We waited in line ( drive thru ) for approximately 25 minutes . At 11:23 PM , a worker came and put the cones to block the drive thru without saying anything . When asked , he said " we're closed " ! I'm disgusted I was eating my burger on my way home from McDonalds . Once I got inside I realized how undercooked the burger was and now I'm hoping I don't get sick from it. Lack of employees. No employees available to take your order. No ability to get refills. You now have to wave a worker down to get their attention for a refill and they just give you a new cup. Dirty floors and kid area. All the patrons are standing around waiting for their orders because nobody calls out your number. I've never seen a remodel actually make a restuarant worse. read more

I honestly don't know how corporate doesn't come and check this franchisee out!?! So they sent me a free apple pie on the app. Went to get it. Get to the window they tell me they don't have apple pie and they took it upon themselves to sub it with a blueberry pie, which I can't even eat because I'm allergic to blueberries. They said I couldn't substitute it for anything else. It's literally over 50% of the time you can't get what you order here. We ordered two large caramel coffees, two sausage McMuffin's and two extra hash browns, they ask us to park so they could "pack" our two sandwiches and four hash browns, they had our coffees immediately. We parked and seven more cars got their orders behind us while we waited. I had to go in finally to get our food that had been sitting on the counter waiting to be brought outside. When we got home the had given us regular egg McMuffins. Not our actual order. So yeah this was not the first time with this location and we have given them the benefit of the doubt several times, but will be the last time for us. read more

Decided to try this location again since I wasn't ordering a Frappe. I ordered a large French fry and this picture is what I received. I basically paid for a large, but received a medium. Was going to call the number on the receipt except the ink on the receipt was unreadable. Thinking they do that on purpose. This particular McDonald's is a complete rip off. Stopped by today to pick up dinner for my family. Employee at the first window made an honest mistake. No big deal we all make em and I wouldn't have been upset about it except when I pulled to the next window the Manger who was supposed to be taking care of the issue starts speaking to me in a very demeaning and disrespectful tone. While repeating the order back to me I misunderstood what he was saying for a second because again no one's perfect and we all make mistakes. After the first time he gets visibly agitated and proceeds to further speak in an even more demeaning way. Yes he had to repeat the order again because he was saying it in a different way than how I ordered it which is no one's fault per say however as a manager of a company that provides customer service, rudeness and disrespect should never ever be tolerated or excepted. Especially when the customer was nothing but polite and respectful to you in spite of the mistake made on YOUR end prior. This man has absolutely no business working around people what so ever much less business being the manager of a customer service establishment if he's going to be speaking to the people who white his pay check that way. Manager, if your reading this review which I know your not nor would you probably even care even if you do end up reading this. You need to start looking into other business avenues because management isn't for you dude! Also you should be happy and appreciative you even have a job in times like these. My advice to you is to stick to your work with a smile and get your job done and leave your nasty feelings and attitude at home! Or take a hike! The last straw was when I went in to notify the employee about him I asked for the managers name and he wasn't willing to give it out as he said " I'm not sure if he's willing to give out that information" are you kidding me?! This McDonald's sucks ass! It's midnight Saturday morning both drive thru isles were open I was on one side and another car was on the other side, we were the only two cars. They the other cars order and they pulled up I'm waiting. Another car comes up on that side, I hear her taking the order, I'm still waiting. I haven't even been acknowledged. Another car, still nothing on my side. I think the number one complaint would be service. The woman that always works there at the second window is just rude. I asked for extra sauce, and she asked me "is the sauce in the bag not enough?" Kind of sounded like a second hand insult if I'm going to be honest, it's not that hard to just go get more sauce when someone asks for it. I understand costumer service is a pain, but being flat out rude like that is just insane to me. I honestly felt kinda ashamed for even asking? So I just said "yeah" and drove off, because dang like it was a simple request, and two, her comment made me feel honestly bad about myself. If you want any part of your order right this is not the McDonald's location to go to. Asked for a double cheeseburger with bacon, ketchup only and a quarter pounder with cheese no modifications. Ended up with a McDouble no pickles and a bacon quarter pounder. Also it took them 5 minutes in the drive thru followed by 10 minutes waiting out front with 3 trips from the food runner to finally even get all parts of the order. read more

Wed. 12:30 I pulled into McDonalds split drivethru. No cars in either lane. lady asked me if i was using the app. I said no. I placed an order #7 for 2 cheeseburgers fries and drink. she repeated the order. I told her that the order screen was really bad and had lots of lines in it. She asked me to hold a minute. As 2 cars pulled up in the other lane, placed their orders and proceeded to move in front of me. Another car behind them began placing their order. so I pulled ahead and moved up to the order payment window who did not have my order?? Nice lady tried to help me, I requested to see the manager, but she did not take my order either. manager came to the window and asked me for my order, I gave it to her, she quickly turned and walked away. I asked to see her again and was told she would be at the reception window. She was not. I was given my order and I asked again to see the manager. I did not appreciate being put on hold andn having 2 almost 3 customers proceed in front of me. I was asked to move my car forward and the manager would come out to meet me. I was kind of upset yesterday when They got my order wrong. Specially when you don't eat meat and you love McDonald's ! We are limited on the things that you can get.
