This guy. Ryan the so-called tire god. Let me tell you the level of arrogance and incompetence this guy possesses. I was going to buy a set of tires for one of my 7 vehicles and my wife asked if she could come with as well to get a flat fixed on her 2015 Transit van. We had, just three weeks previously purchased two tires for her van for a long road trip. On that road trip, one of the older tires (still less than 2 years old) got a nail in it. While parked at her campground my wife noticed her van had a flat. She had changed it and noticed the spare not secured properly (PUT AWAY BY MILLENIUM'S SO-called Professionals upon install of the two new tires purchased) was not secured properly and could have easily fallen out going down the road. *** Instructions were in the glove box as well for proper operation. So she went with me to ask him why it was put in incorrectly. He adamantly argued that the tire carrier under the van was malfunctioning and went as far as to lie that he also double checked it (He did not as I was within eye shot of the van the entire time). Not to mention, he NEVER said anything to us when we were leaving or paying. When my wife told him the cable system was working his ego somehow got bruised probably because my wife is a woman and he got really defensive and started threatening to sue and pretending to record us. Like a true psychopath, he started repeating his name and business address out loud over and over again. As if he was recording. So he then asked my wife to leave. At NO TIME did she raise her voice to him. The receptionist didn't even look up as if she's used to his behavior. He ranted and ranted and disputed every fact we threw at him. Told us to contact a lawyer or send him some video of the carrier functioning and made more threats and acted like a buffoon in front of his customers. He then went on some rant about how big he was in the industry. Oddly, nobody I know in the tire industry has ever heard of him or his little half-assed shop. Grandiose delusions and elevated self-importance by definition. So I decided to purchase my tires somewhere else because of how rude he was. I got a better deal too. After which time we drove to the Ford dealer and had he service tech look at the carrier on the 2015 FORD VAN. Just as we suspected. There was NOTHING wrong with it. They didn't know how to use it which would have been fine if they had just admitted that. Instead, he chose to be arrogant and he lost a lot of customers not to mention that he also did this in front of customers in the waiting area so they also saw him acting like an 7 year old in trouble. It was sad. So here lies another tire-know-it-all guy that thinks all women are stupid and brags on himself about his '17 years of experience' that somehow allows him to talk down to people. Too bad a cable operated spare tire was able to humble him despite being made for owners and made dummy proof. I guess dummy proof out-smarted him and his so-called techs. How do you mess up a cranked cable spare tire mechanism that's two and a half years old? Well, I forgot to mention that I worked for Kelly Springfield tire from 1990-1996 and ran a custom wheel and tire shop in the south suburbs of Chicago. I didn't argue with him, just watched him make a fool of himself to my wife and in front of his customers. In summary, don't buy anything from this guy that you don't know how to do yourself because he will let you leave his shop with your vehicle in unsafe conditions. Then claim he warned you and claim it was done to the best of his ability. He's a joke. His guys are a joke too. If you insist on patronizing this joke of a slimy salesman? Double check your work down the road with a real shop. UPDATE: please don't buy into this phoney reply on Yelp trying to save face acting as if he some how wants to make it right now. He had a chance to make it right when we were at his counter. He chose to threaten us and Act as if he was recording us instead of owning his mistake. Other reviews validate this pattern of behavior. Here is the text I received when I contacted him. 'RYAN: "We prove dealership wrong every day. Again thank you please stop texting in any form of contact 1 or 2 or 3 party and all social mafia. NEVER COME HERE!..I thought this place was awesome till when they tried to put my tire on it was bad. They ordered me a new one told me to call them next week. I did. They said the owner (RYAN) wasn't in till Tuesday. So we waited and called in, he still was not there. We called the SECOND week and asked for RYAN again, they said he was not there. So we asked if the tire was in, they said they didn't know... Hmm...go check? I know how a business works. Whoever is customers there, their in the system. She could of EASILY gotten my name and checked to see what tire it was. She goes and "checks" and says she doesn't know that she'll have to call back in 30minutes... She never called back. It had already been 4hours. *Hint*( I had already paid for TWO tires in advance!.. Got the first one on and then the second was defected so they needed to order another one for me.) I WANT MY TIRE I ALREADY PAID FOR!! When my husband called again after 4hours ago, some young guy picked up (we know how Ryan's voice sounds like because we've talked in person) he was pretending he was the owner. He was laughing not really paying attention to my husband talking to him, and said we needed to wait 30 more days and he's going to give us our money back.. Why would you laugh?.. Why would someone pretend to act like the owner?.. You MUST want to get fired little boy. To the owner: I have said GREAT stuff about you in my last review, gave you 5stars had nothing but the best words in there. But after dealing with this for 2 weeks. My husband and I are furious, this is not right. I know your a very busy man, but you need to have a talk with your workers because their the reason why your business is getting a bad review. All I want is my other tire. And that's not even hard todo. All I wanted to know is if it's in yet and I would take my car there for the tire to be put on. All I wanted todo was speak to you, but you have your employees trying to act like you. That's Not good at all. When your not there these people are VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. This business is a life saver and extremely knowledgeable; I recommend going here for any tire concern or service that this business offers. Here is why: I purchased a vehicle with locking lug nuts but received no key. After a failed attempt at Costco tire and getting refused service from Discount tire I ran across this place. Not only were they quick to jump on getting my lug nuts off without an appointment, I was given an education lesson on my rims and the tires. This is the only place I have taken my vehicle now since they opened in 2014. I have had them put a completely new engine, suspension system, tires and just about every other piece of work you could do to a vehicle I've always been extremely satisfied with their quality of customer service and workmanship. I called to get a quote and after calling a few other places I scheduled an appointment here because their prices were the lowest. Arriving to my appointment I was checked in an helped right away. During my wait I talked to the owner and he helped me in deciding what tires I wanted. By doing so I ended up spending $100 less than what I expected. Most honest people in the mechanic industry that I've found in Phoenix! After taking my car to the dealership (for a routine airbag recall replacement) they tried to convince me that I needed nearly 2000$ worth of work done. Millennium checked out the issues that the dealership said I had and actually brought me under the car to show me that everything was fine- didn't even charge me for the inspection!!! What I did need was an alignment and new tires- but the dealership didn't even share that safety concern with me. Millennium got me in as soon as I was available and quoted me an awesome price. Came here over two days for new tires for my wife's and my own cars. Ryan gave me a few options and recommendations for tires and great pricing for both sets of 4. Day 1 - for my wife's car I did not have an appointment and came in right after 5, they were still able to get me in and replace the tires in a decent amount of time. They were EXTREMELY busy. I made sure to make an appointment for day 2 for my own vehicle and Ryan said he would have tires ready for me. Day 2 - I came for my appointment, on time and they had my tires ready and got them all replaced quickly. Overall a good experience on my end for tires. read more

