He then said because they didnt get the money directly from me. Does he think i ordered food delivered tip my delivery guy then walk in to ask for more food? I paid for the food and didn't receive the complete order. i dont think its wrong of me to go there and ask for the missing items in my order. Went to the drive through this morning. Literally two minutes ago. They had two open lines. A lady comes over the intercom and says I'll be with you in just one minute. Which is fair because someone was in the other line before us. However after helping two more people and then saying hello to a third we decided to go to a better McDonald's and I decided to leave this review. While I'm here. This place is near my house so I take my kids here from time to time. We went lady weekend, Sunday the 26th. Apart from the normal inability to receive your order correctly. The front literally smelt like feces. Crap. Not like a dirty diaper or a mop but human feces. I couldn't take it. The kids playground area smelt like filth. It was awful. There is an honor soda fountain and cream and sugar is available for your choosing. Not hidden behind the counter like most franchise. I did notice there were some so call homeless coming in and out. I would give it zero if I could. Upon ordering I noticed that they keep some of their food outside on crates. I noticed how dirty it was, birds landing on them, eat droppings so you know they're are rats in the area where they keep that food. It was disgustingly filthy. I have never seen such a poorly run McDonalds. Multiple people coming in upset about 30+ minutes waits for in store, drive up and mobile orders. There has been no one even taking orders at the register for a solid seven minutes. It's about five minutes in between customers receiving their food and according to the video board there's about 12 orders waiting I'm sure the food will be fine as it's usually pretty consistent McDonald's but this particular store is mess. read more

I used to come here quite often with my kids but it seems to have gone downhill in the last few months. Lately orders have been wrong, things are missing in an order..my last visit I had a simple order to dine in with a Big Mac and 2 Happy Meals..I ordered through the self service screens in front and everyone else got their orders..I waited and watched others getting their meals while I sat there..I went up to complain that others have received their meals way before me and I had been waiting a good 30 minutes. The girl looks at the screen and says "its still being made" but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary and not only was there no apology it took another good 5-10 minutes! If it werent for my kids being occupied with the play area, we would not be there that long waiting though after that good 30 minutes, the kids would come out to compain that they were starving. I thought this was "fast food"? Today a new "limited time" SZECHUAN sauce was released today and I know they had it since I saw them give it to a woman who was asking about it and wondering why she didn't get it when she ordered it. They gave it to her but looked reluctant to give it to her. I then tried to order my McNuggets and get the sauce but the guy at the register said he couldn't sell it to me. Why not? Its on the Official McDonald's Facebook and I know they have it. He told me "well that is social media". Why would it be on the official site? You have it in stock yet they won't let the customers have it when ordering nuggets? I even asked what do I need to order to get the sauce and he said that "they don't sell it". I can't with this place. Every time I go there is always an issue. Well, I'll actually say 8 times out of 10 there is an issue. Food always tastes great but my order is always messed up. Just last Sunday I ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals and had to wait 20 minutes in front of the store till they brought me my food. They finally bring it, I leave and go home. Tell my why there is a quarter pounder in my double quarter pounder box? I know I know I'm fat and shouldn't be eating here in the first place but come on at least give me what my fat ass ordered and paid for! Always always always check your order before you leave even if there is a huge line behind you and always check the boxes to make sure you got the right sandwich. Oh and make sure your drinks are correct because they like to mess those up too. Out of All McDonald's This one did a total makeover , Deleana the manager in the morning did the best Drive Thru Greeting ever ! She did not only go out of her way to greet us with the humming sound of McDonald's but made us full welcomed and Valued!!!! Are last encounter with the Store GM was HORRIBLE ! However this lady who helped us today was all I can describe as awesome friendly , courageous and has one of the biggest opportunities to be better if you don't work out here youll be a greater asset somewhere else ! McDonald's located at 31853 Temecula Parkway, in Temecula is one of the WORST restaurants around this wonderful city. This McDonald's is lacking of good customer service and even mindfulness. I waited 39 minutes for 5 ice carmel macchiato coffee and 3 of the hot carmel macchiato. The manager named Chrystal Byler did not have enough milk to furfill the order; she sent an employee to get it. The gesture seems to be good; however, when she was going to give me the order, she said: here is your order, but we do not have any carriers. Her attitude was horrible, did not offer any alternative solutions; and she did not CARE at all as to how" only me, suppose to carry the 8 drinks. Was she expecting me to carry them on my head, hands and feet? Really a joke. Thus, I don't recommend this place at all; it must be taken out of our city. I've had good and bad experiences at McDonald's. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had at any fast food place ever. I pulled into the parking lot at 12:30 for takeout. I left at 1:18. It should not take 48 minutes to get "fast" food. There was one person taking orders, one on drive through, and about a dozen behind the counter. However, several times while I was waiting, 5 of them were huddled around the order screen and not doing much else. The manager simply wasn't managing efficiently. To make things worse, the order taker did not read my order back, so I was missing a McChicken. It took me several minutes of standing there with my food and saying "excuse me" to get somebody's attention, but they did make it quickly once I was finally able to let them know. On top of all that, when I got home (a 5 minute drive), the fries, which were supposed to be without salt, were loaded with salt. They were saltier than when my sister made hamburgers and the lid to the salt came off. I couldn't even eat them. Plus, they were soggy and barely warm. The Big Macs were cold. The Sausage McMuffins were chewy. The hashbrowns were cold and floppy. They need to do some serious revamping of their service and training. I've had too many bad experiences at this McDonald's, so I will not be going back. I'd rather go to the one inside Walmart. read more

I have never ever been sassy or rude to another person in the fast food or retail industry because I know how challenging it can be but the girl working the drive thru really got me to lose my patience. I've been through this McDonald's SEVERAL times prior to this (two times prior dealing with her) and she's been mildly rude and very indifferent and like she can't be bothered but I let it go each time because I assume it's been a long day or whatever. I totally understand we can't be peppy ALL day. This last time was it for me as she raised her clearly annoyed voice at me that they were only serving breakfast in the middle of me ordering. Admittedly, I misheard her which shouldn't be a big deal and most definitely doesn't merit that tone of voice. After already making me feel bad that I had three separate orders, which I apologized for because she said a delayed "ok" in such a grumpy tone..I was just over her. I told her I misheard her and she was like "sooorrry" when she didn't sound sorry at all so I told her "oh I'm SURE you are" and as I drove past the window to leave she was peeking through the glass and smirking like she was pleased with herself. They are rarely every friendly or enthusiastic to help you at the window. I apologize for the employees that ARE kind but I have yet to have that experience. Also for the past 3+ weeks their frappe and smoothie machine has been out of service I guess? Why let that go on for so long? Save your time and go to Taco Bell or Jack in the Box next door. (Using my wife's acct) I came to the drive thru yesterday and as I waited to order a coffee in the right lane the operator proceeded to take the orders of patrons on the left. I pointed out that I was ready and they let 2 cars pass and a third car was ordering. I pointed out that I had been ready to order and that two cars had passed. They decided to play a prank and I ended up with a coffee with about 1/4" amount of coffee grinds. I discovered this after getting half way down my cup. I returned to complain and they apologized (the MGR was in shock and gave me three meal vouchers). I was spitting grinds out the whole day and I donated my meal tickets as I don't want to go back.
