    Only Pans 14"

The hype is real. I tried the only pans and I can say without a doubt that this is my fave deep dish in the city. Milly's is deep dish but thinner than your standard deep dish with the best crispy bordering on caramelized crust ever. All the flavors were perfectly balanced, however, the star was the red sauce. I was mind blown by how fresh and flavorful it was!! My order was ready right at the promised time as well and pickup was a breeze. I got 1 14" and it was a good amount for 3 people. I'd say the 14" would feed 2-3 people depending on how hungry you are. 4 would be a stretch but maybe we're just big backs.

Got clickbait, updog, Craigslist, and only pan. I think my favorite was only pan. The prices are 31-32 for 14 inches and definitely very filling. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's not very air conditioned inside and there's one table plus a couple of window seats.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff was super nice and very quick. Make an order for pickup or delivery online and they do sell out fast. My favorite was definitely the only pan and overall a great first Chicago pizza experience

Best pizza I have had in Chicago. The pizza needs to be pre-ordered and picked up later in the day. This pepperoni, mozzarella pizza was a totally new take on the conventional Deep Dish. The bread was airy and crispy, and the flavours really stood out without overpowering one with a lot of cheese. We finished the pizza in one sitting, since it was difficult to stop at one or two slices. This pizza was an experience in itself. Loved it! I understand the hype around it.

    Only Pans - delicious!

Finally got a takeaway order. You have to log in in the morning and place the order online. They won't sell out in seconds (might do on a Saturday, but haven't tried it then) but by 11 or 12 they're going to have limited if anything left. I got the Only Pans. Pepperoni was delicious, love the little cupped pepperoni that curls up on the sides. The pesto and ricotta paired really well with the rest of the pizza and the pesto didn't overpower nor did the pesto's oil run everywhere. The peppers added a nice sharpness to it, but felt a little disconnected to the rest of the pizza; still liked them, but that brightness cut through unexpectedly. Really liked it, immediately went up in the Pequod's tier thanks to the delicious caramelized crust, not being anywhere near as heavy as most pan and deep dish options. Great pizza and will definitely order again.

Yummy pizza! You must order ahead online. Pick up was fast and efficient. I think the cheese shaped as little flowers are so cute. These reheat nicely. Crust is crunchy. Good filling/pizza ratio. One of the pizzas we got was pretty spicy for a few bites.

Took me a bit to figure out how I can order at Milly's. I tried for 2 weeks and finally able to order 2 pies on Thursday AM and pickup at 5 PM. I was able to order the craigslist and Leander. I modified craigslist with mushroom and pepperoni (enjoyed). The two pies was done exactly at the time they post. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is literally 1 table in the restaurant, with many seats along the window.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend and will try other pies.

Milly's Pizza in the Pan is top notch! My hubby always finds the best pizza spots to try whenever we're in Chicago and Milly's fit the bill. They sell out fast so you literally have to put an order in first thing in the morning so that you can pick up later in the day. He put an order in at 8am and we picked up the same day around 4:30pm on a weekday. We got one cheese and another with pepperoni and sausage. I loved the one with meats, so flavorful, holds well, and marinara is spot on, not overly sweet as some are. The crust is so good, down to the last bite, as you would hope from a pan pizza. We picked up and had it in the trunk of our car on a perfect fall day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Heads up, they do not have seating and they also don't offer napkins so they are truly a take-out only![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Check em out, Milly's definitely scratches the pizza itch!

Probably at one point in time, this was Chicago's best kept secret when it comes to pizza, I don't think this is any longer the case. Milly's is thriving as a no frills, "hole in the wall" pizza joint that offers a unique take on the iconic Chicago deep dish concept. You must order in advance at both of their locations (West Town and Berwyn) at starting at 8 am to even get a chance to try their pies. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Don't expect to be able to eat there as this is definitely meant for a grab n go scenario, but I was lucky enough to snag the lone table at the West Town location on a weekday at 5:30 to try my pie.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The gentleman working that day was kind enough to cut our pizza for us as well. I chose to order the Only Pans. Cupped pepperoni, drizzled with ricotta honey, spinach, and other delicious ingredients. Overall, this is just a well-made pizza. Not too heavy like the other deep dish behemoths you will find around Chicago. Great consistency in the crust and you can tell that thought was put into making the pie stand out it it's own way. It's as if Chicago deep dish pizza and Detroit Style pizza had a baby. Must try if you are a pizza lover of any degree!