Ryan quoted me one price then charged me another, lied about the service he provided, yelled cussed and insulted me and damn near got physical as he walked up on me, when I simply asked him to go over the charges with me. I wasn't confrontational, just asking for clarification. When he continued to talk down to me, I left out of the store in silence and shock. Ryan followed me out of the store and continued to disrespect me. He said he was going to cancel my tow after I already paid, then when I called the police he taunted me and said he didn't give a f***, but then said tow was coming when I said police were on their way. I was left alone to wait for the tow not even knowing if it was coming or not. I got a Lyft, on my way home received a text, no call, that my vehicle wasn't going to be towed if I wasn't there. I (I was going to ride with tow) I called and texted to please tow my vehicle home as discussed and already paid for. He later texted that tow would not be completed bc tow man didn't have my keys, but the keys were in the same spot Ryan sat them on the hood/windshield of my car, and were still there when I left with Lyft. Ryan stopped responding to text and wouldn't answer my call. He was very rude, loud , disrespectful and unprofessional all because I asked him to specify the charges. He overcharged me for service he didn't provide ($190/$95hr to check out rear passenger struts, said it took two hours, hadn't even been open two hours when I spoke to him that morning for status, and told me the night before at close he hadn't put it on a lift yet ) (said tow would be $60, charged $80 receptionist slipped and quoted $60 a second time) and now is trying to make it harder for me to get my vehicle back. I fear I won't be able to get my car back. read more

I bought 4 brand new Venezia tires from these guys. I got my car aligned 2 days later. After driving the car for roughly a month, they started to make a very loud noise at 25 mph. I took my car into the dealership to make sure it wasn't the wheel and hub bearings, and the dealer confirmed it was not my wheel and hub assembly and that my tires were cupped. I called Millennium to let them know that the tires were cupped and after I was asked the mileage (which was about 800 miles) I was told they would not warranty them, because I had driven over 500 miles on the tires. Venezia tires are absolute garbage and so is Millennium for selling them. There is obviously a reason the tires are only warranted for 500 miles. I thought I was getting a good price for $385.00 out the door. Not the case. You get what you pay for. I now have to pay over $500.00 for another set of 4 from another company. I would not recommend for anyone to go here, unless you want to waste your money. read more

Shittiest place ever bought set of brand new tires took them more than two hours to install I didn't even drive 50 miles on the first trip in one of the tires blows up I take it back to Ryan the owner and he tells me that I have to buy a new tire and it will take up to 60 days to get a refund what kind of shit is that I don't have the money for another tire and then what I'm supposed to drive my truck with only three tires in the meantime this guys a joke. read more

This place was amazing! I was looking at buying a used car for my teenager and wanted to get an inspection to know what I was getting into. I got a quote from my normal repair shop, which cost me $135, and knew it seemed high. Took it to these guys and they did a free estimate and came in at less than half the cost. They emailed me the estimate and I called to authorized the repairs late Monday afternoon. It was ready by Wednesday afternoon. For the amount of work that needed to be done, shocks, struts, all fluids flushed and changed, and a few other things, I was expecting close to a week. They even came in under the estimate! When we went to pick it up, the owner came out and when he found out it was for my teenage daughter, he told her if anything ever feels off or weird with the car, just come right in. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my other vehicles to them in the future. I love supporting small shops and I found my new go to one. read more

Best tire shopping experience I've ever had! I walk in to a very friendly and helpful staff (Bethany). She helps me choose my tires and gives me an inexpensive quote for great tires. Ryan (owner) ran to their warehouse to get the tires needed for my vehicle and began to install the tires. While my car was on the lift, Ryan came and got me to show what was causing my tires to wear so fast and why my vehicle's steering wheel vibrated at higher speeds. He told me my rear shocks were very worn and my front rim was bent making the front end vibrate, but after balancing and installing new tires my car is as smooth as ever. I will be returning to have my shocks inspected along with an alignment at a very reasonable price. This is how a business should be run! I would recommend Millennium Tire & Auto Service to anyone! I can't thank Ryan and his crew enough for all they've done. I brought my 2011 Acura TL to his shop after taking it to the Acura dealership in Scottsdale for just a recall issue on my vehicle. After taking my car to Acura for just the recall they stated I needed a new timing belt and that the tensioner was leaking and it would be $700... So thankfully we brought it here to Ryan for a second opinion and sure enough nothing was wrong with car. No leaks, nothing showing any red flags.
