I traveled to Memphis a couple times a week and occasionally I have to eat a meal in the airport. I found it Memphis made is the best place there to try. The service can be spotty at times but Shelly is the best server that I've had yet. She's very friendly and responsive. I had the loaded tater tots with pulled pork added. Memphis made is the perfect place to stop for a quick bite and beverage. Lots of seating and the QR code ordering made it very simple. The breakfast quesadilla was tasty and priced appropriately! Memphis Made made a great wheat beer. This airport location had plenty of seating and allowed you to order at the table via a quick response code that you activated via your cellular telephone. Simply place your telephone in photograph mode, and point it at the square code, but don't click on the shutter release button. Instead, you should see a yellow link on your screen that you can press to take you to the World Wide Web, specifically, to a uniform resource locator specific to the menu at this establishment, and also specific to the table at which you are sitting. Next, you choose the items you want and add them to the list of items you wish to purchase. Once you select your desired food and beverage items, you can enter your credit card information to purchase these items, leave an additional sum of money to thank the service staff for their hard work, and you can pay it later if you are honorable. After a short period of waiting, a human service provider will bring the items you purchased to your table. We were warned but I love local breweries and try to support whenever. Hate table scan menus...magnified when they don't really work. Service people nice but so slow and don't seem to have a sense of what to do. Dirty...don't like messy table and floors. Stopped by to grab a drink before my flight. Don't do it. To begin they still have you scan the table with your phone to view the menu. Then they are obscenely slow for the amount of workers in taking the order, bringing the drinks and bringing the bill. I think the only reason they're busy is because they're at the front of the terminal - meaning it's either the first thing you see going to your gate or the last restaurant before leaving the airport. Being Memphis made brewing you'd think that they would have their own beer on tap but they were all out and had to serve in cans. There are definitely better options to choose from if you walk a little further down the terminal. read more

Service was friendly. It took 30 min for a burger and a salad. The signage did not match the beer that they had in stock. Salad was decent. Looked better than my boyfriend's burger. So the overall ambiance is nice, given that they had a great update to the terminals. I will say I was not pleased with all the wait time. I sat for at least an hour for tater tots and eggs. The waitress tried to help me out, but the cooks must not have received my order because I was waiting for such a long time that she came by wondering if I got my whole order. After a while, she decided to go back and figure it out herself. The eggs weren't to my liking. Fortunately, the tater tots were fresh and good. Oh, I ordered cranberry juice. It wasn't cold; got it room temperature. So... yeah, not a big fan of the overall service, but I feel like the concept is there. I hate to give a place a bad review. I think it was a combination of the HMS online ordering l website, misplaced QR/table codes and poor service. I sat down with the intentions of "blessing" my server with an amazing tip... and maybe that's where I went wrong. I should have revisited my review of the Starbucks in this airport to remind me of the type of service you get here. I used the HMS online order system to place my order and send the order to the kitchen. Without going in to much detail that may bore you and just remind me that I tipped someone who didn't deserve it.... suffice it to say... I can't be sure I'll go back here. Between my ordering a freshly made side order of tots and receiving luke warm tots within 2 mins to my having a Bloody Mary remade 3 times because I was watching the bartender NOT make the "Double Tito's Spicy Bloody Mary" that I requested. Clean and New! Had a breakfast sandwich. The Memphis Morning Brioche. Sounds fancy, but it's a breakfast sandwich on a hamburger bun with tater tots. It was cooked well and I enjoyed it. Andrea was my bartender, and she was super nice and was working hard. Several tv screens with sports on, and quite a bit of seating on either side of the bar. Airport pricing, but to be expected. I'm updating my review from zero stars to 1 star. Located in the Memphis airport by gate 3, this newly opened Memphis Made Brewery is still a disaster. Short on staff, QR code ordering and payments, oh wait only for food and only if u order a beer, you pay by credit card and the QR code, BUT there are no directions for this, the bartender has to tell you this. Don't order food here, it will take an hour and it is bar food at best. Their Cat nap IPA and Soulful Ginger are great craft beers. read more

Absolutely horrible! The "beer brined" chicken sandwich is as dry as the dessert. Served on an untoasted plain white hamburger bun. If it weren't for the bacon I ordered on it ($2!!) it would've been absolutely tasteless. I could get a better sandwich from a five year old's imaginary tea party! What a shite experience and it's one of only like three places to eat in this po-dunk airport where all the damn menus are the same. For real. They are capitalizing on the fact that you are stuck here with no real options. Next time I'll stick it out. I wouldn't even bother with the food. The service was the worst I've seen in a while. The bartender was obviously overloaded with the 15 barstools and her phone. I watched people just fed up with her attitude and ridiculously slow behavior leave. I saw one woman sit down, she looked around, she waited, she wasn't even acknowledged despite sitting directly across from the register, and after almost 10 minutes she left. This is a mobile order menu restaurant. My sandwich took 30 minutes and that was after asking about my order at 15 mins. Do not dine at this place if you are in a hurry to make a flight.
