the kiosk and surprise surprise it's broken. I did uber eats from here. I know it was not the delivery driver who did this because the bag was sealed, there were TWO ALIVE cockroaches inside the bag on top of the food.
