The servers were nice and friendly, and our food came pretty quickly after we ordered. At that point, I kind of had to, right? It ended up being a fantastic choice. The broth was flavorful and savory, with hints of sweetness from the tomato. It wasn't too salty or oily, so I was able to down the whole thing without regrets. There were plenty of rice noodles were which on the softer side and soaked up the broth well. The thinly sliced beef was tender and easy to chew. There were a couple bean curds, chunks of tomatoes, and green onion garnish that added to it. Overall, phenomenal bowl of noodle soup! I will definitely be back again. It's one of the best noodle soups I've had in the area with drinkable broth that wasn't too salty or oily. I'm actually not the biggest fan of rice noodles, but these seemed really well made -- super bouncy and springy with a nice slippery but firm texture. They didn't break when picked up and held their bite throughout the meal. Tomato and Beef Rice Noodle Soup - I expected the broth to be more beef-forward, but it was really a straight tomato broth with beef slices added on top. It took a couple bites to adjust, but overall it felt light and clean. The tomato acidity mellowed out once mixed, and the beef was thinly sliced but still tender. I loved here. Decor was cute, the staff was nice and greeted us immediately. The pork was nice and crisp, the dumplings took the longeat bit they did not disappoint.
