4 stars for a McDonalds. I'm in a group that goes out for a fast-food meeting almost every Tuesday afternoon. Only FF place we all like is McD. Been to every one in town. Second favorite to the one on Gurneville Road. Open soda machine, and not the offal (sic) "freestyle" one, so you can refill your cup with REAL Coca-Cola as many times as you wish. Occasional homeless folks in there, but they keep it on the low. Still, a nice place for a fast burger read more

Holy hangover, I needed some food that would help me! I rarely eat fast food maybe once per month. I ordered through Uber Eats, my food arrived with my soda, and my cheeseburger with fries. I was super happy. The only thing I a would change is that the fries were not cooked to perfection, they needed to be fried a little bit longer other than that, I was super stoked. I mean, this is fast food, it's not a Michelin star restaurant, let's give them a break! Thank you for my yummy food that was delivered and I didn't have to do much! Just walked in with my parents and my two year old. The woman working the register on 11/8 at 5:30pm was so nice and so attentive. She came by to ask how we were, she gave my son a second toy. I can't tell you the last time I went into a McDonald's to eat and had someone come by and ask how we are doing?! Give this woman a raise! read more

Greasy greasy greasy! Everything was over greased! The hamburgers, fries and especially fillet o fish -whick soaked two napkins with oil AND soaked the bun with oily yuck - inedible!!! So much is automated there it's hord to imagine how this could accidental. No lettuce or tomato on any of the sandwiches and even fries were dripping grease. We tossed it in the trash and had to stop for antacids. Then went to Burger King at Guerneville Rd near Fulton, then went to look at area christmas lights. Iced Mocha was not well mixed and was very wattery :( People seemed very nice there dispute the lousy food. Not sure why the food is so disgusting. Pucture is the remaining half fillet o fish sandwich and the bun was so full of oily grease it soaked the bun and changed it's texture to not edible. read more

My spouse stated she felt like "McDonald's" for dinner. Overall experience was excellent. Went thru the drive thru quickly, had a code for the app for a free Big Mac and had no issues redeeming it. Our order was correct, food was hot and fresh. Yes, it's fast food but it met our expectations on what we expect when going to McDonald's. read more

Dear reader, What can I say about this establishment? Well, let's start off with the food is actually very decent. And, usually in the past when I've ordered here, they've always gotten my order right and I always seem to be extremely pleasant. Until, today's order It was placed in the drive-through, I could tell one girl was training another girl. I asked for specific drink, and the girl changed it to a different drink. When I came to the front of the window to pick up my drink, they gave me the wrong one. I was very pleasant, and informed that she had to give me the wrong one, until some little minion from the back Copped up a really bad attitude and stated that I should be checking my order every single time to make sure. Little did she know that I spoke Spanish, she went to the manager and lied to the manager, stating that I had ordered a specific drink when I didn't, now to me it wasn't a big deal. All they had to do was just give me the drink I ordered. But the little minion decided that she was going to make a big stink about it and lie to the manager. So, will I be returning to this establishment knowing that they have employees are disrespectful, liars, and don't realize that some people do you speak their language. My answer is no. The quality of the food has increased substantially in the past 6 years. It a great place with good quality food now.

It's fast food. We don't have the highest expectations to begin. Knowing that it's not healthy to begin with it certainly comes in handy every once in a while. We've only ever used the drive thru and this location has been good to us. That said we definitely check our bags before driving off. As with everything, fast food has also become pretty expensive. They make a big deal about getting a cup of water with breakfast at this location. I'm not a fan at all.

They will get your order wrong here half of the time. And they will treat it like it's your fault that the order is wrong all of the time. If you go here, double check your order before you leave the drive-thru window so you don't have to make a trip across town and back. I didn't post review the last 5+ times they got something wrong, I'm doing it this time because I got an eye roll from the person while they said "our apologies." The reason it's a two star versus a one-star is there are a couple of employees there who are doing an excellent job but that's because half the time the orders right. read more

Went through the drive-through this morning. Tried to check the bag on the way home but everything was shoved into one bag. Got home and discovered one item missing. Went back to the restaurant, and they remade all the food including the one item they missed, but, they never apologize for their mistake, never said they were sorry for our inconvenience, and never tried to offer us anything by way of an apology. Not that we were trying to get free food out of the deal, but it would've been nice if they tried to make us happy. The fact that they never even acknowledged nor apologized for their mistake speaks volumes about how little they care about their customers. read more