Milly's is a unique take on pizza for Chicago. I don't know many other pan style pizza spots around but the first comparison I could draw was to pequod's. Which Milly's blew pequod's out of the park. They nailed the crispy melted cheese crust without it being burned. Personal preference but pan pizza is pretty low on my list. It always ends up being too doughy, bread drowns out the toppings, and leaves me feeling overfull. I will commend Milly's as this wasn't completely the case with them. The toppings were really good and although it was a lot of bread still, the bread had a very nice malt to it that added more complexity to the flavors. Overall Milly's wasn't bad but still not my favorite. Again, just my preference. But glad I gave them a try and will most likely order again to try more off their menu.

Alright we finally tried super hyped up Milly's and it did live up to the hype! This is the pan pizza Pequods wishes they could be (controversial opinion sorry not sorry). The caramelized crust is done perfectly and the whole pizza was good. Docked one star because it's THICK even for pan style and it's pricey. We will try other kinds in the future but for now we tried their coveted "Only Pans" and it was good. They only make a limited number of pizzas for the day so make sure you order early in the day to avoid them selling out.

I've never seen a restaurant call themselves the best of anything in the world and actually living up for it! This pizza was the bomb! I'll be recommending it to everyone I meet. The pickup process was fast and friendly, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the pick up area was clean and well kept![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Out of the many deep dish pizzas I've had in Chicago, this one's currently my favorite. But be warned that they sell out early, so order days in advance or hope more become available the night before. It's a hassle for sure to need to order a pizza so far in advance, but boy was it worth it! This time, I had the "Tom's Killing". The crust had a wonderful texture, the pepperoni were delicious, the ricotta gave it a perfect moisture, and the everything seasoning kept the crust enjoyable. I'll note that the chili crunch wasn't very noticeable and the bread-to-topping ratio was a bit too bready in my opinion, but overall it was an amazing pie!

Placed order at 8am for pickup at 7. Pizza was ready when we got there. Ordered a large Only Pans, but they were out and made us two small instead (MUCH more surface area for free!!!). I'm a huge deep dish hater, but this was different. I'd describe it as a fusion between Detroit and deep. Very thick, bready crust and not as saucy as deep dish, but saucier than Detroit. Insanely good flavor. Cup pepperonis and ricotta were the stars of the show. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you're wanting a Chicago-only pizza that doesn't remind you of lasagna.

Is the 10 inch size big enough to feed 3 people?

I see pick up & delivery as online ordering options. Is there a dining room or am I eating it on the hood of my vehicle?

There was a single booth in the restaurant and like 3-4 stools along the window. There isn't much seating though.

    Do they accept cards?

Yes...you have to pre-order the pizza online. Best time, I think is Monday afternoon. You reserve the pickup time from Wednesday to Sunday. Pull into the parking lot, text Robert , and someone will come out with your pizza !

The most recent visit last week included 11 other family members who were "first timers" that had trusted my recommendation for the good stuff only to be disappointed by both the temperature and small amount of both cheese/sauce. We shared several large, medium and personal pies across the menu and I honestly can't say a single one measured up to the standard they have set for decades. They push the Mediterranean Bread, and honestly, you should let them. It's enormous, blistered, fragrant, and arrives like a hot air balloon made of carbs. More importantly, it gives you something genuinely delicious to tear into while you wait for the pizza pot pies to emerge from whatever subterranean chamber they're baked in. It's both a starter and a survival tool. A reservation is non‑negotiable unless you enjoy contemplating your own mortality in a weekend crowd. The wait times can stretch so long you could starve to death before your name is called -- and the regulars will nod knowingly as they step around your skeleton. Plan ahead. The salads are comically oversized, the kind of portions that make you wonder if they're meant for a family of four or a single very determined marathon runner. But let's be honest: no one is here for lettuce. We're all here for the pizza pot pie, that molten, bread‑wrapped, cheese‑laden dome of joy that defies every attempt at categorization. It's not deep dish, it's not thin crust -- it's its own thing entirely, and that's the point. This is the place you bring out‑of‑town guests when you want to show them something uniquely Chicago without defaulting to the usual deep‑dish suspects. The cup and char pepperoni pizza was satisfying as well, especially the pepperoni with its crisp, curled edges. The gnocchi was another standout.
