Then they didn't give me an extension sticker which allows me 10 days to get that fixed and reinspected all of which are clearly stated on the nys dmv website as how to inspect. Both the manager and the inspector said they never even heard of any type of sticker. They wasted 3 hours of my time. My wife, who takes her car to another jiffy lube location, had the exact same issue with a completely opposite experience. They gave her an extension, allowed her time to get her tires changed and were immensely helpful to her. Extremely poor customer service throughout this location. Avoid this spot at all costs. They don't care about you or your time.

Best yet, they didn't take a dime for the service. They removed all the nails, but since none of them had punctured actual holes in the tires, they let us go scot free. It's so rare to receive unpaid services in this day and age, and we definitely grateful for their generous time and diligent attention.
