I'm done ordering from Metro Pizza after three consecutive poor experiences at the Sky Pointe location. The delivery service has become completely unreliable. My most recent order was placed at 5:15 PM and did not arrive until 7:23 PM. Waiting over two hours is bad enough, but trying to get an update is impossible. I called the store multiple times and the line just rang until it eventually timed out and disconnected. When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm and very dissatisfying. During a previous order, I was told they were short-staffed, which I tried to be patient with at the time. However, now that they won't even answer the phones, it's clear the service has reached a breaking point. I wanted to give them another chance because they were great in the past, but three strikes is enough. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

This pizza is definitely not the best at all. I'm not sure how it made it on the top 10 of Food Network. Best pizzas, but whoever's deciding on these list needs to be fired. So in my opinion, the pizza has absolutely no flavor at all. Everyone in the household agreed there I got two sides of hot sauce. They definitely do not mix the butter and properly. It was completely broken and grainy. It see the butter inside of it it just wasn't good. The pizza truly had no flavor in my opinion. I just don't understand again. It's my opinion. My favorite pizza place - I have previously left a five star review. This particular location has been open for close to 50 years. they recently have been going through some changes, closing their location on East Tropicana and opening up a new spot in the Southwest portion of the valley. Seriously I have never gotten a bad meal from the Decatur location, but tonight the chicken fingers are completely burnt, chicken wings were barely cooked and the small loop stuffed pizza tasted like nothing I've experienced before & not in a good way. It feels like the original owners have handed this off to someone else and are not looking after this location. I've never had an experience like this at what I've long considered as one of the gold standard places to order pizza and wings in Las Vegas. Had pizza and garlic knots delivered to the office. We had gluten free pizza thay was tasty but sadly fell appart. My other coworkers enjoyed their everything pizza and garlic knots. That girl was acting like she's re tar ded, and I'm like, what's wrong with you... at least she didn't run her mouth. Metro is a multiple location highly regarded restaurant known for its pizzas and co-owned by John Arena. Here, the staff were efficient and the offered starter bread was outstanding and was better than most strip located high end restaurants. We shared a small dinner salad with Italian dressing which was good. We ordered a small cheese pizza with mushrooms which looked and smelled great but after a few bites had a light unpleasant after taste. The taste was like the mushrooms were off or the dough was off. I have to stop by every time I'm in town! Unless you get a deep dish or the thick crust this place is great for a light pizza that is so full of flavor really great ingredients being used you can tell. When you dine in the offer the table some bread it is so light and the crust is so crispy you can't stop once you've started! Take service has been fast and easy dining in has been great too,attentive and friendly staff. It's quite a big building with nice decor and a whole map painted on a wall of pizza places interesting to look at as well as tvs and as the season approaches a huge Christmas tree that in sure once done with look amazing overall very welcoming and homey. We have been going to Metro Pizza for years. The one in the Northwest is above awesome. The one on Decatur was dirty. Tape on the booths, crumbs all over table and booths - floors were dirty. The same pizza we always order was awful- full of salt the crust was awful. The salad was yellowing and welted. Nothing looked like they cared about anything. Homeless people loitering outside. The food here is always hot and good. I always get the pantheon no doubt. I'm addicted to it. I also tried the garlic fries this time and the did not disappoint. Service is pretty decent here and you can find a retro almost late 80s early 90s vibe in this place. I used to live very close to you guys so I would get your pizza once a week. I loved the sausage on the pizza. Did you change the sausage brand or ingredients? It seems to have changed. I would like to know why you guys close so early 8 o'clock is so early. I could see 10 I get there at 7:15 hoping to get seated and the lady said you were only taking pick up orders. I was really disappointed because I didn't want to take it home , it changes the texture of the crust when it steams in the box, when it's fresh out of the oven and ready to eat the crust is much better. Had Metro Pizza for the first time. Co-workers were telling me how great it was. I didn't feel the same way about it. The pizza is sub-par. The staff is great, and the quality of their service surpasses the pizza. For the price, I feel there should be more flavor. The ingredients didn't taste fresh. The food here is great but the customer service is awful. We brought about six separate families after church and they denied us service unless we agreed to be on one check. We offered to pay gratuity for a large group but asked them to charge each family individually but they refused. The place was completely empty but they preferred to see us walk away than accommodate us (even though last week we also came with 5 families, brought them business and the manager did not have a problem with it). The staff is lazy, rude and do not care for their customers, their jobs or to keep the establishment open. We ordered cheese and pepperoni slices to go. The pizzas were ready & they heated them to perfection. Here's the thing with pizza - the cheese needs to be a little bubbly! Metro did not disappoint. The crust is airy and delicious, the cheese was in bubbly, and the sauce wasn't too overpowering. I would like to rate this place at 3.5. We were heading back home and Yelped for pizza place nearby where we were driving and Metro Pizza popped up. The place is good size you can dine in, which is rare nowadays for pizza parlors, or take out. We ordered take out, the staff is not very friendly, pricing is average and the pizza was very good. We also ordered baked Ziti the presentation and the portion was excellent but in my opinion it was very bland, garlic knots were good. The savory of the chicken matched well with the sweetness of bbq sauce; carmalized onions and melted mozzarella completed this masterpiece. I recommend you add extra chicken. But that's just me :) The Old School pepperoni: little tiny pepperoni with crisp edges, again- awesome crust and just the right amount of cheese, oh ... the pizza sauce is mild and doesn't over power but only compliments. Metro Pizza is one of my "comfort" spots in Las Vegas to get pizza. The pizza is saucy, cheesy, and you can even get a stuffed with toppings for a calzone like pizza. Last week it was my turn to pick where we got some dinner and i figured it was time to give this West Side location a try. This place is pretty dang huge and offers a ton of seating along with the large Metro Pizza menu you can order pretty much anything off of. We decided to order a cheese pizza to share as like an appetizer and then I ordered a calzone with meatball for my main course, because boy oh boy, do I love me a good saucy calzone. Even though this place was pretty packed for a Sunday night the food only took about 15-20 minutes to come out and that's nothing to complain about. The cheese pizza was pretty solid and right up my ally. It was somewhere in between thick and thin and was covered in red sauce and cheese, which is exactly how I enjoy my pizza! The calzone was a good size, well stuffed with mozzarella cheese (no ricotta for this man) and a healthy amount of meatballs. After I asked for an additional cup of sauce the calzone became what it was meant to be, a sauce covered tasty mess that lost the war against my mouth and vanished after one sitting. How was the calzone you ask? It was great, and it's definitely something I would recommend if you enjoy a softer dough (because I sure do!). Overall, I'm a big fan of Metro Pizza and this location on Decatur will definitely be a place I visit on the regular. The staff was super friendly, the restaurant itself is large and well decorated, and of course, the food was really freaking enjoyable.
