My car navigation system was broken after I got service from Universal Auto Plaza…read more I asked to replace my Prius's front Window to Universal Auto Plaza, because of the window got crack. After new window was replaced, I found the some of Navigation panel buttons were not working. I pushed button but the screen does not change. After many claim to fix the problem to Universal Auto Plaza. The answer was not related to change window, the Navigation system was broken by itself or just wore out. It was just coincidence. They brought my Prius to Toyota Dealer to verify the problem. The Toyota Dealer Stated on the document: "The problem was not related to window replaced and the system has to be replaced the cost is over $1,300.00." Also I have to pay inspection fee $140 too. Because it was not related the window. I talked to my friend and some of car repair persons. Usually, window replacement does not relating to navigation systems. So it's same thing as Toyota Dealer. But right after replace the window, those buttons were not working, everybody doubt it. The Prius was only 6 years old and run only 50K mile. I always get service to Toyota dealer since 6 years ago. The navigation or other functions were no problem before the window replacement. In this time, I thought The window cost must be higher in Dealer, so I just used Universal Auto. It was all my mistake to choose not go to dealer. I know many people drive Prius. I never heard the problems navigation buttons were broken and has to get new whole system before. So please be careful, it might be happen to you the coincidence. The vehicle repair some way, but navigation system was broken right after that. Then you have to repair or replace the system to pay over $1,300. because it's not related.

I was like wtf!? I asked about the car earlier they never told me that! #HELLASHADY That's not how you sell ANY f*ing thing. Danny brought out a paper with the Model S's price, title and taxes total of almost 30k and I'm wondering why! like I already know what the price is, the price is no problem for me, and I STILL hadn't test drove the car yet!!! so it was just the strangest interaction that just was hella awkward which challenges explanation. Their hella f*ed attitude lost an EASY $30K LAY-DOWN. All they had to do was let me test-drive the two cars I was interested in. I would have paid and left! I called Elegant Auto Sales and scheduled a next day appointment with Mario for the car I was interested in. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by Mario and another employee there. After visually inspecting the car, I went on a test drive with Mario. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't rushed during the test drive, unlike other dealerships I've been to in the past. It gave me the confidence that they weren't trying to hide any issues with the car. Satisfied with the test drive, I decided to purchase the car that same day. When I mentioned I would be paying in cash, Mario offered to drive me to the bank so I can purchase a cashier's check. I've visited numerous dealerships before with the intention of paying in cash, but none of them have ever extended such an offer. Since I had taken an Uber to the dealership, I took Mario up on his offer. I've owned the car for six months now and it's running great with zero problems. I've noticed that most of the negative reviews are from people who chose to finance their car and are angry with the high interest rates. If you're paying cash, like I did, you won't have to worry about that. My only complaint is that it took two months to get my car registration in the mail. I don't know whether this was the dealership's fault or the DMV's fault, but it made things really inconvenient for me since I was unable to insure the car without the registration. TL;DR: If you're paying cash, this is a good place to buy a car. I'll definitely be recommending this car dealership to people I know.
