    Beef Manti
    Allie G.

Meyhouse is fantastic! I made a same-day lunch reservation for our party of 6. The interior was well-lit and elegantly decorated, with a large fish decor piece above the bar. We skipped drinks and ordered food right away, family-style. We started with the Girit, Kopoglu, Lahmacun, and Beef Manti. All of these were delicious! The Girit and Kopoglu went great with the complimentary fresh bread. Both the Lahmacun and Beef Manti were super flavorful and easy to share. After this, we ordered the Trio Borek, Acili Kebap Plate, and Ahtapot. The Trio Borek was a lot smaller than I'd expected and difficult to share as a group, but still tasty. The Ahtapot (octopus) was so perfectly cooked (not rubbery at all) and the Acili Kebap had great texture and flavor. Service was quick and seamless! Would happily return for more.

Excellent service and amazing food at Meyhouse. We had a great time with truly fabulous collection of Greek and Turkish beers , lip smacking appetizer like the Hummus, Grilled eggplant with Greek yoghurt followed by main course of Fresh Branzino fish grilled and succulent chicken kebabs. Service particularly was great.

Came for Mother's Day lunch. Our server was so incredibly fun & nice. The atmosphere itself is beautiful, high ceilings with a lot of natural light. I have no complaints about the food. Everything we ordered was excellent. My favorite was the eggplant appetizer & the branzino fish.

I was completely impressed by this restaurant. I had lower expectations because I wasn't sure if the ambience is what makes this place popular but rest assured--every dish we had was amazing. The complimentary bread has an amazing almost chewy texture and it was great with all the yogurt in the various dishes. 1. Kopoglu (eggplant and peppers with yogurt) 5/5 This dish was super tasty and paired beautifully with the complimentary bread. 2. Beef turkmen manti (beef dumpling) 4.25/5 While this was delicious, I did feel like the price was quite steep at just 5 small dumplings for $20. I feel like there are other dishes that you could try that are more unique. 3. Side of aegean greens 4.5/5 Yum! Very tender and paired well with the beef 4. Alinazik (beef tenderloin) 5/5 Wow this beef was so tender and juicy. It sits on a bed of eggplant. This dish was probably the favorite of the night. 5. Mastika ice cream 4/5 It tastes almost minty/woods with a distinct cedar-like flavor. Pretty refreshing and you can tell that it's homemade!

    Pirzola, Levrek

We started with muhammara, Türkmen mantı, and gavurdağı, and each dish was thoughtfully executed. The muhammara was deeply flavorful with a rich, nutty texture and subtle heat. The mantı were tender and comforting, and the gavurdağı was crisp, fresh, and well-balanced, cutting through the richness nicely. For mains, the pirzola was juicy, well-seasoned, and grilled just right. The levrek was clean, flaky, and simply prepared, letting the quality of the fish shine. Dessert was good - baklava was sweet, paired perfectly with the fragrant mastika ice cream. Overall, the food felt intentional, balanced, and true to a classic meyhane menu.

We came here for dinner on New Years Eve. Lots of places were offering NYE set menus, but we landed on this restaurant because it still kept their usual menu offerings. We felt like it was a nice place to celebrate without having to pay an exorbitant price. We had a reservation for 5:30 pm, but we arrived about 20 mins early. Despite that, the hostess sat us down at our table ahead of our reservation time. We wanted to explore a little bit of the menu, so we opted to share Turkish Manti, we each got our own entrees and sides (him the Dill Potato Wedges + Alinazik and me the Cemenli Tavuk + Limon Patates), and ended by sharing desserts (Sobiyet + Turkish ice cream). The evening started with complimentary fresh baked bread with their dipping sauce. Loved the bread, and they even offered to refresh our bread basket once we finished! The manti first came out and while the dish was delicious (nice chew on the dumplings, the beef and garlic sauce complemented each other so well), only 5 pieces was provided in the $19 appetizer, which was a little steep. The entrees and sides came out next. We enjoyed each our entrees, although I liked my Tavuk better since the chicken was pretty juicy. I tried a little bit of his Alinazik and the beef seemed a little dry but was still tasty. I also tried his potato wedges, and I personally liked them better than my limon patates. The patates packed a lot of herby flavor, which I think would better suit someone who enjoys an herb-packed dish. The desserts were wonderful though! I enjoyed the ice cream better since it wasn't as sweet and had that nice textural pull to it, but the Sobiyet is very rich in flavor and packed with that syrupy sweetness. A few bites of the Sobiyet was definitely more than enough for me! Our server was very attentive, regularly checking in on us and making sure all was going well. We really loved the service provided, and even on a packed evening, it felt well attended. A great way to celebrate NYE!

