The worst McDonald's I've been to by far, the Big Macs were hard and they don't clean, the play area smells like feet

This has got to be by far the Worst McDonald's on the planet. I just sat at the intercom for a least 15 min. I pulled up she said I'll be with you in a minute. (Yeah right) cars behind me are honking like it's my fault. I call out to her and I rudely get I'll be with you in a minute .so, I wait and wait. Finally she says what can I get for you. I tell her and say I should get my food for free as well as every car that has waited. She tells me she's sorry but, she had to take care of customers. So, I say well what am I. I asked for a manger she said their was not one there. WHAT!!!!! There's always a manger at McDonald's. This McDonald's I've had trouble with in the past, not getting my orders right. But, that was the last straw! Take my advice and don't go to this McDonald's it's the Worst!! It's the Yucaipa Blvd McDonald's. read more

This McDonald's is the worst fastfood ever. I ordered 2 McRib sandwich and when I got home I open the box and theres no Mcrib. All I got was a 10 pcs of nuggets inside the box. I am never coming back to this place again, ever!!! read more

This McDonald's is disgusting. The exterior looks unkept and has an awful odor. Walking in, the floor is a mess, tables haven't been wiped down, counter had spilled food on it, restroom was filthy from floor to ceiling and the urinal was out of order with no signage. I walked into the play area and it was a filthy greasy mess. The employees were hanging around clueless as if it wasnt dirty or it wasnt their responsibility, the manger on, was pulling drivethrough orders as if to hide from her responsibilities. The customer service has improved greatly from a year ago. They must be spending more time on their interview process. I also like that their burgers are now cooked to order. My burger always tastes fresh and no more half cooked eggs or eggshells in the McMuffins. Keep up the good work! read more

This place is disgusting! It just keeps getting worse and worse. The Kids area is filthy and the women's restroom has diarrhea smeared all over it. But the managers have plenty of time to chat it up in the corner for hours... read more

Horrible drive thru! Second time I went thru and ordered fresh coffee, was told yes we just made it. They handed it to me I opened it...cold! I told them of course ...pull around to front wait again they will bring out fresh coffee. All I can say is...WOW!!!! They need more help. The bathrooms are dirty. Waited 15 minutes for 2 happy meals. Once they came it was just the toy and hamburger, since they failed to include the rest. Everything was out of stock; ketchup, napkins, lids, etc. Customers were stomping cockroaches in the play area. VERY poorly run. This is a very busy McDonald's! The staff have always been courteous to me, even when they are slamming busy. Kudos to them!

It has a B rating, I didn't see it until I left the drive thru, so stopped and threw out my food. Not going back until I see an A in the window...probably just not going back at all. read more

Complete change...new mgmt and many new staff. They are pleasant and the service is wayyy better then it's ever been and they now have an A health rating. Give them another try if you've had a bad experience in the past. read more

Ewwww!! Took my daughters for breakfast this morning. They got our order right but when we got home, which is only a 3 min drive, the food was cold and hard. Totally grossed me out. My girls wouldn't even eat their meals. Sorry McD's I won't be going back. Disgusting. Definitely a waste of money. read more

Disgusting!!!! Came here to eat with my kids and my mom.. And there were NO straws or napkins where soda machine was. Trash EVERYWHERE.. And restrooms had no soap.. And of course when my mom went to tell the manager. They didn't care.. And the whole time we were there eating, no one cleaned the lobby. read more

Do not go to this McDonald's! Terrible. I went in to order my coffee, so as I finished ordering I waited around 15-20 minutes, and still nothing. The workers inside were either just standing there or talking to one another. My number gets called and they said to me" sorry we don't have any coffee beans, would you like anything else?" The workers had an attitude with me too! Are you kidding me? So you make me wait in line for that long to tell me you don't have any coffee beans?? Poor management. Horrible! Worst ever! Today I arrived at 10:45 am and lunch was supposed to have started at 10:30 am. I was in the drive through and ordered. I was told lunch was not ready, but I could order and it would be delivered to me to the waiting area in 10 minutes. I paid , drove through and waited for over 31 minutes. Then they threw in a large order fries & apple pie. I'm diabetic, had to wait 31 minutes for a salad, & then was given food that could make me sick. I'll never eat there again. read more

i ordered a happy meal, side of fries and 2mcflurrys. it took 25 minutes to get my food. when I got my food the lady had told me that the McFlurry machine was broken. i got my refund. the fries were definitely not fresh. my son got a girl toy and not a boy toy when we even told them. tables are not clean. just terrible read more

THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER !!!!! The quality of the food is horrible , even when you request your food well done , fresh , or with no condiments they always seem to do the opposite ! No matter how many customers there are this McDonald's never seems to execute an order properly. Wait times are always out of this world and management is no help as they always say they will fix it or talk to staff but nothing gets done. Email on receipt is pointless as nobody ever responds. not a good place to work. 1 manager smoking pot on break-time everyday, other managers dont know how to schedual breaks for employee's so most are take at the end of the shif and are mandator says managment. Most employees would rather go home not stay for lunch or break after your shift is over. dont piss in the managers weaties or you get less hours than you allready get. dont take ant time off or be sick. Hmmm most all employees have a food card from health department and take a class. this class says you can NOT come to work if your sick. but you lose your job if you dont. It's nice to have a McDonald's in Yucaipa; however, you must check your order fully before driving away. Food is good, workers are not so thorough. Left fries out of the bag 3 visits in a row. Known to give wrong type of cookies ordered, and leave's out sauce requested. Again, food tastes fine. read more

