I drove my car from NY to AZ and it started having alot of problems due to the climate change, so I decided to take her advice and try this place. To start it's super clean, organized and easy to find. The customer service was impeccable, they really listened and took my situation seriously. After accessing my issues, they didn't try to give me the runaround or "get over" (many mechanics in my experience do, if you're a woman...just sayin) The owner Marcus was friendly and personable, yet straightforward and really knows his stuff. In the past I felt like i got a good deal on repairs but this time I went there for a/c repairs and was sold a fan clutch (which after my research) I didn't even need, the old clutch worked just fine and was showing no signs of being broken and was about 50,000 mile sooner than should be expected (according to the average miles Jeep says they should last). I would have saved about $400.00 if I had done the research before I let them do the repairs. I would suggest checking with other shops before getting the repairs done. read more

First time here, I had spent hundreds of dollars at other auto shops trying to figure out why my check engine light was on, and they fixed it for a good price in less than an hour. This time, I came in to get my brakes checked, and Marcus explained every step of what they were doing. He even brought me out and showed me where the leak was, what had to come out, and why labor costs are what they are. They are great, my tire pressure was low, so they put in air right away - next day my car tires still had low pressure. So I went back, they checked all my tires and found a screw in one and fixed for me no charge! Also their tire prices are reasonable. read more

If you are looking for an honest place with elite customer service and amazing prices you need to come here. This place is fantastic. I needed my heater core replaced and I had originally gotten a quote from Goodyear auto for $1,229.00 with them keeping my truck for 3 days; McFall quoted me $773.00 total and let me know I would have my truck back the following day. Goodyear claimed the labor was 9.3 hours and they were "going by the book", however McFall said it would be 6 hours and SHOWED me on the computer. When I picked up my truck the total was exactly $773. They were honest, extremely nice and made me feel like they valued my business. read more

2011 Jeep Cherokee with a nail in the tire and needed an oil change. Tech told me it would be about 45 minutes which sounded reasonable. My GF brought my vehicle in and it sat on the lift for 45 minutes with the tires sitting right next to it. No one worked on it and the process took 2 hours...for an oil change and flat repair! Come to find out they didn't even remove the nail they just rotated the tire to the front with the nail still in it. They also didn't reset the oil change light which continues to come on but the manager "guarantees" it was changed. He told me to just bring it back in and they will fix it. Sorry bro you had your chance and lost it and didn't even try to make it right. Lost all my future business and I will tell everyone i know to steer clear of a shady place. read more

I went to McFall this morning to get a new set of tires and an oil change. Marcus was apparently having a hall engine morning and was about 20 minutes late getting the shop open. He was extremely apologetic and it didn't seem like this was a normal thing for him. He recommended a set of tires at a great price and let me know it would be about an hour. Sure enough my car was ready right on time and the oil change was on the house since he had been late that morning. You don't see that type of customer service anymore and I really appreciated it. He suggested that I have my brakes done in the next 5k miles and I will definitely take my car back to McFall to have them done. read more