Came here to celebrate my dad's birthday and everything was so good. We ordered a variety of dishes and honestly, not a single miss. Gavurdağı - refreshing start Muhammara - one of my favorites of the night and perfectly spiced. We dipped it with the complimentary bread and it was so good Beef Manti - soft dumplings and light sauce Lamb Chops - juicy and delicious Levrek - my absolute favorite dish I'd come back just for this Birthday Baklava - a lovely surprise for the celebration Mastika Ice Cream - unique and refreshing, pairs well with the baklava Service was attentive, which made the birthday dinner even better. Overall, amazing food, great service, and a wonderful place for a special occasion. I can't wait to come back!

This was such a beautiful establishment with beautiful decor, and friendly staff. From the hostess to the server to the guys refilling the water and clearing the table. I enjoyed my lamb chops, which is something that I enjoy eating. I appreciate the fact they allowed me to have the sauce on the side because I wouldn't have liked it. As I tried to venture into other items I wasn't a fan of the sauce they give with the bread. Nor did I like the dumplings. The chicken dish had an amazing flavor. If you like Turkish food you will enjoy it.

Walking in through the curtain, you enter a large beautiful space with art placed through out. First impression- perfect vibe for a date night! We popped in without reservations and were fortunate to grab seats at the bar, as then tables quickly filled up. With my sister-in-law having a strong Turkish background, we let her order our spread... which means I can't tell you what exactly I had! What I do know- THIS is where you come to for a true authentic immersion into Turkish cuisine. Each dish was perfectly seasoned and left you wanting more (especially when you're sharing with others!) For my cocktail I ordered the Cappadocia Fire, which was a perfect mix of sweet/smokey/heat. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu! I did take a few photos at least, though dimly lit. (The camera didn't always eat first this outing!)

Delicious food, excellent service. Have visited for both lunch and dinner, had great experiences. Definitely make a reservation, it gets very crowded, even on weekdays.

The two of us tried the "tasting menu" and loved getting a variety of plates - 4 cold appetizers, 2 hot appetizers, entrees of lamb/steak/branzino, plus 2 desserts. Our waiter was fabulous - attentive without being annoying, and gracious. Highly recommend!

The vibe is refined and chill- one small thing is that the dining room gets very loud that you have you raise your voice to talk. If you want to keep up with the romantic vibe then perhaps pick a corner table where you don't get so much chatter ambiance noise. The service is absolutely phenomenal and one of the best experience I have had -our amazing waiter Ehran was kind, attentive and made our experience truly magical and just let us feel completely at home Now the food....mastery of flavor and textures come through and it's truly an exceptional experience for us!! My recommendation is the octopus... I cleaned the plate with the bread and was immensely satisfied. Will definitely be back again!!

Turkmen manti dumplings, eggplant kopoglu, bread.

4% surchage. I attended a jazz performance in the back room: the accoustics and sound system are great. The dishes I had were very good, but I feel it's still overpriced. 4.8/5: Turkmen manti dumplings. $19. great QQ wrapper, great filling. Sauce is OK. 4.7: Kopoglu $19 Cold roast eggplant. It's refrigerator cold, but the eggplant flavor is great. 4.7: Bread service is very good; use that to mop up the sauce.

