This is a small Mexican restaurant in shopping center near Auto zone. First time I went there I head a tamale and a taco. Totally authentic Mexican food with excellent taste. The next time had there burrito with rice, beans carne asada and guacamole, this thing is Hugh, however ate it all. My wife had chicken taquitos covered with guacamole and cheese. I like trying different dishes and everything I've tried was excellent. I highly recommend, it's not fancy but the food is excellent. You have to order upfront but they do have seating. Rudest girl taking orders. It's 7:30pm on a Saturday and my husband and I went in to get dinner. We were greeted by "whenever your ready" as she's leaning on her elbows on the counter. I called and ordered a quesadilla with carnitas and other items. Once I showed up, they confirmed my order and they had written down quesadilla with asada. I shared with them it's with carnitas. The lady changed it and let the cooks know. As they were giving me my food one of their employees said to me - I took your call and you said asada, so that's what I wrote down (With attitude) I let her know, she was mistaken because I asked for carnitas. I took my food and walked away. When I got home the quesadilla was drenched with fat. I believe they did this on purpose. I have ordered this many times before and have never received it that greasy. Food was good and fresh. I called in my order and waited about 15-20 minutes before it was ready. The lady over the phone was nice and answered my questions. When I arrived, she and the cashier had great customer service. We ordered a grilled chicken quesadilla, chicken rolled tacos, carne aside fries, and rice + beans. The food was good but could use more flavor on the chicken and salsa was bland. I think I'll go for a spicier sauce next time and I'll try the horchata. This restaurant needs to ask "which type of salsa" when someone orders 16 oz of salsa for pickup, otherwise they'll charge an absurd amount for a giant cup of salsa that will never be used (as happened to us tonight). By the time we got to the venue and placed the food it was till then I noticed it missing, I called to let them know in which they were oh so apologetic " I'm so sorry" we can give you the money back just come in for the money back or if you want to come back and pick it up ( that was not an option we were to far and i was hosting the event).... I stated well as much as I order thru the year you can just comp me on my next order "Oh sure yes that's fine just tell me and I'll do so thank you for your understanding and so sorry" Well today came and in HONORING this situation they only denied it stating they don't remember and it was to long ago "WOW" I have the proof date , time calll, and witness This is how you treat your loyalcustomers who give you a ton of business and have always returned and referred ??? You would think I could trust in your word also where is your loyalty to your neighborhood and families who give you business, please tell me? This was a time to prove it as we have! If I couldn't trust you on the whopping amount of $12 how could I trust you on my bigger orders if a mishap occurs, when that time comes ???
