Had my mom sit & wait for plus she wanted to try the garlic fries. I got back to her just in time. More than 1/2 the fries were practically raw. Foood maintains the standards like other McDonald. I ordered 4 mc chicken and 20 piece chicken nuggets. I went thru drive through. The line went by quick , so we got our food quick. THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW ENTIRE CREW! I don't know if they come in high or what but they're constantly misunderstanding people's orders. If not that they find clarity AFTER they've already put in your order. It's okay to be sure of things but they made it seem like they completely understood my entire order while putting it in the system. And I'm not saying this on just my behalf, the cashier did this to 3-4 people before me, is also a reason why there's a long line. There's hardly a long line at this McDonald's at THIS TIME. Had to ask for our money back because the bacon was extremely burned and my mother couldn't eat it.and I ate my burger even though it was also pretty burned. They were out of everything we tried to order also. Worst costumer service. Can not even take an order right! I went to Walmart Pharmacy to pick up prescription today so I stopped by this McDonald. I ordered one big breakfast with hot cakes, one Bacon McGriddles meal and one Bacon McGriddles sandwich. When I received my order, they gave me Sausage McGriddles meal and Sausage McGiddles sandwich instead. Then I realized that on my receipt, it shows Bacon meal and Bacon sandwich but they charged me Sausage meal and Sausage sandwich price (which in total is 40 cents more). So I went to explain to them and also pointed out that I was overcharged. The lady in the back came to the counter and looked at my receipt, and took back the two sausage sandwiches not even apologizing! 5 minutes later, they put 2 bacon sandwiches on my plate and then turned around. No one said sorry or was going to refund me this 40 cents. I did not want to waste my time for this 40c so I walked away. But for sure, I won't come back! I don't post reviews of McDonalds because it's fast food and you get what you get but I just had to share this with all of you. After checking out at Walmart I stopped here for breakfast. A pleasant looking elderly woman with grey hair and glasses greeted me with "can I help you?" I ordered a #2 with black coffee. A #2 consists of a sausage egg mcmuffin, hash browns and a drink. When she returned with my order all that was there were 2 black coffees. I'm thinking hey I ordered just one but what the heck I'll save it for later. When nothing else came I asked her where was the rest? She said that's all I had ordered. I say forget it and proceed to take my 2 coffees. She asks do you want the sandwich, I say ok and she tells me it will cost $9. 49. I say WHAT? She says anything with an egg jumps up the price. I'm thinking maybe eggs have become an endangered item. I snap back to reality. At this point I'm totally frustrated and tell her, forget it nothing more and leave with my two coffees. I've had this same order many times over the years and it's generally about $6.99 for EVERYTHING. I should have known better when I paid for the coffees but I wasn't thinking, I was in a hurry. By the way, when I left I gave my second coffee to some homeless guy walking by. What the hell was I gonna do with two coffees anyway? read more

I have been an avid & loyal McDonald's customer for the past 20 years; I have to say this is the worst McDonalds that I've ever been to. I went in at 10:40AM to order two medium fries and a double cheeseburger. The cashier alerted me that lunch is served at 11o'clock, so I retracted my double cheeseburger & swapped it for chicken nuggets (chicken nuggets & fries are served all day). She said there were only enough french fries for one of those orders & they were completely out of chicken nuggets. Confused at what kind of establishment they were running I quickly ordered an egg mcmuffin meal before she could tell me they didn't serve breakfast anymore. Low and behold, they were completely out of egg mcmuffins. WHAT DO YOU SERVE!?! BESIDES BROKEN PROMISES AND AN EMPTY STOMACH!!! I fought hot tears as I stumbled from those beautiful golden arches as I felt my back being stabbed by the ever so cheerful Ronald McDonald. I will give this McDonalds a 1 star because I have faith that one day they will restore their good name & be in my good graces. read more

Hmmmm the first time i actually went to McDonald's in a long time and i get food poisoning! Seriously i wish i never succumbed to starvation. The classic chicken sandwich did me in...very awful last three days for me. I never eat at McDonald's since I think their food is gross,, but since there was no other place around i got 1 thing there. Big mistake I guess. At least i can say that McDonald's helped me lose weight (even though I'm already too skinny and trying to gain weight). Diarrhea and projectile vomiting works wonders in weight loss. Not sure how the food got contaminated, but there is no doubt in my mind the chicken sandwich was the culprit. It felt like Mexico all over again...... read more

My daughter and I stopped by this McDonald's in Walmart for a "quick" bite while out running earns. I had my daughter sit at a table which there were plenty to choose from. It was not that busy during the time we were here. I had one person in front of me so my order went in pretty quick. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget, 1-large fry, 2-large drinks and asked for plain honey for the nuggets. Once I got my receipt at 15:25, I was number 258. I literally had to wait 18 minuets before I had my food in my hand at 15:43! This McDonald's is inside Walmart and there is no drive-thru so I don't know what the problem really was except I watched one employee cook the chicken nuggets. Then I saw the manager cook the fry's after the nuggets had already been done for a while. The manager a female, did not offer any compensation for the very inexcusable agonizing long wait. After I finally got my tray with the food. One of the male employee's said he was very sorry for the wait. I snapped at the manager that she should offer us something in compensation for having to wait 18 minutes for our food. I stated how long we had to wait about 3 times. Then as I was walking away she choose to try to say something to me, at that point I was so so very angry that I just could not talk to this person any longer. Still no compensation for the INEXCUSABLE treatment or wait. The manager made NO attempt to come to our table to talk to me AT ALL! What kind of customer service training is the policy for McDonald's managers I ask? I WILL NOT be back to this McDonald's ever again. There is one about a half a mile over near Target so i will go there. Very disappointed in the treatment and SERVICE at this one. I say AVOID EATING HERE IF ANYWAY POSSIBLE! So so done!! Horrible place. Dirty, smelly, and the staff was very rude. I recently had some negative experience there - the toys received from kids' meals are totally different from the ones displayed. The staff was very inattentive when I asked the questions. Nothing was done. I shared my comments on the McDonald's website but the restaurant NEVER followed up with me after the call center contacted them twice!
