Okay I need to put people on to something they got back kinda recently that hasn't been on the menu since I was in high school!!!! And it is SO good I know it sounds random but hear me out lol. It's called "The Steak Bagel" and it is amazing it has egg, steak American cheese and this creamy sauce that's kind of cheesy as well as grilled onions although I get mine without. This damn bagel got me through high school and now they're back and SO good!! Highly recommend!! Of course you want to come to this location they are all SWEETHEARTS I promise you!!! No matter how busy they are they are cool as hell and sweet hits the best McDonalds in Sonora!!! Keep in mind it is off the highway and connected to a gas station so it does get a little busy if you are traveling or stopping for gas, but it moved daily quickly no matter what! I used the confusing McDonald's app to place an order while I standing in the store on Mono Way. I tapped the tab saying I was there, but it said my order was at the OTHER Mono Way store. I was there because my car was in the shop and I was waiting to pick it up, so I couldn't go to the other store. The app had no option to cancel. I asked the manager, ANDI H. for assistance. Not only was she unable to help, but she was surprisingly rude, to the point where I felt obligated to file a complaint with corporate. And if I were the franchise owner, I would want to know about this employee's failure. I asked her if she could just call the OTHER Mono Way store and cancel the order, but she refused. She knew nothing about how the app worked and refused help resolve the problem. I have no idea why the app self-selected the other store and not the one I was standing in. I called corporate headquarters and they reversed the charge. Now I have to monitor my credit card statement for the next month to ensure the charge was properly reversed. The way to survive in the restaurant business is not to chase away your 45-year loyal customers, especially when charging $8 for a hamburger. ANDI needs retraining in customer service. I could accept that clueless, rude treatment from a cashier, BUT NOT A MANAGER. She is paid extra to solve problems, and she completely failed. read more

I went to Mc Donalds for a hamburger with pickle only got a hamburger with onion pickle ketchup and mustard the onion wa on the underneath the burger patty like it was scraped off and turned over drove 15 miles back to get the new order and the manager made and handed back the same order as the 1st wrong order cost me almost 40 dollars for a big mac meal large and 2 hamburgers and 6 piece nuggets . reporting to health dept i ordered without everything but pickle i am allergic to onion and mustard.. i only gave 1 star because i was forced to . i would have given it a zero. read more

This is one of the nicer McDonalds that I have been to. The restaurant was up to date and in great condition. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made all of our food to our liking and fulfilled all special requests. We will visit again next time in the area. read more

I went to 4he double drive-thru and three cars behind me in the other side of the two lanes had their order taken, so I finally pulled up to the window after being ignored. Then they took the order of the car that took my place. I complained to the girl at the window, who said that was not her lane. So I had to wait until the drive-thru infront of me was clear to leave. Went through the drive through and ordered this new chicken crap sandwich plus I added cheese. Took one one bite and released they did put my $1.50 piece of cheese on it and it was cold to the touch! I just spoke to the manager of this particular McDonalds because, I feel, when one pays $3.89 for a caramel macchiato, it should have caramel in it! Instead of being understanding and needing to right this wrong, she was not courteous and hung up on me! I seriously think this is a disservice to a paying and regular customer! The McDonalds right down the hill always makes the customer happy and doesn't take it personally! My advice to anyone who frequents our local McDonalds, go to the one near your friendly neighborhood Safeway as they are superior to the other I'm talking about! The drive thru service is awful here, been here twice this weekend and both times got into a lane that let 3-5 cars go before me and I was there first. On top of that I ordered my food and got back to my place and found out they shorted me on my order. But did tell me have a nice day after i was first in line and ended up last and after I paid for something and ended up short. They sure know how to start off your day!!!! read more

Just had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant at this location with two extremely rude workers. One of whom claimed she was a supervisor.(Sadiera) the other was a young man taking orders at the drive-through, didn't get his name. Luckily, there was a manager there named Frankie who is amazing. She's the type of leader ship McDonald's should have at every branch. I plan on contacting the regional manager, Laura Brady, and telling her what a great manager Frankie is, and letting her know about the 2 extremely rude employees that Frankie unfortunately has to supervise. read more

This 5 stars is for the staff at this McDonald's. There is a guy at the money window who is always so kind and cheerful, and today I had an issue with my drink and the manager was so nice and as she was taking care of my issue she was multitasking to take care of everyone else as well, she made my experience very positive. I prefer this location to the other one because this one seems to be less busy, more streamlined, and the parking is much better! The food is the same as every other McDonalds, but the service is friendly and quick! They bring the food to the tables and the young man who last brought out the food when we went to lunch with my parents was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! This place is much less crowded, so the wait is less time and the workers seem a lot happier. The location is great for those who live up the hill and it prevents people from having to drive all the way down to town for a burger. It's attached to a gas station, but don't let that scare you away! read more

We waited about 25 minutes after ordering an egg McMuffin and a sausage burrito inside the store and still didn't get our food. There were only two other customers in the store at the time. What little staff was working seemed unorganized and oblivious to the customers in the store. They seemed to be filling the drive through orders and ignoring the customers inside. We finally asked for our money back and the manager said (with attitude) "your order's ready" but didn't bring it to the counter. Then she called back to the kitchen to stop making the egg McMuffin. So obviously it wasn't ready. As she was refunding our money all she said was "that's what happens when people call in sick." No apology was offered, and as a manager she should have at least apologized. Another couple that came in after us left without their food or a refund because they were tired of waiting. The staff are the rudest people I've ever had to deal with in the Sonora CA McDonald,s. They blocked off the drive through and would only take orders online. Two of the workers were standing outside flirting and I told them this was bad business.
