I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. Good thing Toyotas' filters are easy to access! I believe that price could increase depending on a much more laborious service for engines/filters that are trickier to access. You could request a quote or call them to let them know your make, model, and year to confirm a price. As for the service, apart from them basically being able to get the job efficiently done in about 15-20 minutes, they exemplify a genuine kindness and willingness to be as helpful and supportive as they can be. I truly appreciated their service, their enthusiasm, and their respect. As such, I'm very happy to have found a shop I can absolutely trust that also happens to be near where I live! Added bonus is that they filled up my coolant and windshield wipers at no cost! Last bit of detail for my visit is that I arrived close to their closing time, so I'm not aware of they have seating for customers since it seemed like they had their main garage door(s) closed. I was trying to move aside of the freeway the radiator blew. I called AAA to come and tow my car back home. The next day took it to a mechanic and I was advised that my radiator didn't have any antifreeze it was dry even the side one. There was nothing in It. They said they checked it. But they didn't obviously. My car suffer several damages radiator and the most expensive is Head gaskets. I took all my cars there for service. I had my car for six months and this happened. All without the customer pre-approval. they also charged her for oil change which was done the day before at a different shop. the brake pads and rotors were replaced few months ago still have more than half life to go. On the bill they hand written, she needs spark plugs and parking brake assembly. never mentioned the OBD code nor the original complaint from the customer. She was charged $380 for work never was needed nor asked for and left with a damaged brake release handle. This is a dishonest facility never take your vehicle there.
