However, management may need to address the execution of service and be more aware of the customers. We were there for an hour before we received any of our food except for my sister's chili and although our waitress kept apologizing about the wait, a simple explanation of WHY it was taking so long for our food while other customers at tables who came after us, ordered after us and were served way before us (they actually finished eating and even got their bill) would have gone a long way.
