I had not been to this location before but had visited several locations in other cities. I had high expectations of a good experience. I had a tire with a screw in it that needed to be repaired. Appointments are very easy to reserve online. Unfortunately, the tire was further damaged during the repair due to the angle of the puncture. As a result, I was given a new tire of the same brand free of charge except for the purchase of a new $35 warranty certificate. This was a great deal since a new tire would have been over $200. One tip: If there is an extended warranty available to cover damage and replacement, I highly recommend purchasing that. Worth every penny. The amount of debris on the roads isn't getting any better. Service at America's Tire has always been exemplary. Staff is polite, helpful, and friendly. The waiting areas are comfortable and restrooms are clean. There is also free coffee and water available. This location was very busy but I managed to be on my way within a reasonable hour's time.

One of the Dual valve stem extensions had come off leaving us with a rear tire flat and ruined. After a couple of hours we were back on the road with another new tire. Contacted Bob's when we got home and they made good on the cost of the new tire! They are a true Stand Up company. They went above and beyond to do what is right. When noticed the Schwab's Brake service building on my left on Palmdale Road, I thought - for safety, I better at least get these pads looked at and.... To my surprise, a young man named Jason took me in right away for one or their "free brake pad checks." While I shopped at Walmart next door, Jason shortly phoned me to tell me I still had plenty of brake pad despite the prompting.
