The DJ hands out cards with songs and the artists in the squares. When the DJ plays a song, you mark that square if you have that song and artist (some have the same artist but with different songs). Servers here will not wait on you hand and foot nor will they at most any other local bar/tap, its just how it is. When you go to a place like this you should understand your visiting someone elses world for a bit, it's not McDonalds or a fancy Italian spot. If local dive culture is foriegn to you or you don't like it you will likely not like this spot. The service staff did an excellent job taking care of us and went above and beyond. Literally all the guests commented on how delicious the food was. Set up was easy and Zoe, the event coordinator, was great to work with. I cannot thank them enough. Our room was beautiful and private and we heard from many of our guests that it was the most beautiful rehearsal dinner they had been to. They also allowed me to set up flowers and a banner as well.
