They now have order online via their website (chowbus), and I recently learned that they have an app. This makes ordering drinks at this location easy since it is located in corner strip mall with minimal parking.

The interior is almost aggressively trendy, white, and fairly minimalist, but is very clean and the staff seems to have a pretty organized system going for the orders. As mentioned, the fragrance of the brewing teas in the shop is wonderful, but it is a noisy environment so we ended up moving to the outdoor seating to enjoy our drinks. Orders are made through the kiosks, so the only interaction with humans is pickup at the counter. Why is there so many receipts and why are they brown like that." We checked and saw that there were receipts from march of 2025 on the front counter (currently November 2025). My friend asked them about it, so there's a chance they have since cleaned it, thrown it away. Think they might have more space on the counter if they address it.