Wow so I posted a review on these guys about a month ago on how bad my experience was and it gets erased. So what happened was I called them on the the phone the day before I took my truck in asking how long it would take, the guy on the phone said it would be 3hrs max and I said ok I'll come in tomorrow. So I took my truck to get my ac fixed, nice guy (Lawrence) seemed a very good and trustworthy person, gives me an estimate of 950$ to get my ac done and was so expensive because I needed a new compressor so I say ok. So I bring my truck in around 9 am and gave the keys. Not at all through the 5 hrs they had me waiting did anyone check on me to make sure that I'm ok and that my truck is doing good, like they could at least keep me up to date on what's going on. But being the humbleI person I am I just think to myself their probably really busy. So about 20 min goes by from when I gave them my keys I go outside to check on my truck and I see their worker just standing by my truck just smoking a cigarette doing nothing, so I go back inside and wait for about 30min and I go outside again to see if they started on my truck yet and I see my truck about 10 feet in the air at an angle and I'm thinking in my head DO THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING MY TRUCK LOOKS LIKE ITS GONNA FALL OFF. So I go back inside and wait. So 2hrs go by and I go outside again to see if my truck had fallen yet because of the way they put it in the air and thank god it didn't but they were still having it when one side of the truck was lower than the other and I'm thinking in me head just omg I really hope my truck doesn't fall. So then 1 hr later I get a call from my mom and she's yelling at me because I'm already 1hr late to school and here comes Lawrence and he says " your truck will be done in about 20 more min, oh and my guy broke your fan shroud trying to move it because it was hitting the fan". I've had my truck for about 7 months and had no problem with the fan shroud hitting my fan or any problems what's so ever. So I'm like wth I hope their gonna pay for it so then 20 or so min goes by and Lawrence comes out with my keys, your truck is done. And I'm like oh gosh finally why did it take 5hrs to get my truck done. So I go up and pay and I tell him since you broke my fan shroud can you take it out of my bill because 950$ is a lot of money for ac, and he tells in his exact words "no because we're gonna install it for free if you buy a new one" and because the humble person I am I didn't wanna be an a****** and argue with him but I tell him why would I have to pay for it since I didn't break it,and still he says "well we're gonna install it for free so...". I say ok and leave because I'm already 2 hrs late to school. Like why would I have to pay for something I didn't brake. And knowing I'm only 18 and thinks that I don't know anything he takes advantage of me. So about a week later I get a check engine light and I'm like oh my god this can't be happening so I check the engine light and find out it was for my egr so I go out and buy vacuum hoses for my truck. So I go under my hood and diagnose it and come to find out it was one of my vacuum hoses, it was ripped off and I was like oh my god these guys are so sloppy with their work. And once again I have to PAY for something I DIDNT BREAK. At this point I don't even wanna take my truck to them to FIX what THEY BROKE because they're just gonna BRAKE MORE things and make me pay for it. So about another week goes by and my grandma orders me a sound system for my birthday. So next day I receive it I go to install it in my truck. I had to open my hood because I needed to connect a power wire from my battery to my amp. And I connect it to my battery positive and I notice my battery's negative ground wire is ripped off and now at this point I'm just so done with these guys that I can't and won't ever deal with them again. AND AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT BREAK. So for everyone getting major things done in your vehicle make sure you ask them to go step by step and show you what they did or just go to some place better than these guys. read more

I brought a wheel in that needed a patch. They patched it up, free of charge. I didn't even buy the tires from them. Places usually charge to patch a tire, and I have no problem paying for it. Just for that great service, they earned my business. I own 3 cars, and will go to them for tires. I'm going to buy a set in a week or 2, and get an alignment (if they do alignments). I'll write another review on that experience once it's done. I used to order tires from tirerack, then take them to a shop to mount and balance them, but I would pay a little more to support an honest local small business. read more

I was referred to this shop by my mother. I brought my car in because the AC was not working. They looked at the car and then brought to my attention what they felt was the more pressing issues of my tires shredding apart. They instantly rolled the tires in and showed me in very clear terminology what was going on and what probably caused it. It took three hours and 600 dollars to replace the tires and repair the AC. I cranked my AC full blast when I got in the car to make sure. I damn near froze by the time I was home. I appreciated the service and I never once felt like I was being scammed. Lost a star because while I was waiting in their lobby forever, no one spoke to me, no one offered me a bottle of water though I could see them in their fridge ( I HAD NO AC/ COVERED IN SWEAT). I just thought it wasn't very customer service like, but they are mechanics so as long as my car is fixed.... I am fine with that. I will return if anything happens to my car in the future. read more

This is the most honest, trustworthy mechanic my family has had the pleasure to do business with. I recommend everyone to this shop. They have given me, my family and friends the best service for almost 14 years now. I randomly took my car to a different shop that my boss recommended when I was concerned about my breaks after a hard stop on the freeway. The guy there wanted to charge me the most rediculous price for new breaks and "found" all these other issues he said I "needed" which I knew was a lie. I immediately left and called Marcus. He got me in that evening, checked out everything and told me the truth as it was just a minor issue and he took care of it at an affordable price. I took my ford focus to mcfalls 5-28-2014 because I seen the good reviews and got quoted a good price on replacing my output shaft seals. They claimed to fix it I picked it up few days later and was driving car and had a radiator resivior hose leak they some how knocked hose clip loose and hose was rubbing on belt pull and pucntured the hose I fixed it myself wondering y they were even at the front of the car in the first place. Then I notices the output shaft seals started leaking a few days later so I called them they said to bring it in I did then they claimed it was mysteriously leaking from top of the transmission even though I checked and I know it was leaking from the seal they supposedly replaced, got into argument with manager on duty cause they want 80 bucks to find the mysterious leak from top of transmission instead of admitting it was coming from seal so I picked up car and took it to peoria ford and guess what it was output shaft seal on driver side that was leaking they fixed it I had to pay for it twice now. I would never use them unless u want dishonest service and definetly not quality service they broke the radiator resivior hose clip and did not fix the output shaft seal and I got charged for it do not ever go there very unproffesional and same old same old lie to u to cover there own ass I would give them negative stars but have to give them one to post this I guess read more
