Wouldn't take any of my 5 vehicles anywhere else but Millen's. Couple of months ago my truck was keyed all the way around (ex-house sitter that wanted to date my son, weirdness) and when I went to check on it, Neil showed me my truck in the state of the art paint booth. I actually did not believe it was my truck until he told me it was - it looked like it rolled off the show room floor! Since it is a truck and 11 yrs old there were dents all around the bed and doors so I asked if those could be taken out at the same time, his team went to work and for a little extra over what insurance paid every dent was taken out. Now I have a brand new looking truck with a perfect paint job, factory color, no miss-match. They even cleaned all the fir needles out of the vents, cat whiskers (fuzzy strip on your windows), mirrors and interior when it was all done. To say it was done properly is an understatement! Neil and Noreen along with everyone in the shop take pride in the work they do and it shows - just don't expect any fancy talk or schmoozing, these are real people you are dealing with. I appreciate that over the 4 other shops I took it to for an estimate first where I could see crap stuck in the paint after they were done but assured me "that's normal". It isn't by Millen's standards! Red Jeep is going in next for some door damage & paint, I know it will look brand new when they are done, no doubt about it. read more

I have gone to Millen Autobody to have work done on my 2005 Prius on 3 separate occasions, and have been very pleased with the results each time. The first time was in 2008, to repair a scrape to the front bumper, left by a car that backed into the front of my car. Scrapes and dents were all fixed and the bumper was repainted perfectly. My car looked like new when they were done. A second trip to Millen's became necessary in 2009, when I backed out of the garage not realizing that the back hatch on my car was up. The garage door latched onto the spoiler and torn it right off. The guys at Millen's ordered a new one, put everything back together and once again, my Prius was just like new. My third visit only involved some minor adjustments and rear light replacements. They squeezed me into their busy schedule and were very nice about making the small repairs while I waited. I had initially requested an estimate for the repairs, but instead, they went ahead and completed the work, and then told me "no charge". Extra service, and no extra fees?! Unheard of!! These people are amazing! I trust them totally and give them my highest recommendation. read more

Ok, I just crunched the back hatch of our 2009 Black Tahoe. Millen did AWESOME body work on it and the paint looks great! I was at the dealership the other day and they flipped when I told them the hatch and bumper cover had been repainted. The cover wrapped on the sides and it is so tough to match up - however they nailed it. Thanks Greg, Scott and Neil! I sent a friend there about a year ago for work on her 5 series BMW and it was flawless. As my friends were out of town Neil called me to come down and look it over before they wrapped up. Needless to say - my Microsoft buddies were pleased. Millen also saved my favorite custom truck I have had for 22years after I got rear ended. They handled the insurance claims and helped fight to fix it right! They are not easy to find the first time - so look at a map or get a GPS that works. Good body shops that do great work are worth a few minutes to find. It's not a Starbucks people - it's a high end body shop tucked away in Redmond! I was in a minor fender bender and the insurance company recommended a shop that shall remain nameless (for many reasons) So, I left that place and will never go back. I found out about Millen Auto body through a family friend (who is the pickiest person I know) so I figured these guys just had to be good. They were pretty booked up at the time, but I hoped the wait would be worth it in the end. I picked my car up after anxiously waiting a whole week, and my car had never looked so good in it's life. The inside and out was so clean, I couldn't even tell it had been fixed. For a car that had just been wrecked for a couple weeks prior they sure made it feel and look brand new again. They fought the insurance battle for me and the only thing I had to worry about was my deductible. Needless to say, I thanked my friend's father and they can count on me as a customer for life! My Nissan SUV was damaged when someone backed into it. The damage to the SUV's front end was not catastrophic, but it was significant. I picked Millen because of the number of positive reviews online. I met with the estimator and had a good conversation about the nature of the damage and the likely course of discussions with the other driver's insurer. Had to wait for a few weeks to get in for repairs because the summer schedule was full. But the service was worth the wait. Specifically identifying Greg and Brittany for responsive information on the phone, every week. At the end my SUV looked brand new, nicely cleaned, even the front license plate was flattened out. Only minor issue was one of the front signal lights was not connected to its socket. But who cares - this shop does what it says it will do, and the workmanship and responsiveness speaks for itself. I was rear ended recently and decided to go to Millen to get my Audi A3 repaired. They were recommended by the other person's insurance (Safeco), so I decided to give them a try, and am glad I did. The office staff seemed to understand that getting your car repaired following an accident is a stressful time, and did a great job of reducing that stress. From little things -- telling jokes to keep the mood light, to the important things -- explaining the entire process / being knowledgeable about what had to be done. They were very professional and made the process extremely smooth. I especially appreciated the great job they did of communicating. They clearly explained what would have to be replaced, how long it would take, etc. And their initial estimates were all accurate. After getting repaired my car is good as new. I called to get some clarification on a referral. What a waste of time. The person who answered the phone was so righteous and superior, they didn't listen to my question or my follow up details. They are so proud of their service they will ONLY set appointments. They will not ball park, shed light on the situation, help or ease your frustrations in any way, shape or form. They will ONLY set appointments. OH and they are SO SO SO SO SO busy they don't even know when the next appointment is. (They actually didn't know what month we are in now....just that it will be a while) They were not rude but they were sure full of themselves. This place is great. I brought by car in with a broken back hatch. They looked at it, replaced some missing screws while I waited (about half an hour) and sent me on my way.. all free of charge.
