What made it more frustrating was watching nearby tables--many seated after us--receive their meals, finish, and even turn over while we were still waiting. There were also billing issues: I had a birthday reward and several wine bottles through my membership available, yet the wine was still charged to our bill and the birthday reward wasn't applied until I pointed it out. Although part of it was corrected, we still ended up paying for the bottle that should have been included.