Everything about this restaurant makes you want to return. First, the hospitality is just extraordinary. Levent is the kind of manager every restaurant wishes they had -- gracious, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. He has a way of making every guest feel valued and comfortable, like you are being welcomed into someone's home rather than just seated at a table. And Melissa is an absolute delight. She is attentive, kind, and so pleasant that she somehow makes a great meal feel even better. The food is spectacular. The flavors are vibrant, fresh, and deeply satisfying without feeling heavy. We especially love the kebabs, salads, sauces, and dips -- everything is beautifully prepared and full of flavor. And just when you think the meal cannot get any better, the coffee, tea, and desserts arrive and remind you that yes, you definitely needed those too. No regrets, only happiness. What keeps us loyal is that Anatolian Kitchen gets every part of the experience right: delicious food, warm service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. Some places are worth trying once. The service was spectacular -- Our server made honest recommendations when helping us select tapas to order, the food came out promptly after ordering (not all at once which we appreciated), they were very attentive and checked on us frequently even though we had outdoor patio seating. These are the dishes we ordered: Appetizers - Jamon iberico: 9/10 can never go wrong with freshly cut cured meat, however today's slices were a bit on the chewier side - Pan con tomate: 6.5/10 good pairing with the jamon, deliciously toasted crunchy bread, but the tomato was underwhelming -- not enough tomato and acidity and soaked too much of the top making it soggy - Cornetos with tuna tartare: 8/10 perfect little bites of tuna and loved the sweetness and citrus flavor from the orange - Grilled calamari: 8.5/10 The squid was cooked perfectly -- smoky and had a nice bite to it but still tender, and the salsa and aromatic oil paired deliciously with it Mains - Pulpo: 9.5/10 Absolutely delicious, one of our favorite dishes of the evening. The potato purée was a bit too thick, but the flavors were very balanced and well seasoned with the garlic paprika oil. The octopus was a generous portion compared to other Spanish restaurants we've tried and it was grilled perfectly. - Paella negra con vieiras: 10/10 The star of the show. The rice was cooked perfectly -- there was a crispy layer at the bottom and the top was not overcooked. The seafood flavor was very complex and we enjoyed the calamari mixed into the rice in addition to the perfectly cooked scallop, shrimp, and swordfish on top. Best paella we've had in the bay. Dessert - Tiramisu: 7.5/10 It was tasty and not overly sweet, but the mascarpone was a bit too thick for my liking - Cheesecake: 7/10 The textures/flavors were good but nothing special.

My bestie made a reservation and thank goodness she did because the restaurant was packed. The interior is beautiful with a classy, upscale vibe and warm dim lighting. My favorite area was definitely the bar, it looked gorgeous and now I have an excuse to come back for cocktails. Our table was in a quieter section, which was perfect for catching up and gossiping. Service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, and our server gave us great food and drink recommendations. We went through two rounds of drinks: Espresso Martini, Piña Blanca, and Margarita. I originally came for the frozen espresso martini but they had just changed the cocktail menu the week before... so sad lol. The regular one was still really good though. For food, we shared the Churros Bravos, Abuelita's Meatballs, Oxtail Canelones, Wagyu Carrillera, the Rib Eye Paella special, and finished with the Saquets de Crema. (big feast, i know lol) The Wagyu Carrillera completely stole the show for me. It was so tender that I ended up ordering another one to-go. The Oxtail Canelones was probably my least favorite since they put too much sauce I hardly can taste the oxtail. The dessert - Saquets de Crema, on the other hand, was amazing. Our server told us to eat it in one bite, and wow... he knew exactly what he was talking about. It was crispy on the outside, rich and creamy vanilla cream inside, dipping with soft warm chocolate sauce, killer combo and explosion of taste bud. Overall, such a great dinner. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, delicious food, and definitely a place I'd recommend Macarena for a fancy date night or upscale business meeting because the vibes they giving is high-end from start to finish.

I've ordered from Kali before, but I usually go with the beef wrap since it's been my favorite item on their menu. This time, I wanted to switch things up and try the chicken version for the first time. The chicken pita wrap was decent overall and the portion size was satisfying, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The wrap had fresh ingredients and was put together well, but the flavor felt a bit lacking. It seemed like it was missing an extra seasoning, sauce, or some additional ingredient to help bring everything together. The chicken itself was also a little dry and not as juicy or tender as I had hoped, which made the wrap less enjoyable than the beef version I've had in the past. The baklava was a nice sweet treat to finish the meal. It had the classic flaky layers and sweetness you'd expect, making it the highlight of my order. While Kali Greek Kitchen is still a solid lunch option, this particular meal didn't leave a strong impression on me. Personally, when it comes to Greek-style wraps and pitas, I still prefer Nick the Greek. Their wraps tend to be more flavorful, and the meats are usually more tender and juicy. I'm glad I gave the chicken wrap a try, but next time I'd probably go back to ordering the beef wrap instead.
