Don't waste your money or your time here! I don't think people read these reviews, or this particular McDonalds would be closed. They have had their lobby closed since the pandemic. My wife insists on having a Friday tradition with our 5 kids so she buys McDonalds (through the Drive Thru) every Friday. She has asked me to do it 4 times, but today will be the last time I help anyone at this McDonalds! I arrived at the 2-Car Drive through and nobody is in line. I mention that I have an "App Order" and they pause...take a drink...maybe a break. Another car pulls up in the next lane, orders, drives up to pay and receive their food. I'm still at the order speaker. Finally they see my App order (which is designed to speed up your order and hopefully help them fulfill the order correctly) and I move to the Pick-Up Window. After I receive my beverages, I was told to park to await my order. I park and watch the Drive-Thru stack up...and car after car drives away with their orders. So much for ordering through an app! WTF! Finally, 10 minutes later a guy wanders from car to car asking if he has their order, but it's mine. He hands me 3 bags, I run through the order verbally to make sure he has it all and he confirms, "Yep, it's all here." so I drove home. WITHOUT MY DAUGHTER'S HAPPY MEAL! FFS!!! Yes...you're right...I should have taken everything out of the bags and verified that I actually had everything...but I didn't. I called from home saying I was coming back to get the happy meal, and whoever answered the phone apologized and assured that I could go back through the Drive-Thru and get the happy meal, along with free meal vouchers. I went back...waited in the line...got the happy meal, but had NO meal vouchers. What a sham! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS MCDONALDS! IF YOU DO, IT'S ON YOU FOR NOT READING THESE REVIEWS! Worst McDonald's i have ever been to. I waited 25 min in line at the drive thru and the diet coke they gave me was flat as hell. Then they told me to park at the #3 spot when I got there some was already parked there. I saw a McDonald's worker in the parking lot and tild her im supposed to be in #3 and she said just park at an open spot with no number next to it. I waited another 20 min and I have had it. Me and my two kids went inside and I let them have it. There were alot of people inside mad and waiting for thier food as well. We still waited another 10 min before we finally got our food. Wish I could leave a negative review. This location seriously can't get an order right to save their lives. Their employees appear to purposely mess up the orders. Any and all requests are ignored and they don't even give you a basic burger. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with extra onions and pickles. My receipt said extra onions and pickles but one burger had no extras and other burger was plain. No even any ketchup. Not a single napkin or ketchup. If I could give this place a ZERO star rating l would because they SUCK!!! I have been going to this Mc Donald's for the past 8 yrs due to convenience & gave them the benefit of the doubt in hopes that they would improve over time prior to making this negative comment. They always manage to screw up my orders each and every time we go here regardless of whether we dine in, drive thru or use the mobile app. If I use their drive thru, they often make me park at 1 of 2 designated drive thru parking spots to wait another 30 mins for my order. I'm not sure if it's their machine, but their sweet tea is NEVER sweet. They try to fix their mistake by giving me a free cookie or muffin each time. We literally just came home after waiting for a long time at one of their parking spots where they told us to park and they give us our order. Ordered a Big Mac family bundle and we asked for sauces for the chicken nuggets, and no sauce was given. Opened up the 2 Big Macs and it looks like I have to assemble it myself like it's IKEA furniture. Such a bad experience at this location. The man who delivered our order even handed our bag to the car parked next to us. We were told to park on #2. Drive-Thru service was substandard: I ordered the new Tomato mozzarella grilled chicken sandwich medium meal and received a fried chicken sandwich with no mozzarella and a poorly assembled sandwich, and warm half filled box of fries. I like McDonalds for their hot and was very disappointed with my sandwich. They said they will replace my meal I'll change my review if it is better. Terrible, absolutely terrible. This review is for the 10pm-3am crew. I placed my order at 11:33pm with two cars in front of me, no cars behind me. I wanted: apple pie, sweet tea, and a McFlurry along with my food. None of those are available at the moment. And I get it... it's late at night, no one wants to have to clean up and deal with those items. But if you work at a restaurant that has a menu that serves said items, perhaps you should just do your job and make it available to others. Okay so just fries and a burger for me then no big deal right? Pull up to the window, rude shift lead. Tells me to go park and wait for my food. No big deal, maybe it's fresh fries. 11:54pm finally ticks and my food is out. Fries are filled almost halfway and undercooked. You can tell it's undercooked when fries are suppose to be golden and slightly crispy but instead are white and soggy. Burger was dry... what exactly did I wait 21 minutes for? Would give 0 stars if I could. We sat in the curbside pickup spot for over 40 minutes and are currently still waiting for our food. The drive through line is moving at a decent pace, but it took over half an hour for people behind us in order to receive their drinks. They also always mess up our order without fail; missing items, missing sauce, wrong drinks. The list goes on. Update: they gave us a bunch of food we didn't order, but the food is super stale and cold. This'll be the last time I get food here. Came to this establishment today and ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets and a couple other items. I got home and opened my box of nuggets and it was filled with pickles haha no cannot make it up. But here is what people fail to realize ppl make mistakes and I am not going to sit here and bash mcdonalds knowing dang well I will come back to this exact establishment since it is neat my house. Secondly I spoke with the GM of the location and she was understanding and she gave the opportunity multiple times to make it right and I declined haha petty over 6 nuggets. There is something seriously wrong with this location. Got stuck for 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me. People turned their cars off and went inside to use the bathroom. Everyone was so angry. I had time to call the manager to explain how we were trapped in the drive thru and his attitude was flippant. He couldn't even offer an explaination. It's simply not normal that it takes that long to assemble a couple burgers. I was sitting so long in the same place I demanded my money back. This is by far the most poorly managed fast food location of any chain in the entire country (McDonald's Temecula Parkway). Having gone there at least a dozen times in the past 3 years, I can't recall ever having my order correct. The drive through lines are long, they will park you to wait longer, and then still get the order wrong. Every time the family suggests a quick stop here following a softball game, I cringe, but then hope that the last visit was a fluke. It's never a fluke. The one thing they have is consistency. This location should be the first to be replaced by automation and kiosks. Leaving 1 star because 0 is not an option. read more

I got there and was told that it was cash only. I asked a few questions and received absolutely no answer. As I hardly know anyone that carries cash anymore (including me), I had no option to order anything. But I guess it makes sense since a lot of druggies with cotton mouth carry cash. The service here is TERRIBLE! I can't tell you how many times our orders have been wrong. But, because we don't want to hold up the drive thru line any more than it always is (so slow), we don't check our order tell we get home. Then we end up driving back to this place to get the order corrected (either get the right food, or get the food that was left out entirely). The order takers and money takers have been friendly, but management sucks. They can't even live in the 21st centurty. It's true that their building is up to date, but..... They have been advertising that they are hiring, so my son applied. Got an interview. Went to orientation. Was not put on the scedule for the first two weeks, but was at least given 1 shift each week of 4 hours. He's told that the schedule is posted Friday afternoons (on a white board! Not even an app or email!) He goes in to look - "Oh, it might be up tomorrow or Sunday". Like, what? So, we go today (Sunday) and he is on the schedule, finally, but for ONLY 4 HOURS!! If someone needs a job, it's not for 4 measly hours a week. I am writing to the manager personally. I am writing to Corprate. This is the worst place for so many reasons!
