We love this place. Our family has been coming here since they opened. We've never had a bad meal. The managers are all great, especially Carlos. He's just the best. He does it all to make every guest feel as though we are visiting his home. Our grand daughter loves Libby. She's one of the sweetest people we've ever been around. First time going to Mi Cocina (lunch) last Friday and loved it. Walking and being greeted by the hostess and being welcomed again and getting chips and salsa immediately when being seated from a young man (Hispanic) didn't get a name. Our waiter Ricky was awesome and attentive at all times. Funny, I actually had to ask him to stop bringing me refills because he wouldn't let me finish my drink and he was already bringing another. I would definitely visit not only for the awesome chips and food but the service was really good. read more

This place is our go to. We dont eat out, but when we do, this is the only place we go. Our go to waitress Linda is always on point and timely, very nice without being over bearing while we are eating. Extremely important to me. The manager did nothing to control the obnoxious 2 couples sitting At a round booth by the door. The couple sitting In the booth behind them got their drinks and food to move away from them, a mother and her teen son sitting across from them like the other side of restaurant could not even talk to each other bc like us, sitting across from them as well, could not have a conversation! I mentioned to our server and after we paid our bill asked for the manager and all he could say was that they were regular customers WTH, so the rest of us have to suffer and not enjoy our dinning experience bc they were buying out the bar, drunk of course and their server over there for 15 minutes laughing it up being just as loud! Horrible experience! I asked manager if he could see the couple that moved and the many uncomfortable Customers and he replied YES - and yet he did nothing! Bad management! Just witnessed a great thing and thought I'd share. Hugo, the bartender, handled an upset phone customer so coolly. He never raised his voice, offered to send out free food, sent a gift card to the upset customer, then made sure everything was cool. This is customer service at its best. **Update**. After giving my phone number as requested, I never received a phone call from management. We will no longer eat at this Mi Cocina. We frequent this restaurant regularly and always enjoy the outstanding service and food. However, the last 2 times I've ordered the Rico salad the lettuce was old and brown. This time was no exception. Our kind server took the salad back to the kitchen and returned with a new freshly made salad. Again, the lettuce was old and brown. She did not charge us for the salad and offered to get me something else, but I just ate the chicken. Our sever was wonderful and handled the situation professionally. Lastly, I would suggest management throw out the old brown salad mix and stop having your kitchen personnel serving it to the customers. read more

Really disappointed after our first and last visit here. This mi cocina does not uphold the same standards as the other restaurants. The lemonade was not good, all of our food came out cold and I had to refuse my meal as it looked nothing like what I ordered and had eaten at the other mi cocina's. read more
