You can also control the amount of white and spicy sauce you add and that can just enhance the dish even further, depending on what flavor profile you are trying to get. They may even throw in a packet of their white sauce for you to take home, definitely awesome! I also got their waffle fries, but those were nothing really to write home about. Definitely focus on the gyro on rice. Usually they are always cooking the meats behind so you can see it happening in real time. The last underrated thing about Halal Guys are their hours. Cary tends to shut down early, but this place will stay open until midnight on most nights. We definitely need more of that!!
