Miley's Cafe is wonderful! When in Sedona on vacation I wanted to be sure that I got huevos rancheros. After reading the fantastic reviews on Yelp, we decided Mileys was the place to go. Its a busy spot for breakfast, and you can see why. Fantastic menu! I opted for a mimosa, I was on vacation afterall! We sat at the bar and watched as the yummy food went by to other tables. I happily ordered the huevos rancheros with green chile with a side of breakfast potatoes. Big portions. HIT THE SPOT. Talk about comfort food in the morning. Happy belly, happy girl. The food at Miley's is delicious! Our first morning we stayed in Sedona we found the cafe. I ordered a waffle and asked them to make it a blueberry waffle which they did. My boyfriend had an omelet with hash browns, which were so tasty. The last morning we were in Sedona, we came back because the food is so good and the service was excellent! I ordered the Ranch breakfast with two scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns extra crispy, bacon and blueberry pancakes. All so delicious! I definitely recommend this place for breakfast. The service and food are excellent. read more

We were staying at a nearby location and wanted something good and fresh for breakfast. I ended up finding this place that fit that need. We walked in and were helped by the host and had to put our names down. We didn't have to wait too long, maybe 20 minutes, and got seated. The food was tasty and everyone seemed to really enjoy it. They also made sure the food was made exactly as we ordered it. One of the over easy eggs we asked for was a bit overcooked but they insisted they get us a better version even though we assured them it was fine. There is plenty of seating and because of the diner type set up I and quick service it seems that people are in and out of this place fairly quickly. Again, the staff was really helpful and I would definitely recommend this place. I will be back when in AZ again. read more

Three stars for affordable, filling meal options. The menu is expansive enough to feed even the most conservative diner. This was the perfect casual pit stop to feed a post-hike calorie deficit. Plenty of parking in the attached plaza lot, and we were invited to seat ourselves upon arrival in the not-too-busy restaurant. Surprisingly, the shredded beef is tastier than the dry carne asada for tacos. Great spice level in their salsa, I liberally doused my tamale with it. We won't be hurrying back beyond convenience, but I'll eventually get around to trying their chilaquiles, Canyon omelet, and machaca & eggs. read more

Had dinner down the plaza and regretted it. Wanted to get some dessert but everything was closed. We came to this quaint diner and the first thing we asked if they had dessert. The gentleman man was very friendly and seated us right away. He told us the banana cream was sold out. The dessert menu is short but I have a feeling they might expand. We ordered the chocolate pie a la mode. Service was quick. Looked over the menu and everything sounded so good. Hopefully we can try them for breakfast before we leave. I know, it's odd that I'm writing a review after just getting pie. Honestly the welcome feeling we received and attention was more then enough for me know that this place is a gold mine. Anyway, the diner has an o'school charm. Like it's a place where all the cool kids go. And it was refreshing to see the staff laughing together and being so pleasant. This was my second time coming to Millies café and by far was an amazing experience for my first and second time food tasted great our favorites were the blueberry muffin, bacon and pancakes.We were seated immediately and service was amazing by the customer service and everything about it. Visited Miley's Cafe for an early lunch while on vacation with family. It's a small family-run restaurant serving both Mexican and American breakfast and lunch items. We especially enjoyed watching the young son of the owner shadowing his dad, asking questions and taking his job as the future owner very seriously. read more

Food was delicious, fast and everybody working there checked in on how we were doing at some point during the meal. Mimosas were pretty perfect (although just finished a morning hike so they're all pretty good then) and a hair cheaper than the rest of Sedona. They managed my dairy free requests without blinking. Pretty good restaurant on this side of town - which doesn't have alot to offer. We were staying at the Hilton Spa and this is right down the hill. Nothing outstanding about the ambiance, service was decent and food was pretty good and reasonably priced. This is one of the best breakfast spots in Sedona, as we have tried most of them. It is one large, room with visibility from any table, and a staff that watches and pounces on any indication of service need. Very attentive! The selection of breakfasts spans an American to Mexican-influenced variety that should satisfy just about any breakfast compulsion. And the potatoes are perfect: Hash browns have a light crust on them, like they should, while not being too greasy at all, and the homestyle potatoes are fresh and pan fried to perfection. It is family owned and operated so you are supporting local business while you eat well and do not pay a premium (the prices are very reasonable, in some cases half of what we paid elsewhere in town). Both my wife and I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

This business willfully, blatantly, and irresponsibly violates county, state, and federal health codes for food establishments. This was independently verified and confirmed by the Coconino County Health Department. The people working at the counter refused to address the problem. There was no manager on-site. Presumably, they knew what they were doing was wrong and egregiously disgusting, because they must have taken a food handler's course in order to work there, right? But, they argued and said they were correct and doing nothing wrong. Remember, the health department verified that they WERE wrong! They do not seem to care at all about the health and safety of their customers, nor the cleanliness of their establishment. All of the employees need to be retrained on food safety and customer service. It is very sad when your customers know the regulations better than the employees, and it is even sadder that they just don't care.

It's really a black bean pattie (commercial variety) cut in half and each half laid in a folded tortilla.
