From the moment I walked in on Sunday, I was greeted by Ken--who I believe is the manager--and immediately felt like I was in great hands. His professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication were above and beyond. Even though Sunday was fully booked (which says a lot about how trusted and busy they are), Ken still took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done for my brakes. He walked me through the entire early drop-off process for Monday morning--showing me where the key envelopes were, how to fill one out, and where the secure key drop box in the garage was. Dropping the car off before they opened was effortless. On Monday, Ken called me around 11 AM to let me know my car was ready--exactly as quoted the day before, with no surprises. I told him I'd be there after work around 5 PM, and he said no problem at all. When I arrived, the car was exactly where he said it would be, perfectly repaired, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Ken and his entire team were phenomenal. I ordered the tires per other recommendations from Tire Rack mid morning on Thursday and they had arrived by mid day on Friday allowing my car to be serviced early Saturday morning. I brought my car here for an alignment, and they damaged one of my axle boots. Instead of actually taking responsibility for the situation that he acknowledged his shop had caused, Ryan recommended I bring my axle to another shop to get a new boot at my own expense, and said he would not help me whatsoever in repairing the damaged axle, even if I supplied the parts. To add insult to injury, the leaking axle boot has flung grease all over my brand new suspension parts that I had installed just before the alignment. I really used to love this place, but frankly this is very unscrupulous behavior and will probably not come back after 5 years of being a customer here. Update: Just got home to find that the other axle boot was also melted the same way as the driver's side one. With labor, this is ~$1500 of damage to my vehicle, and they are not helping me with any of it.

Cash or credit same price and they take the Plenti card. It's now a Bolla Market and has a large selection of food and drinks and of course Lotto. They have plenty of pumps which they need because it's on two main roads and is always busy. Between the Plenti card and the Mobil Credit card which give you 6 cents off a gallon of gas is a savings. So I will continue to come here since it close to where I work which makes it convenient and the cash back from the Plenti is always a help. With gas prices higher than they should be it's nice to get some relief.
