When I pulled up to the menu at the drive-thru, there were two employees standing between me and the menu board. The one male was just slipping a McDonald's cup beverage with one hand in his pocket and his jacket hanging off his shoulders. I asked him to please move then the employee "Angel" gave me an annoyed look and after a stared down, slowly move a couple of feet. Never uttered a word just told the other employee to walk with him. These two proceeded to walk down the drive-thru where a truck in front of me was waiting for them to get out of the way then carefully drive around them. I asked the window attendant for the manager which she replies "Angel" is the manager. After getting my food, yet another disappointment. Literally, there was a handful of large sliced onions piled on. Furthermore, the patty was not hot and needless to say, the cheese was not melted. Absolutely the worst customer experience possible. 20-minute drive thru wait, assured order is correct, drive away only to find out that the majority of the order is missing. Go back to the restaurant, talk to the manager to fulfill the remainder of the order and don't find out until back home that she screwed it up. Order incorrect in what the manager did. The spots for Reserved Drive Thru exists because their food is always cold and if you're lucky to catch that in time before leaving, you can park there to try to get fresh food. Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to, which is unfortunate since it's the drive thru that's the closest to us for miles. The food is generally prepared well - crispy fries and nuggets for the kids - but they consistently get orders wrong and forget sauces. Even lining up in the store isn't better because the cashiers move registers randomly causing chaos for customers who are trying to line up properly. Orders are plopped down at the counter with no one checking to see if the customer needs anything additional than what was provided on the tray. Today my wife was asked to park after paying at the drive thru and no food arrived after 15 minutes - all with a screaming baby and two other kids in the car. She went inside and asked for a refund. We're going to have to write off this McDonald's cause this location doesn't care about its customers. read more

This McDonalds has a chronic issue of messing up drive through orders. They have given me empty chicken nugget boxes. The wrong toy I ordered. 4 pieces instead of 6 pieces etc. The only reason we have gone there is because the kids want happy meals. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star is for Anna, a manager who's amazing customer service JUST over the phone, really changed my terrible experience into a good one. She was polite, empathetic and professional when addressing my concerns. Several times I've done drive through at this location and each time the quality of the food has been terrible. Today I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, with no onions, and a regular coke. Got my order, looked in the bag and saw 2 cheeseburgers and fries and took it to my office, 1 block away. On the way I ate some french fries from the bag, and they were cold. At my office I opened the 2 cheeseburgers. The first one was cold and had onions on it. The second one was cold but had no onions. The coke had hardly any ice. I live 45 minutes away, this is the closest McDonalds to me, I call and they tell me on the phone they stop serving lunch at 3, I get there at 1:50 and they tell me they stopped serving lunch at 2 even though it was 1:50, and she was rude about it. Closed at 8am Monday morning? McDonald's was already on the bad side for morning choices but I guess I won't ever try this one again. Burger King is just down the street or maybe jack in the box. As I type this I'm watching others trying to get breakfast just to be turned away 3/23/17 update*** Still one of the worst McDonald's around. So they were open this morning at 6am! So they're starting off good at least. Well I go through the drive thu and try to see what kind of drinks they sell... the signs don't have a drink section anymore, so I ask what kind of coffee drinks they have? Hot and cold ones. I came in on 03/17/19 at 16:00 and this place is dirty !!!! I have came multiple times and the floors are covered in fries and paper. You are literally stepping on all the trash . The tables are sticky and covered in trash. I have not seen not one employee sweep the floors or clean the tables. This place makes me not want to eat my food in here .
