Came here on a Saturday afternoon to have lunch with some friends. Great food with a wonderful view of the lake right in the heart of the El Dorado Hills Town Center. The service was excellent and tacos were amazing. Let me say it again the tacos were amazing. The only reason why I did not give this place five stars is the parking is a challenge during the busy times. Even though they have plenty of back parking walking to the back entrance on a busy day is like dodging aircraft on a run way. I found the Menu to be really great with their burger being one of the finest and the place is clean. That is a big deal for me. The servers are pretty amazing and they go out of their way to make your experience a positive one. What I appreciated is that Hostess engaged you politely and was honestly very nice and helpful on a very busy afternoon. I Highly recommend that you come and try this place you will not be disappointed. I have visited Milestone for weekend brunch twice in the last month. Both times, the food and service were incredible. It was quite busy but they were still able to seat us right away and the wait for food was short as well. We had the pleasure of having Reid bus our table both times and he was so kind, friendly and helpful with bringing anything we needed to the table. Their coffee is delicious, which to me is very important to a restaurant that serves breakfast! My favorites so far are the chicken and waffles and the sourdough Benedict. I was pleased with the portion sizes being large enough to be satisfying, but I was able to finish my meal (I don't like wasting food) the experience was overwhelmingly positive, I think we will be regular Sunday morning customers! read more

A little outside the city but came here for a bday dinner. Beautiful setting and loved when the string lights on their patio turned on. You have a great view if you're sitting outside. The food. We got the feta appetizer, fried green tomatoes, and Brussels sprouts. All were delicious. We didn't leave any crumbs. Our mains- I initially got the burger w/ truffle fries but as I saw it come out, i realized there was no way I was going to be able to finish that. It was massive! Looked delicious, but massive. My bf immediately offered to trade his salad with me and was super excited to get the burger instead haha. We made the right choice. He really enjoyed the burger and the steak and blue salad was excellent! I had to take one star off because our drinks took an abnormally long time to get our table. Came for brunch as a group of 6. Ordered the steak bene. Kitchen potatoes barely warm and not great. Hollandaise sauce while not broken was unpleasantly sour (lemon flavored but just tasted off). Steak was unevenly seasoned where some bites were salty while others were bland and difficult to cut with the serrated knife which made eating it very hard. One piece was thicker with a reasonable medium color while the other was thin, folded in half and well done. English muffin burnt on the bottom. Coffee was eh. On the good side, the eggs were nicely poached. Service was... Weird. Maybe the restaurant is going for the standoffish feel to seem high class? No pleasantries, barely any words spoken with mostly gesticulations. I thought maybe it was our group but it seemed consistent across neighboring tables. It just felt .. weird. As a group of 6, auto added 20% gratuity with this service. In all, nice decor and ambiance inside, but food not great, service cold. I ordered the penne pasta, it was flavorless. My husband ordered the French drip- tough as old boots. My mother in-law ordered the risotto- undercooked, tasted like white wine. My daughter and Father in law had the burger, it was ok. We order hummus and Brussel sprouts as appetizers, both were good. The GM came to our table and I expressed my pasta needed at bare minimum a table spoon of salt, and his response was "Well we don't season for our guests, we like to under season" WHAT?!? I was flabbergasted. That I couldn't say more because My daughter fires were seasoned to perfection. I will say He was very polite and asked if he could make me or my MIL anything else, but after that explaining I was ready to go. My father in law was SICK after eating here. We love the atmosphere at Milestone too. In the evenings when the lights are dim, it creates an intimate vibe, and the outdoor area is always so relaxing. At times it does get a bit loud inside which can make it hard to have a conversation but this just highlights the energy and fun that can happen when you're at Milestone. Amazing is all I can say. Service and food were both 5/5. Our family went here for the first time last night. We brought our 3 kids who range in ages from 8 months to 4 years. We were a little worried about them being too loud. Nick came by and welcomed us and our children which meant the world! The food was AMAZING! My wife has a sever gluten allergy and they were very knowledgeable and more than willing to accommodate. I had the braised rib eye pasta and my wife had the chicken Marsala. We had the bread and butter service and Korean prawns for the first course - both were delicious. For the main course my husband had the sea bass and I opted for risotto with salmon. first of all, wanted to start off by saying we were met by the hostess that had an attitude when we walked in, but it was whatever we got sat and a waitress came over with dark hair and dark eyes and said what y'all want in the rudest tone ever whatever we chose to ignore it. It was our nine months with my boyfriend and then we ordered muscles and two entrées the muscles came out 40 minutes after we ordered and then we waited another 40 minutes for our actual food which by the time our food was coming, we didn't want it anymore and we told the server two servers came out one with the check and one with the food and one proceeded to almost throw the food in my face when I had told her, we don't want it anymore. We just wanna pay for this tab and leave. They started a whole fight the server with big lips started telling me I have an attitude and that she doesn't take disrespect in a workplace when I was being nice and cooperative and just telling her that we just want to pay for the tab and leave while she was trying to argue to me about when the food came out, and when the order was placed when we didn't want it anymore. She took my boyfriend's card and started blaming it against the computer to pay for the tab and throwing stuff all over the table . Insanely rude customer service when I asked for her name when she was leaving, she said don't fucking worry about it. Get better customer service insane waiters for the price of this restaurant. It is a great spot for brunch and ideal for a nice outdoor dining experience in El Dorado Hills. Located in the heart of the Town Center, just overlooking the duck pond and surrounded by trees planted on its patio. The trees, patio lights, ceiling and standing heaters, and cushiony seating make you feel comfortable and create an aesthetically pleasing ambiance no matter the time of the day, even as we enter the Fall season. Moreover, the outdoor patio is replete with fire pit dining tables to keep you warm. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Huevos Rancheros, $19 - tostada and house black beans, two eggs, buttermilk, and panko fried chicken with cotija cheese. The eggs were prepared perfectly sunny side up. The sliced jalapenos give this dish some kick . Well plated, delicious, and a good choice for a lighter savory dish for brunch. There is just enough of shredded chicken and freshly fried corn tortilla chunks to make it surprisingly filling. I guess service was as good as I expected if not a bit pretentious. I noticed the servers rarely made eye contact with their customers and looked pretty stoic once they left their assigned tables and guests. I was not feeling the vibe.
