There are some nice maki sushi appetizer offerings as well as some other shareable that evoke American and French influences. I ordered the oysters from the west coast US. Really fresh and served traditionally. Don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. For entree, went with the New Orleans/French. Inspired Salmon. Perfectly cooked and served with roasted potato, artichokes, arugula, and I think a béchamel sauce. Light and flavorful. Paired well with a nice 9 oz pour of French Sancerre.
