Came across Meow Tea in the same plaza as Tokyo Central and honestly it was such a cute experience. I got the MeowCo Mango drink before signing in to enter the cat area. The drink was refreshing and fruity, perfect while hanging out with all the kitties. The cat lounge was clean and there were so many friendly cats roaming around. You can really tell they take care of the cats here. It honestly feels less like a typical boba shop and more like a relaxing little cat hangout spot. If you've ever thought about adopting a cat, this is actually a really nice way to interact with them first and see their personalities. Definitely worth stopping by after shopping at Tokyo Central.

Cute place, kept my kids entertained for over an hour. Some of the cats don't want to be bothered, others love the attention. Would definitely recommend. Bought 2 boba milk teas and had to pay a $5 donation to get in to the cat room.

The boba here is solid! I got a thai tea and it was delicious! They have stools facing into the cat room and you have the option to go into the cat room if you'd like as well! From what I understand you have to either buy something from the pet store or the boba place to enter and you must leave your drinks outside of the cat room. If you like cats and boba definitely stop by here. If you have pets check out the pet store! Service: 5/5 Drunk: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5

If you purchase a tea here you can get into the cat area for free! The cats are so cute and friendly, and the staff are kind too. I got a passion fruit green tea from the cafe and it was pretty standard, all worth it for the cats though :)

I always get the MeoWCo Mango and the Meow Boba Milk Tea -- both are so refreshing and consistently good every time. The flavors hit just right and the quality never disappoints. Service is always great too, super friendly and quick which makes the visit even better. The best part? Right next door you can see the cutest kitties/cats up for adoption or shop for pet supplies.

hair inside drink

I was really excited to visit today, but I was disappointed with my order. One of my drinks had a hair in it, and the other cup was leaking from the bottom, so it spilled. I was really looking forward to enjoying my drinks while visiting the cats, but this experience was unfortunately disappointing.

Parking is shared with the plaza. This is tucked in the back, so it is a little hidden. There is a self kiosk that you can order drinks with and tap feature is an accepted form of payment. There arent may tables to sit inside, but there is a counter top facing the pet store's cat sanctuary is what I call it. When you purchase a drink, you can enter for free. If not, its a donation of $5. The drinks are okay, but the view of cats is amazing.

Cute little place tucked in the corner of the little tokyo shopping center. The tea area is attached to the pet store that windows to the cat room. Overall small but clean. Tea is around average in price. To go into the cat room you just have to buy a drink and take it to the register and they let you in. One drink = one entry. I didnt want to buy 2 so I just let my niece go in. There wasnt a time limit when we went but there also wasn't anyone else. Very cute, great way to entertain the kiddos and staff was nice.

I think this is just a rebranding/reskinning of the original Miko's Boba. Most of the drinks and the menu are the same. Sometimes there's deals, just take a look at their social media. Generally, there's some form of BOGO whenever they do the adoption events on Sundays at the connected Miko's Pet Supplies. There's some taller seats where you can take a gander over and watch the kitties and some tables inside and out if you want to sit and study or do some work. You can always order for pick up. With Miko's Boba and this location too, I think my main issue is how sweet the drinks are even at 0% sugar. We got their Halloween grape slushy drink with popping boba and even after mixing it at the lowest level of sweetness, it was like drinking semi-diluted jam. So keep this in mind if you don't have a sweet tooth. To interact with cats, you have to go over to the pet supplies side. Overall, you're more there for the experience than anything.

Pretty cool concept store/place. It's located within a pet store or maybe part of a pet supply store where there's cats too! You can pet the cats and spend time with the cats, need to sign waiver before and can't bring the drinks into the cats area. The tea place has a good amount of seating, and you can order online with snack pass if you want the most efficient ordering method. We ended up getting the strawberry peach tea and it was really good and had some fruit bits in it.

I love this place. I go here all the time and enjoy my study and work sometimes. The drinks are great especially the taro and the brown sugar boba. What i like about this place is that right next to it is a cat adoption place. You can go in and mingle with the cats if you're looking into adopting one. I love to relax and just sit with the cats. They allow you inside for 5 bucks or if you buy tea from the cat cafe.

Meow Boba Milk Tea and Mango Slush

This is attached to a cat play area so you can opt to play with the felines. We ordered two drinks-Meow Boba Milk Tea and the Mango Slush with Boba. The Mango Slush was refreshing and small chunks of mango were a nice surprise. The Boba Milk Tea was a different story. I requested less sugar. It was WAY too sweet!!! I couldn't take more than 3 sips. My kids that love sweets couldn't even drink it.

My boyfriend and I always go to Tokyo Central, but until now, we hadn't been to Meow Tea. Today, we decided to try it. Initially, I thought it would be cat-themed or inspired by cats. I was totally surprised to find a cat room full of adorable cats! It was honestly the highlight of my day. They also partner with animal shelters, which is an amazing way to help the community. MeowTea is clean, cozy, and adorable. The Tropical Fruit Tea I ordered is yummy. The cats are well cared for and very friendly. The staff is very friendly as well. Miko's Pet Supplies (they're connected) is very clean and has a decent selection of pet goods. I would love to become a regular visitor and recommend this place to all cat lovers!

I really liked how well decorated this place was, it looks way better in person than in pictures. Next, the drinks were delicious! I got an horchata cold boo with cold foam (cold foam is extra) it was really good I will say the flavor is unique, the horchata flavor didn't come off very strong but it was still delicious nonetheless! My boyfriend got the cookie butter (Iced) he thought it was pretty good, on the sweeter side and he said the aroma was pretty good! It was like a medium espresso just the right amount, the espresso does not overpower the sweetness. The service was quick, we waited about 5 minutes in total, and there was no wait time! *We paid $14 in total for these drinks.

