This is the worst JJs location I've ever been to. It's unfortunate that it's the only one close to us. This past trip, it took 40 minutes in the drive thru and we only had 4 cars in front of us. We ordered 2 sandwiches and sat at the window for 15 minutes. There were 6 people making subs but for some reason none of them were for the drive thru. We got there at 1pm and left at 1:40pm. Something needs to change because this was crazy and I think we aren't going to ever come back. This isn't the first time our sandwiches took forever, but it will be the last. Tried Jimmy John's at this location for the first time yeaaars ago and it's been my husband and I's top 3 favorite sandwich shop of all time. Before we head to the beach, we always pick up two #12 Beach Clubs and they hit the spot every. single. time. The BREAD is prob what makes their sandwiches stand out to us because it's so dang fresh, soft, & slightly buttery. Never had bread like that lol. Ingredients (turkey, provolone, avo spread, cucumbers, lettuce, and tomato) also taste great with a reasonable amount put inside the sandwich. I add extra cucumbers just bc I love them. Jimmy John's is one of the better big chain sandwich places. For super lazy nights, Jimmy John is my go-to. I ordered on the app so I can get points. The service and pick up was efficient. I got the Italian sandwich (salami, capocollo, ham, provolone, onion, tomato, mayo, oil and vinegar, and oregano-basil). It was delicious and better than most place's version of an Italian sandwich. This was my first visit to any Jimmy Johns so I don't know the size of the sandwiches or kinds etc. It was a Saturday around 12PM and there were at least 40-60 parents and kids squeezed in a space meant for 25 people for an after softball game lunch. Very crowded and noisy. To add to the noise the sound system was at full volume. It was like being in a nightclub-- hard to hear and be heard. We had a coupon and wanted buy one get one. I got 2 little johns and was told the coupon didn't apply to them. No reason given BECAUSE THE SOUNDSYSTEM WAS SO LOUD I COULDN'T ASK WHY-- Ok, I'll stick with what I ordered and not use the coupon. So when we got our TINY sandwiches it was a shock-- $20 for 2 "snacks" with 1 fountain drink. If I had be able to communicate with the cashier he might have be able to explain to use the coupon I should get the next bigger sandwich (8") so my husband would have gotten more than 6.5 inch hot dog bun with a smear of tuna on it ($7.99). Wow, what bad customer service, poor ambiance (my ears are still ringing) for 2 very expensive ,tiny sandwiches . This ruined all Jimmy Johns for us. Won't be back to any Jimmy John's. read more

If I'm spending $58.95 chk#223 (look it up) I want it to be how I ordered. Ordering a Giant Turkey and cheese only with nothing else on it, to get home and find no cheese on it is a problem. She applied a discount and gave me $2 off for the wait. That was nice. When I arrived home, I noticed they gave me regular chips instead of the Salt and Vinegar I ordered. The Roast beef sandwich (I added cheddar cheese) tasted a bit bland but good. The sandwich was lacking though. There was only two thin slices of roast beef so I was glad I ordered it with cheese. My son was dying for a Subway sandwich, so we decided to come out to Jimmy John's. It did not disappoint! Our sandwiches were ready in less than five minutes, they were fresh, and tasted amazing! I ordered cheese on mine for an extra dollar, which they forgot and I requested EZ oil and it is drenched in oil and mayonnaise, too unbalanced. Second sandwich was supposed to be toasted and it ended up burnt and the meat is basically fried. They also didn't cut the sandwich after asking for it to be cut because we intended on sharing and took our food to a park. Famous Jimmy John's sandwiches is out of its famous bread on a normal Saturday in Yorba Linda, California. This place is always slower then most other locations, at least 25% of the time my order is incorrect in some way, and now they run out of bread at lunchtime on a Saturday. I ordered a Lil John's combo meal #2 roast beef Sammy with a whole pickle and a bottle of diet coke. I was having a late 2 p.m. lunch. This was the perfect size sandwich to hold me off several hours until dinner. I placed the order while sitting in the parking lot, I was only a five minute walk away but needed to get to the next errand. I drove over there to the drive thru and confirmed my pickup on the speaker. It was a few minutes of waiting at the pickup window and I was presented my bagged meal and a bottle of diet coke. I received everything I ordered, even the napkins. The little roast beef hoagie included lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayo on a hoagie roll. The choices for the pickle was quarter, half, or whole.
