My only complaint is that there isn't enough snowy ice to balance all the ingredients together. You'd think it reach the bottom of the bowl but there's something else already there so the amount you receive is deceiving. Despite that, the bowl tasted amazing and there was no one else in line on a Thursday afternoon so I got my order quickly. There were no customers dining in at the time I visited but there's a good amount of seats available. I ordered mine to-go and it came in a reusable bag with a lot of ice to prevent it from melting.
