This is by far the best McDonalds I have ever walked into. Someone is waiting by the door to greet you and asks if you would like help using the new self ordering kiosk. We politely declined and chose to order the traditional way. After we ordered we realized we did not wait for our food. We were given a number to put on our table and our food was brought to us. Anything else we needed was also brought to us. As we looked around we noticed that this was the neatest, cleanest Mc Donald's that I have ever seen. BUT, I had not visited the restroom yet! YEP! They were just as clean. All in all this McDonalds was as nice an experience as some restaurants I have been to! The food was hot and did not taste as if it had been sitting around. it was a complete disaster. I ordered online and went to the curbside pick up waited 15 minutes and nobody came out. I went inside and they said they didn't even have my order. I ordered a number four and a number eight, when I got to the window the woman behind the counter asked me to wait three minutes for the hash browns I said okay. After five minutes a male employee came from McDonald's and handed me a bag with only two hash browns. I asked where was my other food and he looked at me dumbfounded. While driving past this McDonald's, I noticed numerous American Flags placed all around the building. Being a Veteran, I was impressed with the display until I realized that all of the Flags were deliberately put into the ground UPSIDE DOWN. Needless to say, I am very upset with this blatant disrespectful act. The workers that did this should be made aware and that it will not be tolerated. Holy hell. We used the drive thru while visiting the Cape and it was my worst drive thru experience to date. The line was really long and it was about 10am on a Friday. We ordered a bacon egg & cheese mcmuffin, a blueberry muffin, a sausage egg & cheese mcmuffin with hash browns and 2 drinks. It took a LITERAL 21 MINUTES to get our food. AND they messed up the order and gave us mcgriddles. We ate them because we didn't dare complain and go back and risk waiting another 20+ minutes for food. Very slow service. Employees were all over the place laughing and doing whatever. They took 15-20 minutes for our food when me and my friend were the only ones in there. Chicken nuggets were cold, and my burger wasn't cooked all the way. Staff is VERY inexperienced and I felt like they had no clue what they were doing at all. They fuck up my order almost every time they always seem to find some way to unsatisfy me If you ask for any extra sauce of any sort they will either A) flood your food in requested sauce or B) make you ask 3 or 4 times. This McDonald's restaurant is the worst, they never have apple pies. The apple pie is a staple McDonald's menu item and they don't seem to understand. I don't want a specialty pie. I want an apple pie. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this has been addressed with management and there has been no change. I wrote an email to the franchise owner and got a generic response. I also tried to call the restaurant but the listed phone number is connected to a fax machine. This particular McDonald's just doesn't give any fucks. We went inside and ordered 1 egg and cheese biscuit and 1 egg and English muffin, which took a while. When they served our breakfast mine had bacon on it and my husbands had ham. We do not eat pork so they had to re make ours so they threw the first ones away. The sweet tea was also sour so I got sprite which didn't taste right either so I ended up getting a coke. While we were waiting a customer came in from the drive through hollering to see the manager because his order was wrong as well. No one really made any effort to help him so he left. Several of the employees could barely understand English so this could be why they were getting so many orders wrong and having to throw them away. read more

This place is terrible. They gave our food to somebody else, then tried to hand it to us. We asked them to remake it - due to Covid he said he would change our bag. We asked them to throw it out in front of us they had nothing to say. We asked to throw it away in front of them and remake our whole order. Finally they agreed. My boyfriend - who is Puerto Rican went inside to watch them remake it not knowing the speaks Spanish he heard them say "he doesn't want his food" and my boyfriend said in Spanish "because they touched it."
