We split the Earth and Sea (think surf and turf) platter. They gave us an extra lobster tail too (winning!). It had grilled lobster, shrimp and a ribeye. I called over the waitress, who immediately retrieved the plate and brought me another. It was just as bad. I had to saw through all the fat to retrieve a small portion of meat. The worst money I've ever spent. When the waitress asked me how everything was, I told her it was horrible and that I wished I'd ordered something else. She was indifferent. I would have thought she would have offered some reduction from our $400 family bill, but nope. I won't ever eat there again. But that was the end of the positive things as a swarm of flies quickly came to eat the food. Trying to swat them away helped a bit but there was way too many of them. I eventually flagged a waiter down, and he shrugged at the flies. A minute later some candle flame thing came out saying that it will help with the flies but already that was too late as flies were all over the food and I lost my appetite at that point. It was disgusting. I just got up and left. Went to cashier to pay my bill. The cashier also shrugged at my fly incident, and I asked how much it was going to be. Full price. No consideration about bad operating environment and since they knew about the fly issue they didnt setup before food was served to control it better. Even after bringing it up again in detail, she shrugged again. No sorry or anything, just a brush off. Then to make it even worse she asked if I wanted to tip the service. I was in there for a few minutes, staff didnt help quickly or even pre-empt the fly issue, and I'm being asked to pay full price. Sorry but no thanks. How did this place get on the Michelin list? Service poor. Environment poor. Zero or negative star rating for me.
