URGENT MUST READ: I am an avid user of Yelp. You can review my profile and will see I have never left negative feedback for any businesses other than one and now this one for the lack of service . I had another issue happen back in 2016 with this location. However, it was resolved in a professional diplomatic way.Because acknowledgement, accountability and an apology go along away. Not sure why the dealership seemed bothered by it now because I took time to share my experience. Or because I didn't pay for the crazy markup. The standard quote doc. provided was no special list created. The responses below seem like both the GM and customer rep are very defensive in their rebuttal. This coming from a GM who again couldn't take a call and is to busy delegating his work to others. Another common theme to anyone who is expressing their concerns regarding service! This has nothing to do with the positive reviews around sale purchases you see. I wouldn't waste my time writing a thorough review just because. I'm not sure about you but time is money! So before investing your dollars read the trends on the negative service provided. Many learning opportunities for this dealership! I have read through most of the negative comments and honestly see the common theme to be the General Manager, Dalius Karuna. Which is very unfortunate for the McKenna family. I had a similar experience happen back in 2016, when Ramzi Kakish was the general manager. It was handled professionally and my concerns were acknowledged when he was there. It's unfortunate, the new staff is below average. I have shared some screen shot responses in the pics attached to give you an idea of the lack of customer service and professionalism that is lacking. As a long time Audi customer, I also believe this type of service does NOT fall within the brand. Audi is sophisticated, elegant and top shelf, however the customer service I experienced these past few days, did not reflect any of that. I can only bring this to your attention not to be negative but to expose an opportunity for improvement. In hopes of saving someone else from spending $1700.00 or any amount period and receiving mediocre service! I would also say that due to the unprofessionalism that this business has demonstrated, I will have no other choice but to report them to BBB, Audi of America and consumer affairs and continue to share. The location was convenient, but like anything if you're paying higher prices at a dealership you expect the service to match or exceed your expectations beyond. No apology was acknowledged nor were my concerns. Instead the arrogant GM, Dalius thought it would be best if I found another dealership to take my Audi Q5 else where. Keep in mind, the vehicle was disassembled the valve cover gasket was taken off which is why the vehicle was towed to their dealership in the first place. I was very clear and direct when I first came in contact with the service advisor, Hayden. Who thought the entire situation was funny! Which simply is very unprofessional just my opinion though! When your car won't turn on you have it towed and you have the GM telling you to take it else where... is no joking matter!! It's unacceptable service and it's unfortunate the way the issue was handled . After receiving his response, I immediately contacted Anthony Jons, since Dalius was to busy hiding behind an email and pushing it off to other another manager to handle. Anthony, was acting like he had the upper hand and I basically was at their mercy since a portion of the car had been disassembled so of course the tone changed I was defeated! Not once was I offered cost to cover the tow. Had the GM answered the phone and would have addressed it with me and offered to cover these charges he claims were OFFERED! I would have gladly accepted been on my way. Anything is truly better than this location! Which left me no choice but to agree for the car to be serviced after I was just told to take it else where!!! I had already paid for my car to be towed there. Parts were dropped off and I was expecting my car to be serviced. No one, should ever have to be put in a unique position out of inconvenience period! And tolerate nasty behavior of someone who feels he's superior to admitting their is an area of opportunity around customer service. All because I was reaching out to express my concerns and share my experience. I would never ever take my vehicle back for service!!! You would think I would have learned in 2016, but it was handled professionally, which is why I decided to give it another try! I will be sharing other locations and mechanics who have serviced my vehicle for many years! The only reason I ended up at this location was the convenience of it being local. But it ended up being more expensive in the end... costing me my peace of mind and having to encounter such poor service! No cost is ever worth that expense!!! read more

I have purchased two Audis from McKenna Audi (one in 2014 and one in 2022), and I just took my mother-in-law to purchase an Audi from McKenna last week. McKenna's service is truly the best. In my 2022 Audi purchase, Nima Sabeti, the sales manager, went above and beyond to help me in my purchase. He worked out a terrific deal for me, one that was better than those the other dealerships were offering. Last week, I went to McKenna with my mother-in-law to look at Audis. Ben helped us out and explained the features in each car that led to price differences, which enabled us to understand the tradeoffs in each vehicle. I appreciated that he was never pushy; instead, he gave us his knowledge of each car so we could make a decision. I also appreciated his patience and sincere enthusiasm to make sure we had a good experience. When we moved forward with purchasing the car, I appreciated that the negotiation process with Ben and Dalius, the general manager, went smoothly, and my mother-in-law was extremely happy. Steven explained the details and terms of the warranties very clearly, so we were able to make informed decisions. He double checked all of the paperwork to make sure everything was handled correctly. The day after our purchase, when my mother-in-law had a question about a feature in her car, she called over to McKenna. Allen answered the main line to help her, and within a few minutes, he had gone into a car similar to what she had purchased and took and sent a video of him explaining how the feature worked. After 3 month, I get a noticed from DVM and few tickets of the car that I sold to the dealer in December. What's is going on? Two minutes into my test drive, I was told this new car had aftermarket wheels that increased the price by $7,000 as well as the "market adjustment" of $17,000..... I had a really good experience here! Like most people, I'm always wary about going to dealerships because you could easily get swindled if you don't know what you're doing, but that was not the case here. I had the chance to have Ben show me a car I was interested in and instead of pressuring me to purchase it, he focused on empathizing with me and learning more about unique situation. He remained patient with me and did everything in his power to make sure all of my needs were met, i..e, low monthly rates, good trade-in value, providing me with all of the info I needed, etc. While most deals at car dealerships usually benefit one person more than the other, I truly felt like it was 50/50 and I was VERY happy with how everything turned out, and after 5+ hours(crazy, I know), I finally made up my mind and walked out with my dream 2019 Audi A4!