No one notified anyone about why that was the case, leaving a lot of us upset. The inside was the most memorable part of the visit, it has a lot of horror memorabilia and the theme of the drinks matched it. It's a small area with only outside seating, and they only allowed 15 people inside at a time. I also feel like their AC was broken bc it was hot inside. Good thing the drinks were a promotional, because they were somewhat lackluster. What's the verdict, tasted like watered down chocolate milk. Expected more of a coffee flavor in it. The One Wish Willow was a good pina colada, but nothing to rave about. I'm gonna give it two stars for the ambiance, and it could be a good spot if I come on a day where there's no promotional and try their popular drinks.

We went for an early-ish lunch, so the options were much more limited compared to dinner. One of our friends has gone for dinner before, and that was much livelier with a much MUCH better menu option. I did take this into consideration as otherwise lunch review for a Sunday would be closer to 3 stars. From outside the cafe to inside, everything was really cute. They have a mascot, which is shown outside and in as well. Enter, and there's a wall of merch you can see and buy. There was another door in that room that takes you to the main dining area, but before it opens, they tell you a lil chant with movements to do. Pretty cool! We were then seated and given our menus. There are combinations which included a photo with a maid. We ended up getting 2 food combos (meal, drink, photo), a dessert combo (dessert, drink, photo), and a drink combo (drink, photo) to all share. The menu had a lot of options, but the food wasn't actually available (darn, was looking forward to some maid drawn omu-rice!), as it was lunch and that was a separate menu. Some items from that were unavailable, so we were super limited with what we could order re food. We ended up trying the following - Miso Salmon - lol, not great. The sides / veggies were better IMO, but they were really small portions. Chicken Teriyaki - the other 3 thought it was pretty good, and I thought it was just mid. Lack of flavor, but chicken texture was decent. Matcha Parfait Dessert Thingy - forgot the actual name of it, but it was pretty! Our maid drew on this which made it special. Taste-wise was fine. Various Drinks - I got a cold brew with tiramisu foam, and that was quite enjoyable. She drew a dog on the foam. Cute! A friend got the coffee with sea salt foam and she requested a fish be drawn. The best LOL. Another got their magic lemonade which was pretty cool! The mixing and such was fun to watch. My daughter got the oreo oat milk drink and she requested a cat to be drawn. Our maid was really nice and explained things extremely well. For the photos, she helped us with standard poses and we all left with a lil polaroid with our experience. Many of the clientele when we were there were solo male, which was what we saw in Tokyo as well. Some groups too. There were a lot of similarities with this maid cafe and the ones we visited in Tokyo, and some differences do include quality of the frequent visitor card (actual plastic card in Tokyo versus paper card here) and the photo came in a frame booklet thingy in Tokyo compared to just the photo here. Would come back for dinner to check that out though!

Next, you sell it for a high price. The desserts are DRY! The only saving grace for the small cake we tried was the frosting. We disposed of the rest, such a shame! Our cashier was also quite confused and condescending. I did not like his vibe, it's not cute being a passive aggressive person. I seriously hope this location works out the kinks. I found the location had cute bistro tables, there's potential here. However, they need to fix their cafeteria-looking shopfront. Note: Character meet-n-greets are available on select days. Also, a Sanrio store can be found next door.

The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and everyone working there was so nice. We were served by a wonderful Caucasian maid, and we also noticed a cute Korean maid taking care of some other tables--the whole staff was super friendly and really added to the charming, positive vibe of the cafe. One thing that really stood out to me was their retail section. They have a surprisingly solid selection of Japanese trading card games like Weiss Schwarz, Hololive, and Pokémon, alongside some manga. It's an awesome touch if you're a fan of the hobby or just want something interesting to browse while waiting for your order. As for the food, I had to try the classic maid cafe staple: the omurice. I ordered the curry omurice, complete with the signature cute ketchup art drawn right on the egg. It was hearty, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. We also tried a couple of their specialty iced espresso drinks, including the tiramisu latte. They were topped generously with whipped cream and tasty crumbles. The drinks are definitely on the richer, sweeter side, making them feel like a dessert in themselves. I was hoping to have my own AE86 built and ready when I finally stopped by, but maybe for the new location. As an honest critique of the actual storefront, the appearance and decor is very charming. In a very bright, Japanese themed cafe kind of way. But because this is an Initial D themed drink and snack spot, I can see this being a place where mostly guys use this place as a meet-up hub. Especially for a small car meet. Very niche right? Especially for the dying breed of 1980's 1990's - 2000's JDM cars. That said, how many guys in the city could you actually get to come here regularly for soy and soy-based accessories, drinks, and snacks? The dessert was okay, and I wasn't in love with the drinks. Light, tofu refreshing, but not captivating. Personally, the menu doesn't appeal to me, since I try to avoid soy since it tends to be a pro-estrogen consumable. I don't think they had to box themselves in into being a purely tofu-only cafe. They could sell tofu products, and also have something simple but repeatedly addictive; like In-n-Out, Wurstkuche, Howling Ray's, Tea Master Matcha Cafe, Savoy, Langer's, etc. The closest idea I can think of that would be forced into tofu would be like really excellent, authentic mabo tofu, agedashi tofu, or like a karaage or Tokyo fried chicken style fried chicken with a mabo tofu dipping sauce, heavy on the ma-la flavors. Hell, I might even stop by more if they imported more car parts, from like Impulse, TRD, or Apex'i. But the way the AE86 market is, it makes more sense to sell online to the global niche. Wonderful atmosphere and mood for the Initial D/MF Ghost/Subaru to Subaru fandom. It was fun just to follow on instagram and catch a glimpse of all the influencer personalities in the car community stopping by. I'll look forward to what their next Project T(ofu) looks like. See you next time, Space (cow) boy. Oh-oh-oh. I need you babe.