Wow has McDonalds gone downhill. Worst crispy chicken meal I have ever had. Buns were burnt, both of them, one piece of dried up chewy chicken and one pickle slice. The fries were dried up sticks that I think they were warmed up from last week. Seem they are spending more money on advertising than quality food. This McDonald's would be decent except for one major, well, maybe not major, but hella irritating issue. The last four orders I've placed for nuggies for delivery have been disappointing. I put a request with the nuggie item for sweet and sour sauce. I add extra sweet and sour sauce in the section where you can order condiments. I get no sauce. Or, we get a handful of freaking unrequested, unwanted ketchup and no nuggie sauce ! I can't eat ketchup, I'm allergic to it. I just want my damned sweet and sour sauce for my freaking nuggies! Very unhappy. I ordered the Cactus plant Flea market adult meal. And I was able to order it online I get the box and when I opened it up they put one of the kids toys in it. It was a super shady move. I paid for it and they tried to cheat me. I was told to come back on Saturday. I don't feel like I can trust that I will get it when I go back on Saturday! My sandwich was dropped on the floor. I ate it anyway. Good sandwich, but the taste of carpet and cold cheese was not great.

I ordered from McDonald's I got a spicy chicken sandwich and was disappointed. when I saw my sandwich it was smashed flat chicken was very dry and I only got two pickles and barely any cheese. I also wasn't aware of the different types of sandwiches that they carried. I wasn't asked which sandwich I wanted or what I wanted on my sandwich. I'm honestly very disappointed. If you're looking for food that'll make you sick I recommend this place if you were trying to not get sick I recommend not going here the customer service is horrible the managers are worse than employees that's probably why the food quality is so horrible because they got horrible people trying to tell them what to do they always get the order wrong for example you ask them for no pickles they'll put double pickles on there or they won't even put the food in the bag and send you home with half of your order and who's gonna drive all the way back? not many people. I have been here several times I don't know why I've gone back it's probably because it's the only place open at 5 AM to get breakfast in a hurry now I'm driving 7 miles across town If I want McDonald's the one on Santa Rosa Ave. is probably the best one in town they must have a good manager in there because the foods always hot and there's never a mistake with my order read more

Wow the girl working to window could careless about customers. 5:29pm April 18th. The same indifference could be found in a prison food server. Anyway I guess the franchise is collapsing so maybe I should be more accepting. Still it hurts to see that kind of employee killing business. I suggest we start contacting corporate strongly and each time we are not given proper service. You can look up corporate contact info online. Also as convenient as it is avoid spending $$ there until they start tanking proper staffing seriously. I was at this McDonald's on mission/highway 12 technically Sunday 10/31/21 at 12:40am and lights off and closed when it says hours till 1am.

I admit it. I love McDonald's sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I ask for cheese on the breakfast sandwich because it's extra. Fluffy biscuit and egg, slice of american cheese... this sandwich is super-good! If you go in the morning on a weekend, they're really hot and fresh; and yes, the drive-thru line is long... but I always assumed the reason for that is because people like the food and it's worth the wait. For the record, I don't usually dine at a McDonalds, I'm kind of a beet- and green-drink gal these days, wanting to be healthier with diet, but I humbly confess that I won't stop eating these sandwiches for breakfast a couple of times a week, that is, until I'm tired of them, which I don't envision happening right away. Another reason I go here is I got tired of getting the breakfast sandwiches at Muffin St. a few doors' down... a few women there are bitchy, to the point that I wonder if that's why they have such a large turnover of kids who work in the front area. OML I just wanted a soda, line at drive through was long, so I parked and ran in. This place was understaffed, very poorly trained and ~ not too sure of which end was up. This was on Thursday evening 5:00, 2 customers in front of me. One guy ordered several food items, and 2 apple juices. When his order was ready, the clerk called his order, he took the bags and went over to get napkins. He was almost gone when the clerk said here is your apple juice. She said this to the next customer in line, was the problem. The lady asked the clerk if she wanted her to give the drinks to the guy leaving, she said yes. Totally unaware of who ordered what. Needless to say, I don't care how cheap this place is, I'm going to 7-11 for my snacks next time, Oh and they are hiring. read more

I went through the drive-thru for lunch on a Saturday. I ordered a couple items through the intercom and before I finished the staff cut me off trying to get me to end the order. Ok, fine, I'll be done. So I pulled up to pay for the fraction of food I planned on getting and the staff was speaking on the intercom with the next customer, so she barely talked to me. This is good efficiency with staffing, but poor customer service. I had a Hot & Spicy McChicken, small fries, and Grilled Onion Cheddar Burger. Apparently they got rid of the McValue fries I used to order, but I'm sure that was a corporate decision, not this particular restaurant. The food was fine, typical McDonald's quality. They tasted good, but are usually small and nothing fancy.. The prices are pretty good and cheap. read more
