    Brunch for Two
    Sheshanna P.

Overall: Mille has been one of my favorite brunch experiences in New Mexico. The baked goods are excellent. Food: 5 My friend and I ordered Brunch for Two which includes baguettes with jam, 2 croissants (butter and chocolate), and 2 quiches. You are allowed to choose from any of mini jams available by the counter. The baguettes and croissants were excellent. We chose to try both the Quiche Lorraine and Quiche Florentine. Both were delicious but the crowd favorite was the Quiche Lorraine. The buckwheat crust for the Quiche Florentine is harder, but I enjoyed the silliness of the egg in it. We also got other pastries including an orange chocolate cinnamon roll that was delicious. The orange flavor was not overpowering. Service: 5 This is a casual eatery where you order at the counter and are given a table number for a server to bring your order. Food came out fairly quickly. Ambiance: 4 The restaurant has seating indoors, in a covered patio, and in an outdoor patio. The tables are a little small if you order multiple things.

Amazing place for breakfast. It feels like you're in Europe with all the selections. Customer service was great and my food came quickly. There are plenty of seats inside. The parking lot is small, but street parking is available. The butter croissant was delicious, and the quiche Florentine was incredible definitely a must-have when you visit. I highly recommend this place for the yummy desserts from the bakery and the great breakfast food.

I'm a big fan of Mille. Incredible pastries. Yummy quiche. Delicious lattes. Wonderful service. Even if there's a line, it goes quick, don't fear. You feel like you're at a European cafe in the best kind of way (though I love Santa Fe too!). Beautiful tables and great vibe. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Has a small lot in the back for parking or street metered parking.

This place was incredible. Delicious quiche with salad,1-slice French toast with fruit and cream, and a hot chocolate served with whipped cream in a separate glass. We were there at 10 on Thurs AM and it was busy but no wait. Special place. Go eat there.

Food was good but the service was bad. We asked the food runner what an item he was running was and he rudely replied. Then we asked about our drinks because our food came way before and they took our number. Everyone we asked that walked past, acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. Disappointed to say the least.

    Croque Monsieur, yum!

Very inventive lunch menu, nod to French...delicious looking pastries, wide array of coffees. We had a Normandy crepe and a croque Monsieur. Croque was best I've had in a long time! Great seating and you can even bring your dog if you get patio seating. But don't worry, it's not a doggie spot. Ours was the only one there. Counter ordering and they delivered to the table. All worked well.

I stopped by last month when the cassoulet was on the seasonal menu. I was so eager to eat it that I burned the roof of my mouth! Each component of the stew was tasty, but honestly I'm still thinking about that bread. Something about that bread lingers in the back of my head. I was hoping to get a pistachio wheel, but they were sold out so I went with a tart instead. It was a delicious tart and the perfect ending to my meal. I quite like how they laid out the dining area.

I was visiting Santa Fe for the weekend and stopped in for brunch. I loved it so much I dragged my friends back first thing in the morning the day we left. Day 1 we ordered a savory crepe, Quiche Lorraine, a fruit tar, and jasmine tea. Everything was perfect. Day 2 we were on the run so I grabbed the savory croissant, which was warm, fresh from the oven, and then my favorite fruit tart and jasmine tea again. The croissant was perfectly flakey and buttery and the chiles inside were the perfect subtle New Mexican flavor to wrap up our visit. The decor is also quaint and adorable and staff all friendly and helpful, with a smile.

Fun place if you can find it. A little tricky to find the parking yard. Place was busy, but we found a parking spot and headed into France. Ordered the Brunch for two. Very intriguing at $30. Two slices quiche, two 6" French stick portions with jam and butter, two Croissants and two bowls of coffee. We split the quiches - Quiche Lorraine and Quiche Florentine. Both were delicious; light and fluffy, and generous portions. Never did get to eat the croissants. Too full with the other offerings. Will save them for tomorrow when we hit the road for AZ. We sat outside under a covered roof, temp was comfortable. Indoor and open air seating available. Orders are placed at the bakery counter and brought to the table. Service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend without any reservations. Thought the fare was very good value given the pricing structure in Santa Fe. Good sign was cougars and young eligibles being courted. We were able to get a corner table and just observe the action.

Who woulda thunk? A truly French cafe and bakery in Santa Fe, NM. Yummy! I would be here every day if I lived here.

This was my friend's favorite brunch spot so of course we were going here while in town! It was bustling on a weekend so be prepared for busy-ness. You order at the counter but then the food is brought to your table, which mitigates some of the crowding. Service was quick and the food was tasty! I got a crepe with figs, goat cheese, honey and walnuts which was the right blend of savory and sweet. Would definitely return!

The restaurant is cute. You have to stand in line and be seated after you get a number. They don't take reservations. We had the mimosas. I do not recommend. We also had the cassoulet and Monte Cristo. The sandwich was delicious. The cassoulet was delicious but the lamb was a bit gamey. Everyone was friendly. We would definitely come again.

    Berry Crepe

I had two crepes. The lemon juice one and the berry one. The lemon juice one was just ok. They went really light on the lemon flavor. The berry one was slightly better, but I think it would've been a lot better if it was actually stuffed inside. It was just topped on the outside of the crepe so it didn't feel as sweet or savory or even filling. Wasn't bad but I wouldn't feel inclined to come again.

One of the best baquette I have had in years and the coffee was almost as good as the Panamanian one I make. Will be back.

I stopped in last week and ordered a black forest cake slice to go. I was thinking that a little sugar with coffee in the morning was good. I also knew that Gayle wouldn't snack on it as she doesn't like fruit and chocolate mixed together in a dessert. The "to-go" line was a little slow, mostly due to a combination of chatter and specialty coffee drink preparation. But I wasn't much in a hurry. And once that was out of the way, the transaction proceeded smoothly, including a nice box to carry it home.

Walking the streets of Old Town Santa Fe, you wouldn't think this is possible. But sit down in front of the large fire place, order the quiche or sandwich of your choice. We loved the flaking of the quiche pastry and savoriness of the fillings. We also had Croque Madam and baguette sandwich with the onion soup. We enjoyed the personal touch of our server who made us feel like regulars coming to visit a long-time friend at work. We couldn't leave until we had a box full of pastries to try later and it was all we could do to not consume them all in one sitting. Thanks for the comforting afternoon.

The café has a cool, modern vibe with plenty of indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio. They were very busy on a Saturday morning. The counter staff was very matter-of-fact. Not rude, but not especially warm or welcoming either. Honestly, I got the impression she was just under a lot of stress. We also asked another staff member if we could use one of the patio umbrellas (they were all closed for some reason), and he was prompt and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, a meat-filled empanada, a honey latte, and a cold brew. The cold brew was a little too dark for my taste, though coffee preferences are definitely subjective. Interestingly, there's a place in Albuquerque that has an almost identical flavor profile. The toasted everything bagel was very good, but it didn't come with quite enough cream cheese. The single cream cheese packet also felt a bit lackluster presentation-wise. That said, when we asked for more, the response was friendly and accommodating. The honey latte had beautiful latte art and great flavor, definitely a highlight. The empanada, filled with ground beef, green chile, and piñon, was a bit over-toasted, but the filling itself was flavorful, even if somewhat sparse. Overall, I think 35 North has a lot going for it and could easily elevate the experience with a few small improvements to consistency and customer service.
