Due to protests I ended up holding off a few days but made them fully aware I would come up to see the car. I stopped getting replies to my e-mail after that. The day before I was coming up I couldn't get a hold of anyone, I had requested to get additional photos of the front and rear bumpers' because they were blurry online when you zoom in. I got nothing. The car has been listed since March but they didn't seem to caring much to sell it --- I ended up making the trip ( I had a list of cars to see in the LA/OC area) and stopped here first because I was very interested in the vehicle which was listed a reasonable price, I wasn't even going to haggle the price. I walked around the small lot for about 5-8 minutes, inspected the car from the outside but never got approached. Finally walked in to get some attention but I felt like I was in their way instead. The guy gave me the keys willingly to check out (which is why I didn't give one star), he let me just have my time with it. But seemed like he was getting a new car dropped off, he didn't really care much for me and there legit was no other customers there to help out. Made my way off the lot pretty fast after sitting in the car for two minutes . Bad vibes and very disappointed. The other half of this, their website offers getting value for a trade-in. When I let him know of my interest and letting him know I had a trade in, he quickly told me they do not take trade in's at all because they have no money. Maybe take it down from the website as an option? All in all, the guy seemed bugged about something rather than me being there as a customer. He didn't even try and sell to me, he had no interest of talking to me. For someone who claims to not have money, you would think they'd try harder to make a sale. Ended up buying a 2022 BMW 540i from a dealership in Downey, paid a little more than I wanted but at least they tried and got the Gen 2 B58 so at least the day ended good.

Went back to Patt Motor and bought another car from James. This time it was a Honda Accord. We got 5star customer service from James. My boyfriend's son bought his first new/used car on his own. James took the time to explain the financing to him, set up an easy payment plan and threw in a extra warranty and oil changes. I swear I will never go anywhere else. Do not waste your time or money with this place. I drove two hours for a 7:00 PM appointment that I explicitly confirmed with three different people, including Monte and David. When I arrived, the experience was a complete disaster. The employee who greeted me was visibly high, had absolutely no idea I had an appointment, and just pointed toward the car and told me to go look at it myself. There was also definitely a drug delivery happening right upon our arrival that we witnessed. After looking at the vehicle, another worker came out and flat-out told me they didn't even have the keys. He actually said, "We lose keys sometimes," with zero accountability. The entire office was disgusting, completely unprofessional, and reeked heavily of weed. When I explained that I had confirmed with Monte and David knowing I was driving two hours, nobody cared. They just dismissed me and said, "I'll call you when we get the key." When I called back to speak with David directly to complain, the Robert was incredibly rude and just put me on indefinite hold and then it hung up. I then called back and spoke to James who claims he was at the Hawthorne location, and he took zero accountability. He even admitted he had confirmed my appointment just three hours prior and actually laughed about the fact that the key was lost. I told him it wasn't funny, and when I asked to speak to David, James told me he had left for the day. Why would he leave when he knew I had an appointment? James just stated he confirmed the appointment with me. They don't verify anything, they have zero respect for people's time, and the staff is completely out of it and high. Avoid this place at all costs! Miss King is continuing to call me about the Tesla they "lost the keys for" for another appointment. FYI I have reported CarWorld to Truecar and they are under investigation. Truecar should be ashamed to be associated with this "business". So sloppy and embarrassing.
