I'm giving this a 3.5 out of 5. Just average McDonalds, but I'd like to compliment one of the crew members (Aaron). I had ordered a few things and everything was correct, but I was missing a 10 piece nugget. I was a little frustrated about it and made a phone call to the McDonald's. Aaron had respectfully said that he noticed extra nuggets on the side and they had made a simple mistake. He requested that I come back and he would make me new ones. I came back and Aaron had those extra nugs ready and he had thrown in a "Free Meal Voucher" and a "Free Coffee Drink Voucher." He expressed his apologies and was very professional about it. If I could give zero stars I would ...I've lived in the city for almost 12 years now and could probably count on one hand how many times they've gotten the order right. Once again went through the drive-through tonight... charged me for 2 six piece nuggets along with a lot of other stuff and left the 2 six piece nuggets out. Called the manager she was very nice her name was Sylvia... however super frustrating that they can't seem to get all of the food into the bags and to the customer. Doesn't seem that difficult. Oh and for once they weren't busy at all. Only about 5 cars in the drive thru. read more

Only two cars in the drive thru so tried to order an Egg McMuffin at 10:27am. Even though all the menus were still showing breakfast, I was told breakfast was over. When I asked what time they stopped serving breakfast, they told me they ran out of breakfast. Fat chance! There was no one behind me so I backed out and left. I won't be back. I take my granddaughter to McDonalds once a week for a Happy Meal. It irritates me to no end when I'm asked, "is it for a girl or a boy". Is this 1950?!?! Girls can play with trucks and boys can play with My Little Pony. Toys don't have a gender. It gives children confused thoughts about themselves if they like a different 'sex' toy- they think something is wrong with them. C'mon McDonalds! read more

This has got to be the WORST McDonalds on the planet! Something is ALWAYS broken! Their ice cream machine is by far is ALWAYS on the fritz! Hello??? It's 100 degrees people! Or the ATM server is down or the drive thru speaker is broke so it takes forever to order & get your food. Seriously? I know this owner doesn't have any other McD competition in the city but either the owner is a complete cheapskate and not involved in his daily operations or could just care less about the even worse customer service they provide. Food is not half bad, sometimes it can be slow but normally only when it's packed. Seems a lot as if it's understaffed and only has one or two crew-persons running behind the counter. Would recommend going during slow times. read more

What time does this restaurant close? It was closed about 11:30PM (Friday - 8/18/20), but your website says: 1:00AM? Could you let us know? It is really disappointing to go out to get some quick to-go food and find your restaurant is closed before its official closing time. This isn't the first time this has happened. Lastly, normally, food is good and your employees are polite/kind. Since, you were closed we couldn't tell how good the food would have been this time. Don't do the mobile curbside pick up. Completely pointless. I waited in the spot for 10 minutes and they never came. Then went thru drive thru where they hadn't even seen that I placed an order. Friendly service, but the dinning room is dirty. One of the workers had there family members there, and the young lady with the child yelled across to her to come over. Unprofessional, instead of chatting with family, the worker should of clean up the dinning room. read more

This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. The customer service here is Atrocious! The way the employees speak to you and treat you the CUSTOMER is beyond not right, we were in here and there was only two other customers and they both had their food and we had to wait 30 minutes for a happy meal, triple cheeseburger and 20 pc nuggets, and they didn't even get that right and we're very rude when they handed us our food, the playroom was at least 95° and we were told nothing they could do and it was beyond a pigsty with food drinks and trash everywhere. Just when I thought this place couldn't get worse... I rarely write reviews and have kept my opinion on this McDonalds location to myself despite practically every order I've placed here having something wrong and waiting an excessive amount of time for it. That's an easy enough fix. I try to be patient and got used to checking the bag/tray before I leave. However today... 1. The playplace smelled like a dirty diaper pail. I understand that if someone put a dirty diaper in the trash they can't help that. But they should take the trash out occasionally. That smell had to have been there a while to be that musty. 2. It took 25 minutes for our meal of 3 happy meals, a double cheeseburger and fry. The only reason it didn't take longer is because we asked at the counter about it. They lamely stated that we were waiting on chicken nuggets and the burger but we saw 3 people who ordered after us get their's before us. And they weren't that busy inside and no line in the drive thru when we got there. 3.The fries were hard n burned and overly saturated and glistening with oil. They were simply gross and visibly so. Cooked too long and not shaken out well enough. They should never have been served. We weren't the only ones that returned them. 4. They ran out of happy meal toys after the orders they let out before ours. 5. They offered no compensation except to exchange the fries upon asking and that we could come back for toys tomorrow. A small gesture goes a long way. Sadly they know they are the only local McDonalds and don't have to strive for anything better than substandard. read more

Just spent $20.00 on 2 Filet O Fish combos in the drive thru. Heard the gal at the window telling them to hurry with the sandwiches, because we were drive thru. Well they hurried, because almost all the tarter sauce was on the side of the box and not the sandwich . Then to top it off, they didn't even give us a full slice of cheese on the sandwich it was more like a quarter slice.
