I emailed Factory Pro and Marc got back to me right away. He told me to get a PCV and if I wanted it really dialed in, a fuel controller module to pair with it. I bought both and delivered my bike w/ parts to FP. About 4 days later Marc called and said, "it's ready, and it's running really well!" I rolled up there the next day and took it for a test ride, and he wasn't lying! Holy S**T! It felt like an entirely new motorcycle. The throttle delivery was smooth at all RPMs and I could tell right away that it was breathing better and had more power. It was low on fuel after the dyno runs they did, so I took it to get gas. When I merged onto the freeway I gave it the beans and took off with the front wheel waving in the wind! No clutch, and in 3rd gear, it easily wheelied under 3/4 acceleration. Needless to say, I was stoked! I got back, thanked the crew for their excellent work and loaded the bike for home. Factory Pro was quick, extremely professional, reasonably priced, and they know how to properly tune motorcycles. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Shortly after, my bike was still stalling. I called them back and spoke with the owner, Shawn, who wanted to make it right and personally came out to my place and kept my bike for a few weeks to try and replicate the situation. The entire time he had it, he would give me updates. As it turns out, it was just me being a noob and not using the fuel reserve correctly. Shawn was very helpful and professional throughout the whole interaction; I was only charged for the cost of fuel. This kind of customer service is almost unheard of, and I will not be buying/ servicing a motorcycle anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough!

I brought my motorcycle in after a low-speed drop that left my steering feeling notchy. Shawn and the team did a thorough front-end inspection, including test riding the bike, checking alignment, and identifying that the steering head bearings needed to be replaced. On top of that, they had no issue honoring my request to double-check the wheel bearings, front suspension, and rear wheel alignment. It's now been 1,500 miles and a full track day since the service, and I'm still extremely satisfied with the results. The bike feels planted, smooth, and confidence-inspiring. If you're looking for honest, detail-oriented work and excellent support -- Tokyo Moto is the place to go. I'm very grateful for their help.

Another thing their service department does good work I had my 2022 690 smcr and my 2023 500 EXCF service there. Super fair rates compared locally to me. I…read morebrought my older bike in just to get new tires put on, and on the way home I immediately noticed a loud rotating noise that had never been there before. I called the shop and was basically told it wasn't their fault, that my bike was already in poor condition, and to just try riding it home to see if the noise went away. When I got home I saw my chain was left super loose and sagging onto the swingarm, my front wheel bearing is now failing, and the axle nut on the front wheel was completely missing. None of these things were issues before I took it in. They've been dodging my calls ever since and won't do anything to help. Now I'm stuck with a bike I can't even ride. Super disappointing that a shop that seems professional can have such dangerous and incompetent oversight that could seriously hurt myself or others. stay away at all costs. Update: After 28 days of being gas lit at every moment they finally fixed their mistake. they did want me to pay for them to fix their mistake but after twisting their arm and not giving in they fixed it for free. I was accused of taking the nut off my bike myself and blamed for the problems they caused. highly unprofessional shop and honestly for your own sanity just go to another shop. Im done with these people. no accountability. 0/10

Shops in San Francisco quoted me over $5,000 and required a special order. When I called Mack 1, the sales team informed me that Husqvarna owns KTM and that the bike I was seeking, the KTM SXE2, was in stock and identical to the EE 2. Not only did they have it available, but it was also much cheaper than what was quoted in San Francisco. I drove to Vallejo, which took just 30 minutes, and quickly returned home with the bike. Although the dealership isn't fancy and requires a bit of a drive, the fair pricing and the friendly, down-to-earth staff made the experience exceptional. I will definitely return to this dealership for my future bike needs.

Up to recently I sold my CTX-1300 to them as I didn't need the bike to commute anymore and, yet again, super simple and no pressure situation. They offered a fair price. Perfectly explained my options on if I were to sell it private party what I could ask for and also finished by saying I had time to think about it as the offer was good for a few days (forgot exactly, maybe a week I'm not sure). I've had a couple bikes serviced from them as well and, same - easy and low pressure. There's been plenty other examples of extra gestures that sets them apart from just a motorcycle dealer/shop to a well operated welcoming place you know you're not getting screwed over which is what Mach 1 is - purely top notch Next bike I buy I will be stopping into Mach 1 before anywhere else, without question.

Nini at the front desk was absolutely perfect for the job imo: compassionate, reassuring, and exactly what a first-timer needs before throwing a leg over a bike for the first time for real. Freddie and Henry were great too, really easy dudes to talk to and very helpful with sharing tips and other pointers for me. I'll be honest, I dropped the bike an equal number of times on both sides over the weekend, all at zero mph (embarassing af). Symmetrically bruised ego, perfectly balanced. Returning it felt intimidating, but the whole team handled it with zero judgment and genuine professionalism. I didn't try to hide anything and they made the whole process painless, albeit with some monetary penalties caused by my inexperience (I own up to this though). I'm leaving with my wallet lighter but with my heart genuinely fuller for the experience. The environment this shop creates for nervous beginners like me is genuinely rare, and it made me feel supported and motivated to come back and do better next time. Will absolutely be back for my next rental and keep getting ride time in, because real experience gained like I did is priceless. The human element of the shop is just cherry on top, and makes me feel good I'm supporting a local business. Shoutout to Nini, Freddie, and Henry. You made a squid feel welcome.
