Worst sub I've ever had. I ordered the skinny veggie and the picture shows lettuce and tomato on the sub all I got was guacamole and cheese and mayo. When I called they said when you order skinny there are no veggies. Literally the worst food experience I've ever had. Waste of money read more

This place deserves a much higher rating than what it has. I was staying close by and decided to stop in at lunch for a sandwich. The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. The sandwich was delicious and the wheat bread was amazing. Ended up coming back for dinner and got some chili, which was honestly some of the best chili I've ever had. While I love Milio's as a chain, I have to give this particular location a lower rating simply because it says they offer delivery and when you call to have it delivered, there are generally no delivery drivers on staff. They always refer us to the Odana Rd. store, who, of course tries to refer us back to Commerce since it is closer. It gets very frustrating. I think Milio's has lost quite a bit of our business due to this, which is unfortunate. As far as the staff in-store, they are friendly and efficient. The sandwiches are always delicious and I definitely go for the bread. YUMMMM. If only they could solve the delivery issue, I'd be 100% satisfied. read more

My first Milio's experience. The Milio's founder is cousins with the Jimmy John's founder, so you'll see immediate similarities off the bat. I went with The Big Steer and it was awesome. The two main differences I noticed from Jimmy John's is that the bread seemed softer and they use less meat. The second sounds like a bad thing, but it really makes for a better balanced sandwich overall. I'm now a big Milio's fan, and it might be my favorite sandwich chain. This location was a good one. Standing in line for a mobile order....really? Milo's sandwiches are fine and I love that they've added the lettuce wrap option. However asking mobile order users to stand in line and sign off on their prepaid order, defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Mobile ordering is a grab and go process or its a no go process for me. Shockingly delicious! I ordered an Italian Club and had it delivered to my hotel room. It reminded me of Jimmy John's, which I enjoy, but Milio's meat quality was much better than Jimmy John's. The bread was almost the same, but slightly more "homemade" tasting. The delivery was prompt & professional. I used their website to place my order, and it was an easy to follow process. Milo's was good and convenient to our hotel. Just read that the founder is a cousin of the Jimmy John's founder and it all makes sense now...... because it tastes just like Jimmy John's! Neither are my favorite sandwich locations, but it was fresh and provided a nice, quick lunch. read more

We ordered online from this store at 7pm on 4/8/17. They called us a bit after 8pm (1 hour after we placed our order) to tell us that their printer was broken and the store doesn't even deliver to our address. The staff member that spoke with me was rude, and wouldn't give me the contact information for the store owner or manager (I wasn't even making a fuss, I just asked to talk to an owner). He said that my address wasn't even serviced by their store, and hung up on me. read more

I love Milio's but this location is awful! The staff are rude and unprofessional, especially the manager. Another issue is that it says they deliver but usually they don't have a delivery driver on that night and can't deliver. I don't understand. Do not order from here!!!! read more

Customer service to me is a big deal. I ordered a sandwich for delivery from Milio's today and asked for something to not be on it. They wrote it on the wrapper, so I was excited to know my sandwich would be prepared properly. Low and behold, there it was, all over my sandwich. That was disappointing, but the worst was yet to happen. When I called, the gentleman on the phone told me the driver was out and they'd let him know. I wasn't entirely sure what I was supposed to do with that information, so I asked if they were going to send another sandwich. He said 'I guess." No apologizing or anything. When you screw up, just make it right. It's not that tough, is it? Hopefully I'll get my sandwich sometime tonight... *update- The new sandwich was delivered faster than the original order. The driver threw in a bag of chips and apologized for the mistake. Good customer service goes a long way! Went from 2 to 3 stars. read more

Stopped in the other day and picked up an Italian sub. I haven't had Milios in years, and I forgot how good it is! The bread was fresh, the ingredients plentiful, and the sandwich was well made-it didn't fall apart as I was eating it! Will definitely make this more of a regular stop! read more
