Worst customer service I have ever seen and the manager on duty is indifferent to her cashier being not only rude but disrespectful to paying customers. They move as slow as they possibly can. The wait was long, our food sat in the bag by the cooking area getting cold, we waited over 10 minutes while the manager walked around like she didn't know what to do. My egg, bacon cheese biscuit tasted like cleaning products, very nasty flavor, the hash browns tasted like they were fried in very old grease. Ended up getting sick from the few bites. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service I received today. My coworker went through drive thru for a sweet tea and was told by the gentleman working the drive thru that you were no longer carrying it. Not sure why this information wasn't relayed when order was made?! Another coworker thought that seemed odd so called a few hours later and was told by a gal that was not correct and that your store was just waiting for sweet tea to arrive on a truck. Employees should be trained to not give out false information or to ask if they don't know. read more

I asked for a Chicken Clubhouse sandwich to go from this place and asked for it with no cheese. I got the sandwich with no cheese, but also without the chicken. I am not kidding; they literally forgot the chicken patty in a chicken sandwich. How the heck could you possibly mess something that basic and commonplace up? Maybe it's a product of McD's notorious employee treatment, but if you like a hamburger with no actual hamburger patty then this is the place to go apparently. We only went here to get the minion toys this day, 7/5, and the guy who helped us, (too bad I didn't get his name), took his time to look at the back to find some more and not just the available ones in the box that they have. This is the worst Mc donald's i have ever been to. The services sucks, the crew does not have a sense of urgency. I waited 10 minutes in line for my order. It was not even busy. The guy who took ny order was very rude, his name is DIMITRI. This guy toss me the receipt instead of handing it to me. I want to punch him right there but held back because my daughter was with me. When you first walk in, it appears to be like any other McDonald's, but surprisingly it wasn't. I did not feel welcome and realized that there were no outlets available at all for me to plug in my laptop and get some work done. I intended to order plenty so I wouldn't be a wifi free loader, but I just didn't get that same warm welcome I usually get when I walk into a "nice" neighborhood location. Wow.. Service at drive thru is horrible.. The speaker was broken and we had to order at the window. The dark haired girl that worked the window didn't greet us with a smile and said..'what would you like?" While my husband was telling her our order...she walked away mid sentence...without a word...just walked away . Never said, "excuse me a second" or anything. Never apologized when she came back to the window..all she said was.. " what was it again?" If you can't deal with the public in a friendly manner, then maybe food service shouldn't be your career. If you also wAnt $15 an hr .. You need to at least greet the customer with a smile, happily take their order and thank them for coming...no matter what kind of day you are having... I downloaded this stupid app just to give this awful place 1 star. Itd be 0 if i could do that Last time i went, i ordered the sweet bbq burger and the only modifier i put was to add an extra slice of cheese. What i got instead was a big mac, so i went up and politely gave them my receipt with my actual order. What they gave back to me was a chicken sandwich. When i took it back again, they just gave me /another/ type of chicken sandwich. Meanwhile, the cashier isnt even saying sorry or giving a shit, and the chef is laughing his ass off while also being confused with my order (he was probably high) Eventually the manager came along to give me my refund. Welp I got to this McDonald's in Yucaipa and as soon as I walk in smells like all the workers souls died and they shoved them in the deep fryer. The workers area looked disgusting. Just went to grab an ice cream cone from the drive through and the machine was broken and I couldn't get out of the drive through line. I waited 12 minutes to get to the front of the line at 9:45pm. Only 2 cars were ahead of me and when I got to the window the lady did apologize but did nothing to make it right. I asked her very politely if there was anything she could you for me like maybe give me a coupon for a free one next time which would cost McDonalds all of about $.20 or less and she said no. Restaurant was very clean and well kept. Out of all the McDonald's locations I've been in, this is the only location that got the Filet O' Fish right. This McDonalds has had issues for a while. However, today really upset our family. With a three year old we frequent McDonalds as you can imagine. Today we had three kids and two adults with us. We ordered three kids meals, all chicken nuggets. The order arrived and all three of them had the fries and apple slices however no chicken nuggets in all of them. When we went up to the the manager Erica to let her know she started to laugh. She could tell that we were upset and thought it was funny. Then another team member saw what was happening and tried to correct it because they couldn't believe that the manager was laughing. We also had to ask three times for a table to be cleaned and it wasn't until we asked Dylan that it was finally cleaned. We understand that mistakes happen but her laughing at the situation was totally uncalled for. We will be finding another restaurant to dine at in Redlands instead. The only reason I gave this a one star is because of Dylan. He is incredibly friendly and always goes out of his way to be helpful. read more

The worst! The manager (Debra Larreau) was just plain rude! After a long wait to finally hear our # called it looked as if our order wasn't right. When my husband touched the bag to check it she started to slap his hand but then said " if you touch it I'll have to make it all over again". The order was wrong so we had to wait again at which point she came over to us to verify the order and she clearly felt put out . She assured us she would take care of it personally. After almost half an hour our order came up and it was still wrong. We witnessed continuous complaints from other customers while we waited and ate. I go to this place a few times a month, the play place is nothing special. But it is close and convenient to let the kids play no matter the weather. Today we get here and the play place is hot and more stuffy than usual. They tell us that the air in the play place is broken, but we can prop open the door to the dining area. Just a few min after we do that a customer from inside the dining area gets up to close the door. I ask the worker again and I was told I would just have to wait until the other patrons left. As I am writing this review my daughter comes out of the slide with her foot bleeding. I took a piece of glass our plastic out of her foot and take it to the register to show them and ask for a bandage and something to clean it with. One manager comes out with some spray but he tells me that he has no bandaid. Another manager with attitude comes up and asks what the problem is. After he is told what happened he leaves with the spray and comes back with a bandage. I asked him if he had anything to sanitize her cut with and he tells me all he can do is put some of that spray on a towel and give that to me. After all that we left. The drive through employee could not tell me what ingredients were in their salads. Then she gave me a brief item list when she did. I asked about the large sandwiches and she only told me 1 sandwich, not all of them. Then I asked for a basic sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomato and it had the works. The fries tasted hours old and soggy. She got our drink order wrong and when we asked for a drink upgrade, she said we couldn't. When I drove to the window, she was laughing with coworkers and kept closing the window on me. I had to ask for condiments and she just dropped them in my hand. The building itself is a nice new modern looking Mc Donald's. The staff though are very slow they have no hustle what so ever. This is the slowest Mc Donald's I have ever been to. It is seriously shocking to watch. They just dottle around while they have a line inside and out with frustrated customers sitting staring at them. They all so loose points in my book for the fact that they leave everything so filthy dirty floors, tables, bathroom. I wish I could give zero stars. After placing my order for an ice cream cone I waited 18 before I received it. There were only 4 cars in front of me. The reason for this delay and others is that management refuses to staff the first window where you pay for the order. After several months of not eating at this McDonald's because of its repeated B rating, I noticed today that the McDonalds had an A grade in the window and so I returned. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a quarter pounder cheese meal and coke and a McChicken meal and a coke. When I got home, less than half a mile away, I found that I needed to microwave my meal because it was cold. Looks like I will be going back to the Mentone McDonalds to order food that will actually be warm when I get home to Yucaipa. read more