I would give them less then a star but there is no option for that. I will probably never again eat at this McDonald's. I was told my card had declined which I thought was weird but since I didn't have my phone I couldn't check my bank. Once I got my phone and double checked my bank, I saw they had pulled the money from my account yet told me my card was declined. When I called the store they were anything but helpful I was told to come back to the store to get my food. When I told them I did not have time to go back to their store to get the food they should have given me after I was just there. I was told they would give me a refund but only if I was in store. So let me get this straight, they messed up told me my card was declined yet still pulled money From my account, and I'm the one that has to rearrange my day to fix their mistake? They are horrible about getting orders correct, but that I can live with. This is a HUGE mistake on their part now they have my money AND my food, and I have to go back to fix it. read more

Went for a quick little snack and it was 30 mins before closing and when I pulled up there was another car in front of me and the lady said they were closed. The man in the car said can I talk to a manager or give me the number to corporate and magically that were open again. I ordered my food and got up to the window and there was a African American woman at the window that was high or sick that she could not even carry on a conversation. I waited for a long bit to get my food and as I was waiting I was watching her work as she was touching the mop bucket pouring soapy water all over the floor with no gloves on and touching food bags cups and food. Got home to eat and I could not eat my food because I was so grossed out. I call the McDonald's were I got my food and asked to talk to a manager and low and be hold the lady that could not keep a conversation going with me and acting strange was the manager. My food Was cold the fries were cold I asked her if she was on something she said no "I am sick and I am at work "! Then she called me racist because I asked if she was on something because she was black. Give me a break. Needless to say I did not eat and the food went in the trash. Blessing in disguise I did not need to eat that crap anyways and I did not need to get sick! read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The crew is rude and very slow. Food is cold and fries are stale and flimsy. This tells all about the management. Bad mgmt, bad crew. I went to the Yucaipa McDonalds at 1:45 p.m. on a Saturday. There were about 8-10 cars in the drive thru so I thought I'd be smart and go inside. What a mistake! There were 3 people ahead of me in line. My receipt says 1:51 p.m. I had to repeat my order to the girl 3 times, and she finally got it. She said, "I'll bring you your drink". I had ordered a mocha frappe with no whipped cream. When she brought it to me, it had whipped cream, so I reminded her. She came back with my drink and it was about 3 inches from the top of the cup from being full. I kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting for my order. All the while watching people getting annoyed with the wait and their service. I heard the signal on the fryer beeping for at least 10 minutes, before anyone payed any attention to it. Finally after 27 minutes I got my order of two hamburgers, two McRibs and one large french fry. The hamburgers were almost dry, with hardly any condiments, the buns were dried out. The McRibs had very little sauce on them. The french fries were dry and crunchy, not at all like the traditional McDonalds fries we all love. Don't go to this McDonalds unless you want to be totally frustrated and have lots of time to waste! I've lived in Yucaipa for over 40 years and have visited this McDonalds many times in the past. The drive through took 20 min to finally put in our order then they have us pull around and wait in front ... we waited 20 more minutes until we finally had to walk in and the suddenly had our food ready with plenty of employees just standing around in back and managers standing around... then to top it all off they forgot a fry order ... I could've sat to eat for how long this took... I wanted fast food because I was in a hurry... worst Mc Donalds ever read more

Ok this McDonald's is so frustrating. I just went through the drive through and it took 30mins. I went there because it is a fast food. Fast food means it should be fast. Then we finally get our food and the forgotten one of my things. So I had to get out of the car and go inside and get it. They gave it to me right away. Should have read the reviews before I went back. Yes back. I stopped going for all the same reasons everyone else described in their reviews. Slow, lack of urgency from the staff and of course marginal food. Now with so many new choices popping up, you think this owner would have used the remodel as a good time to create change. Went for breakfast today. The eggs looked like they had been sitting for some time and there was black on the edges. Used drive thru. Returned and took inside. Requested the Manager. She was in back. She had more food and stains on her top then food available. What the heck. If your Manage cannot even have a clean appearance what are the others doing. Asked her if she would eat this and she stated No. I asked why she wanted me to eat it. She stated I didn't do it. You are the Manager and everything your employees do is your fault. Good or bad. She just stared at me. Then asked do you want another one. Sure. Will not be going back. Has happen to many times. Buy the way would give the Gentleman that does the drive thru in the morning 5 stars. Someone needs to take him away and hire him. He is awesome. read more

If I could put less than one star I would. I went inside to order since the drive thru was packed. There was three younger girls in front of us who ordered just drinks. We ordered our meals and sat down to wait. We ended up waiting over half an hour for our food, while the drive thru was going through customers every 2 minutes. Completely got ignored when I went up to the counter to complain. No one even looked at me or asked what I needed. The girls that ordered the drinks waited I've healed an hour as well. FOR DRINKS!!!!!! The manager, Emily, was on her lunch breaks. Never even offered to get up and help when she saw that the workers were struggling and having trouble with the smoothie machine. Finally got someone to help us, and didn't even care when we said we've been waiting for 30 minutes for our order. We waited another 5-10 minutes until our food was finally ready, and by then it was cold and the whole order was completely wrong. But I was not about to go in there and wait longer for it to be fixed. And we stilled walked out the door before the girls who ordered DRINKS ahead of us. read more
